We stayed at this location while going to various places to explore Atlanta and the surrounding area. The home allowed us to spread out and enjoy some pool games and aligned with our expectations based on others’ reviews and the pictures provided.

We enjoyed our stay in this great home. Very quiet neighborhood on a small lake in a perfect location. Enjoyed time on the boats and fishing. Close to great restaurants and loved going into downtown Roswell.

The property is beautiful and the location is amazing. It easily fit seven people, (us and our five adult children) and was a great place to unwind and catch up on things. The house is very comfortable with multiple seating areas both inside and out, as well as a great little dock space right on the water. The proximity to Canton Street was also fantastic. We had a wonderful long weekend and will definitely return to this property and the town of Roswell. Overall, a great experience.

We were very pleased with this house for our eight family members who were in town to attend a wedding. The kitchen is large and well supplied with plenty of seating. There were lots of seating areas inside and outside, also, to spread out. We especially enjoyed the bird and turtle watching while sitting outside. The pool table in the basement was a bonus for our adult kids to learn some new skills. We would book here again in the future.

We rented this beautiful home while in town by my sister's baby shower. Super convenient to downtown Roswell. The view of the water is awesome. The home is well decorated and clean. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Would definitely rent this house again.

The space in the house was perfect for our family, with very nice sleeping arrangements (including very nice mattresses and plenty of good pillows), and a great mix of private spaces to enjoy alone and common spaces for conversations and recreation with various combinations of family members and visitors. The kitchen is large and well appointed. The waterfront setting on the small man-made lake (shared with approximately 10 other houses) is quite attractive to the eye, and the kids enjoyed seeing herons and geese close at hand. Hosts were very responsive, helpful and friendly in addressing our questions before and during our stay.

We had a wonderful GA visit and thoroughly enjoyed the home. The house exceeded our expectations in both size and decorations. They thought of everything from extra towels to chocolates on the bed pillows. A very comfortable home for up to eight people. The game room was fun and the backyard views of the lake were beautiful.

We were in town for our daughter's wedding, which was nearby at the Chattahoochee Nature Center. We had family coming in from out of town, so it was nice to have a place that the could hang out at. We had some problems with the house when we first arrived that the owner was very responsive in dealing with, but which should have been caught before we got there. Anyone who stays should know that the neighbors don't want you to park on the street in front of the house. The driveway can accommodate 5 compact cars, but you can also park on a nearby dead end street.

We had three generations staying at the house for our son’s/brother’s/uncle’s wedding. It was the perfect setup for all of us. The house has so many different sitting areas to either gather or get away for some quiet time. The communication between the homeowner and us was incredible. Absolutely perfect house.

The house is beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It provides a number of options - plenty to do if you decide to stay at the house (e.g. lake activities, billiards and darts in the basement) or it’s minutes way from canton street if you decide you want to hit the town. The owner Zoe was also very accommodating with an early check in request and was responsive via text. All around it was a pleasant experience and I would book again.

This house is in a fabulous location with serene views of the lovely little lake. It is spacious, very clean and met all our needs. Beds are comfortable and plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen is very large and great to use.

Great home and location! This house is huge and very accommodating. Fun downstairs with pool table and other games but the deck by the water was amazing! Everyone enjoyed our rental immensely. Roswell is an adorable town and we could walk to Canton Street for all the fun!
My only criticism was we didn't have enough wash cloths for our 7 people but in fairness we didn't have time to reach out to the landlord who was very responsive with our communication. All in all a great experience thanks!

This was a wonderfully property with everything you could possibly need for a temporary stay. The hosts were generous and thoughtful and present when needed. Communication was amazing. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable. And it proved to be the peaceful respite needed giving the nature of our stay. Would 100% stay again.

Loved this house ! So centrally located ! Close to Canton street where all the action happens in Roswell but east to get to Avalon for some great shopping etc . This house would be amazing for a reunion or gathering ! ♥️♥️♥️

We rented this home for a family gathering and it could not have been more perfect! The kitchen had every amenity, the bedrooms were extremely comfortable and the common areas were open and inviting. Located just North of Atlanta, the property was easy to find and a quick trip into the city. Check-in was a breeze and the views were breathtaking; we would gladly rent this house again!

Great location and we enjoyed the Canton Street Restaurants. The water moccasin visiting down by the boat dock was a little scary. I would rent the home again. I got to visit Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield and that was very educational. Thanks

Such a comfortable home to gather with 8 friends for a long weekend. The surroundings were peaceful and safe feeling. The kitchen was well supplied for all of our cooking- they have EVERYTHING! Super comfortable beds and linens, and we enjoyed the really fun and whimsical artwork around the home! Would stay again!

Well stocked kitchen for cooking a large thanksgiving dinner. Great location next to Canton street. Large bass in the lake. Enjoyed the fire pit and game room every night. The owner was responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall a great place to stay.

We loved staying here, especially in the fall! We came here for a reunion golf trip and the home was absolutely perfect to have a great home to come back to after a round of golf. There was a great downtown nearby but we honestly never left the home because we enjoyed staying there so much!

What a find! Private and relaxing with several great spots where you can sit by the lake, yet within walking distance of the Roswell shops and restaurants! The house was spotlessly clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the supplies you might need. There was plenty of parking and clear check in instructions. The owner was responsive and flexible when I needed to change my dates. We will definitely return!

Beautiful setting but could use some TLC
Owner is easy to work with. Neighborhood and lake is beautiful. The inside of the house is dated, furniture is old, dresser handles fell off, bed collapsed, and cobwebs and dirty floors. The kitchen area is nice and large. Towels were clean. Mattresses were comfortable. Exterior is overgrown and could use some maintenance. Overall, a good stay but for the price I expected 5 stars, not 3.

Solid family home with everything you need
I enjoyed my stay and we had all the space and activities we needed for our family get together. Some Vrbo are used purely as a rental property, and some the owner lives in the property when not rented. This seemed to be more of someone’s residence that we were borrowing. Not a bad thing, just a different feel.

Relaxing retreat!
Beautiful home on a lake. Lots of indoor and outdoor space . Fire pit with chairs and outdoor patios areas . We used the grill and the amazing kitchen!! This place has everything you need for a relaxing retreat!

We enjoyed the property immensely. We only wish we had more time and could really take advantage of the lake and outdoor area. We plan to return again, maybe in April.

beautiful setting at lake
Family group varied from 2 adults to 8 with several young children . While the house is not particularly kid friendly there were numerous gathering areas to sit them down with books or tv. 'Driveway was too steep for outdoor play and parking was difficult, as no street parking was allowed. Also we were disappointed that the parking spot in the garage that was promised (would have made moving in/out so much easier in the rain.) was not included. There were issues with one toilet and the dishwasher but the manager was attentive. Also this listing showed up on our VRBO search for a 5 bedroom house so that is what we were expecting. Overall a good stay, a short drive to Canton St.

Great place to relax and entertain with friends
The location is awesome within a mile of downtown Roswell. The kids fished every day on the lake and the kitchen was great to cook big dinners in at night. The beds were supper comfortable and the AC worked great. Would recommend this as a relaxing stay with tons of options in walking distance (or on the golf cart) for nightlife.

Great location
Near everything you need to have a great vacation or weekend getaway. The pond was great for bass fishing. Loved all the kitchen ware has everything we needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable.

PERFECT STAY!
My friends and I loved our stay! The property is GORGEOUS, it’s very close to everything and the host was very accommodating! Would definitely stay again and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great trip
The house was perfect for our group. The Lovett was great and near local Venues. We also drove to Atlanta for the zoo and the Aquarium, the drive wasn’t bad at all. We would definitely recommend the home to anyone.
