I liked the staff's great attitudes! The hotel was nice and clean! It was a nice quiet stay except for being able to hear the quests on either side of me using the bathrom. Thank you!

The walls were paper thin. I could hear my neighbors use the bathroom!

Customer service was very unpleasant. 1st room given to us had been smoked in. Replacement room was so filthy that the maids complained about it the next morning. 3rd room was next to a family with children who ran up and down the halls and in and out of rooms at midnight. I asked for a refund to find another quieter hotel but was denied twice. Front desk lady was very unsympathetic and had no care for the fact that my wife had to sleep in car.

Check in was quick and easy. Easy access to parking.

Breakfast was not good. Some hot items were cold (eggs and sausage was rubbery). My husband and I killed a few small roaches in the bathroom/shower and bedroom. Television in the room was not working and did not have a remote. We asked for towels and never received any. Teens/kids were playing ball in the halls making noise. I have never had to call front desk in a hotel until now. Since the noise occurred on our last night, my husband and I finished our stay. Otherwise, we would have checked out earlier. It felt more like staying at an apartment rather than a hotel.

Loved everything about this hotel very convenient location to shopping restaurants and recreational activities. Topgolf and Dave & Buster's are very short distance away Chick-fil-A and Steak and Shake are walking distance. The beds were extremely comfortable the rooms were extremely clean and cozy and the suite was very spacious.

There was nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

Room is nice size. Great choices in t.v. stations. Close to restaurants & shopping.

Side doors were held open by rocks at night for just anyone to walk in. Carpet was filthy. Doors to rooms slam shut automatically which drove my dogs crazy. Was told over the phone the pet fee is $25/ night for 2 pets. We were charged $25/night for each dog.

There was flooding, they were in the middle of fixing but we were not properly informed and the rooms were filthy like they were never cleaned from previous guest. However the front desk was great and gave us a refund for this experience and was very nice!

We paid for a 2 queen beds room and walking into the hotel at first there must’ve been a problem with a water leak or something because the breakfast area was not there. Going up to our room smelled like smoke throughout the elevator and hallways. Our beds were unfortunately not queen size, they were full size which can definitely make a difference with however many people you have with you. There was a few hairs around a towel we picked up and some on the bed. The shower didn’t look the cleanest and decided not to take a shower in that. The breakfast was in the meeting room and only had very few items to pick from due to it being in there. Due to the maintenance issues and some of the key parts of the hotel, I feel like it was not worth it to pay the full price for the night unfortunately.
