Very clean and cozy! We loved being able to unwind in such a peaceful space after a long day in the city!

We had an amazing time! The home was lovely and had everything we needed. It was in a perfect location with a grocery store nearby (in walking distance) and plenty of restaurants. The homeowners were really nice and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

This is a beautiful property and we felt like we were at home. The home is filled with natural light, it is clean, and all of your kitchen needs are met to whip up a simple meal. It also came with all the amenities we needed for our toddler, including a pack n play, blackout curtains in one bedroom, bathtub, and high chair, all of which were incredibly clean! Teresa our host was quick to respond to answer any questions we had and made sure we had everything we needed.
Teresa, thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home. It made our vacation even better than expected! All of our future vacations have a lot to live up to!

This property was a wonderful place to stay for my 3 week work trip along with my husband and two kids. I loved how close it was to fun shops/restaurants and the proximity to Woodland Park Zoo and the rose garden. The kitchen was also very well equipped. My two kids accidentally dropped 2 of the bowls and broke them and Teresa was very understanding and kind. Also--the property is right on the bus line which is very convenient.

Already planning our trip back! The location and property are top-notch. The unit has EVERYTHING you need to make your stay comfortable and feel at home. It was super clean, updated and ideally located for our needs. The neighborhood is safe and Teresa was super responsive to any questions I had.

We were delighted with the fact that the E Line of the mud system was within sight of the house. It got us to downtown very quickly and inexpensively, especially since we got bonus points for being new to the Transit system. We used the app constantly and found it easy to negotiate. We really enjoyed visiting the boat locks and talking to a friendly worker, Pikes Place Market (of course) and the Klondike Museum in the Pioneer Square area. And the flowers in the neighborhood yards!

This was the perfect place for a “home base” during our stay!
Accessible to multiple transit routes, cute dining options and the character of the home pulled everything together for a great stay. Second time to Seattle for hubby and I but first for my parents and daughter. House was well equipped for all your cooking needs too!

I had a fantastic stay! The house was clean and beautiful and exactly as advertised. I stayed here for a week of work meetings downtown, and it was such a nice change from the usual downtown hotel scene. The house is a super short walk from the bus stop that heads straight downtown. The bus was a super cheap and convenient commuting option. I will definitely stay here next time I am in town for work or pleasure.

We needed to move out of our place due to reconstruction and this place exceeded our expectations. Ideally located, easy parking and a wonderful host make this a highly sought after property close to everything in Seattle.

Stayed here a couple of nights and fell in love with the casual ambience of the unit. It was modern, warm, and well appointed. I will be staying here again the next time I am back in Seattle. All visits should be so easy and enjoyable!

I apologize, as I am a Canadian. In Canada people would simply say: "This place rocks 'ehhh!" ... followed by please, thank you and "Your Welcome!"

Stayed here for six days and it was amazing! The pictures are exactly how it looks. The beds are very soft and comfortable. Kitchen has full amenities and the sunken tub was my most favorite. I felt like I was staying in a five star hotel. Lots of great restaurants around the area and coffee shops. Very quiet and simple to find things that you need within the house. I will most definitely stay here again!

Clean, nicely furnished, lots of attention to detail. It had all the supplies I’d reach for in my own home. Excellent owner communication. Central location, great neighborhood, quiet, good parking, very easy checkin and check out which was important to me as a single traveler going in at night.

City Haven II was comfortable, cute and had everything we needed! We were moving our daughter to UW from out of state and the house was a short drive to all the stores we needed to buy dorm essentials and just a couple of miles from campus. The on site laundry and parking were great amenities. My husband had to work and the WiFi and workspace allowed him to easily take calls. We walked to dinner each night as there were great restaurants just a few blocks away. We hope to stay here when we visit our Husky in the future!

The 5 star ratings are true! House was just like the photos. Lovely updated and clean home in convenient to downtown area. Coffee, tea, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry and dishwasher detergent provided. Bus stops are close by. The small grocery store 2 blocks away on Fremont St is fantastic for easy grocery shopping and had delicious prepared salads and sandwiches.

We finished a three week road-trip in Seattle and rewarded ourselves with a stay at this property. We were very happy- one of the best properties we have rented. Exactly as described and consistent with the many great reviews. Great location in a fun community with easy transit to the main attractions in Seattle. Highly recommended.
