Lovely little condo! Short walk to the beach and to Coligny. The owner was super easy to work with and made the whole process very easy.

Property is perfectly located in Hilton Head where you are steps away from the beach. Unit was very clean and nicely furnished. Host was excellent throughout entire process. Check in was seamless. Perfect couples get away. This unit is one we would return too

Basic complex that fulfilled our needs as property is located on the ocean and walkable to Coligny stores. These are small condos but fine for the two of us. Furniture was new and decorated nicely. The shower needs more water pressure but was nice step-in style. The cabinet in bed area was nice to put suitcases up off floor.

The condo was a perfect size for a couple’s getaway. It’s exactly as photographed, and we appreciated the cleanliness, ease of check in, and all the essentials stocked for our stay. Kendall was great and we hope to book with him again.

We had a lovely couple days! Unit is nicely done! Clean and comfortable! Very short walk to the beautiful beach! Would love to stay here again for a longer time!

Love this location! Great spot for the beach (just remember you are by beach marker 56A). Can wash off your feet by the parking lot/bike area which is nice once you find it. You might see Cannonball jellyfish on the beach, just beware. Great walk to coffee, restaurants and shops. Such a beautiful area and seems to be very bike friendly. Roundabouts and pedestrians - be cautious. Loved the cookies upon arrival. This unit may need just a little TLC. The refrigerator door has a very loud squeak (would not recommend late night snacking if others sleeping). The screen door was completely off track - I decided to leave it for fear of breaking it. I assumed it was off track for a reason. Just little things that could be touched up and maybe new beach chairs. Very nice that they were available though. Communication was great with the host. Easy check-in. Just don't forget to lock the door when you leave, it doesn't lock automatically. Beach towels provided which was an added plus! My mom forgot hers. This unit is on the far right so when first arriving to the multiple gates, go to the your right. We didn't bring bikes - I would highly recommend at least a morning or afternoon of biking around (can rent). I'm a Gulf Shores fan, but I have to say Hilton Head may be my new favorite. It was chilly the last week of March, I would recommend April or May for warmer weather.

Kendal was so helpful and answered our questions quickly. The place was perfect for two and all was neat and orderly. Being so close to the beach is the cherry on top! We loved it and would definitely recommend it!

Great location with a 5 min walk to city boardwalk. Quiet building with easy parking. Bike trails just across the street. Perfect space to rest your feet at night. Owners were very informative about things to do around town.

We had the BEST experience and time during our stay on Hilton Head! This rental is everything you could expect! Nothing short of amazing and Kendall was amazing to work with! So quick to reply to any questions I had and had great recommendations when asked! The rental was so clean and in a great central location on the island. In walking to distance to many shops and restaurants. SO many places to go if you rent bikes to ride on the bike paths too! Highly recommend The Bank- so fun and in walking distance to the rental! Would definitely recommend renting from Kendall!

Great location for a 4 day stay. The condo complex is beachfront. There was a short walk from the unit.

Nice condo for my husband and I for the weekend! Steps away from the beach. Nice and quiet area! Wish there was a rug or mat by the front door for shoes as you inevitably track in sand. Otherwise a cozy place! Owner was great at communicating!!

What a perfect weekend. The condo was well equipped and comfy for out weekend stay. Furnishing we’re pretty and modern as well as beautifully decorated. Will definitely keep this in mind for future getaways. Owner was easily reachable and communication was excellent!!

We had an amazing vacation. The property is directly on the beach, with easy access. The area was quite, clean and gated. We had a unit with a view of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. There are chairs and an umbrella included in the rental. As far as the unit is concerned it was very well stocked with all items needed for a week at the beach. The only thing I can say is there needs to be another mirror outside of the bathroom to assist with dressing, when someone is in the bathroom. Other than that book your stay now this is a gem of a property.

First of all Kendall was very communicative, and was an awesome host. We ended up using a couple of their recommendations left in the binder on the table! The condo is a perfect 1 BR 1 bath, with a pullout couch if you have others staying with you. The space is also updated and the wall AC does ample work in the summer heat. Did I mention you’re walking distance to Coligny square, 5 minutes from sea pines and 10-15 to Salty Dog, and under 10 to Habour Town. Oh, and of course you have direct beach access and Kendall was kind enough to leave beach supplies, which we took good care of! Beach isn’t too crowded, especially in comparison to where the public beach access is! Would stay again 10/10.

Short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops are near by. Unit was well kept and had a beach view but not beach front.

We loved our stay here, it had everything you’d need! Out the door down the stairs and you’re right at the beach couldn’t be any closer! Owner was responsive and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed! Location is great so many things to do walking distance or a very short drive to many great restaurants!

Convenient to beach

We enjoyed our stay! The weather did not co-operate, so we spent our time inside and enjoyed relaxation time! The property was just as the pictures show. Very nice!, clean, comfortable bed, and well maintained. It had everything you would need, and all the instructions were very concise. Kendall checked to make sure we had everything we needed and if there were any questions. It's a great place to stay! I would highly recommend!

The location of the Sea Side Villas is perfect for spending time at the beach. Both for great walks and also having the chairs and umbrella for spending the day there. Comfortable accommodations for a couple.

The condo was perfect for my husband and me! The listing was very accurate! The condo was very clean and the property owners were very nice and helpful! We arrived in Hilton Head earlier in the day than expected and Kendall was very nice and was able to have the condo ready earlier than promised! Would love to stay there again!

So relaxing. My husband and I walked everywhere. Only moved car to golf and visit Harbor Town. We will definitely return.

The property was so nice, perfect view of the ocean! Very quiet and perfect for a little getaway. My husband and I were there for our babymoon and it was very relaxing and perfect just for the two of us. Super close walk to the beach, and even walking distance to Coligny Plaza. Would definitely stay there again! Kendall was very responsive and helpful all weekend as well!

This was my first solo trip in years. The location and the home were perfect. The beach was lovely and Kendall was always responsive. They paid particular attention to the details, not skimping on the renovations!!
