Il patio ha un cancello che conduce alla piscina. Guarda fuori dalla tua porta sul retro e guarda i bambini che giocano in piscina! Grande 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni. Master host un letto king size con il proprio bagno privato e porta privata al patio. La seconda camera da letto principale ospita un letto matrimoniale con il proprio bagno privato. 3a camera da letto host letti a castello di dimensioni complete w / porta al bagno in comune con zona soggiorno. Soggiorno ha 2 divano è un dormiente. Sala da pranzo ha posti a sedere per 6 con posti a sedere in più al bar per la colazione. La cucina è completamente disponibile con quasi tutti gli elementi necessari per preparare i pasti! Lavatrice e asciugatrice nell'unità!

Piscina sul lato del Golfo che viene riscaldata nei mesi invernali insieme a una vasca idromassaggio. Sala attrezzi e area barbecue con gazebo per cucinare.

It was a nice place to stay. It is a large building, and there appeared to be a bunch of baseball teams staying there. They kept knocking on our door and running away most of the weekend. Otherwise nice stay. The beach and room were very nice.

This condo is perfect for a family. This is actually our fifth time staying at the island princess but our first time staying on the first floor. Though we missed the view, the convenience with a toddler of being right there by the pool was worth it. This condo was well stocked, they even provided hand soaps in the bathrooms, dish soap, and even beach towels. That was really nice. My only complaint is that the master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable. Its been two weeks and my back is still not right from that bed. Overall, we would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Some construction going on and was asked if an agent could do a walk through because the condo is for sale, we were compensated for the inconvenience on both. This condo had everything that we needed! Overall, a great stay

We had a great time. The place was wonderful. Our condo was right by the pool and the walk out to the beach. This is one of the best places we have stayed. We will be back for sure.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and easy. The location of the condo on the ground floor was fantastic with kids, groceries, and luggage. The pool was right outside the back door and steps away from the beach. I loved that aspect! There was enough room for our party to be comfortable. Shops, grocery stores, restaurants, and the Gulfarium were all very close. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the property. The floors and walls were disgusting. The bottoms of our feet kept becoming black when we walked barefoot on the floor. We took our shoes off at the door, maintained the floors with the provided cleaning supplies, and rinsed and dried off after visiting the beach. It seemed like the floors were not cleaned and mopped before our stay. The walls in some of the rooms were also dirty. Lots of scuff marks. They could use some TLC. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the condo.

Enjoyed my stay at Kim Langs property. We did not stay at the princess island due to major construction work near this condo at the time of our stay. Miss Kim team communicated with me about the construction issue and suggest we move properties. They are the best team ever. We moved down the road to the Bella Riva property. OMG the best move it’s a bit more expensive but totally worth it. Just a beautiful condo and beautiful views. Totally booking again.

The location of the property was wonderful! The beach and pool were never crowded. It was so nice having the chairs and umbrella every day. We had a great time.

We loved this condo. Perfect for a family with kids as you could walk right out to the HEATED pool. Plenty of towels and beach towels. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and everything you need. I would love to go back!!

This condo was amazing for what we came to do, which was just hang out. Kids loved the bunk beds, rooms were very comfortable and the location was convenient to everything in Ft Walton Beach and Destin. Property manager was very communicative and accommodating. Will definitely be using Kimberly Lang again!!

This beautiful condo was everything we had hoped for and more. We literally could want for nothing. The check in at 4:00 pm was rough, but we were given the access code to the pool and beach to use anytime on the day of check-in, so we took advantage of that, making great use of the day. The pool and beach were GORGEOUS. The kitchen of the condo had everything you could possibly need. Open the cabinets and drawers, I assure you, it's there. The bedrooms have the coziest mattresses. Everyone (all 6 of us) raved about how great they slept. The entire place is very well decorated, and obviously recently remodeled. I loved the access to the pool right from the patio. Definitely a selling point! I loved this place and will be staying here again for sure!!

The check in at 4:00 pm was rough, but we were given the access code to the pool and beach to use anytime on the day of check-in, so we took advantage of that, making great use of the day. The pool and beach were GORGEOUS. The kitchen of the condo had everything you could possibly need. Open the cabinets and drawers, I assure you, it's there. The bedrooms have the coziest mattresses. Everyone (all 6 of us) raved about how great they slept. The entire place is very well decorated, and obviously recently remodeled. I loved the access to the pool right from the patio. I highly suggest going to AJs Oyster Shanty (less than 5 minutes away). You won’t regret booking this unit they go the extra mile to make sure your stay is WONDERFUL.
