Questa casa ha una camera da letto principale con bagno privato, una camera da letto matrimoniale e una camera con due letti singoli. Tavolo da pranzo da 8 a 10 posti comodamente. Cucina, sala da pranzo e sala grande tutte aperte e hanno una splendida vista sul lago. Un camino a legna e una grande TV a schermo piatto rendono la casa piacevole anche in inverno. Il portico schermato sul ponte posteriore con vista sul lago offre un ottimo posto per ammirare il tramonto sull'acqua. Due banchine con sedie per rilassarsi e scala per il nuoto. Pozzo del fuoco all'aperto ideale per sedersi, molta legna disponibile! Il campo da bocce e il corn hole offrono divertimento in famiglia! Porta la tua barca o noleggiarne una dalla Marina sul Lago Blackshear. Buon posto per legare la barca al molo per la durata del noleggio.
Veterans Memorial State Park è a meno di 10 minuti in barca o via terra. Qui puoi giocare a golf, fare escursioni o frisbee estremo! The Retreat at Lake Blackshear offre una cucina raffinata al Cordelia's, e il Cypress Grill ha un'ottima atmosfera all'aperto sull'acqua. We really enjoyed our stay. We decided to bring our meals along with to prepare & enjoy at the house. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the things we needed in preparation and the grill was amazing! Great sunsets from the dock! We definitely recommend and would come back!

This was our first time in the area so the information on where to eat and go was great. The house had everything we needed for a long weekend. Our only issue which was not an issue for a long weekend would be to update the pots and pans especially for a longer stay.
Thank you for allowing us to experience the lake, hopefully we’ll get to go again.

Everything about this property is wonderful. We loved the location and enjoyed both docks. The house has lots of room as pictures show and the beds were very comfy. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful time in this wonderful house on the lake! Its not only as described its better. Plenty of space. Nice screened porch and very large dock. Had lots of fun fishing and ended up using the fire pit one night. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! The dock was great and the view from the porch was perfect. We enjoyed the open floor plan of the living room too!

This was the perfect house for our family of six. We had so much fun that we didn’t want to leave. We wished we had booked a longer stay. The house was very clean and there was plenty of room for the entire family. Everything was comfortable, cozy, and the house was fully stocked with everything that you would need for your stay. We used the two kayaks that were provided and brought our own inflatable paddle boards. It was a great spot for fishing off of the dock and the lake was beautiful. We tried the suggested restaurant for pizza and store for snacks. There is a Walmart only fifteen minutes away by car- if you need to pick up anything that you forgot- like we did. The grill was nice, as well as the fire pit for sitting around and enjoying s’mores. We will definitely return as this was the perfect lake house for family fun.

Cindy and her family were a wonderful host! We had a few questions and she responded quickly! The lake house was amazing. It was amazing to wake up and fish from the docks and the sunsets were perfect! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Stayed at several different places over the years and this by far was the best! Clean,comfortable, beautiful and very accommodating....will definitely stay again!!!

Our family loves this lake house! It has everything you need for a fun weekend at the lake. We loved hanging out on the dock, relaxing in the hammocks, and making s’mores around the huge fire pit. The grandkids enjoyed the bocce ball and just running around the big yard. There’s a nice boat slip and a wonderful screened in porch. The house is clean and comfortable. We especially love the large dining table that’s big enough for everyone to sit and enjoy the food that we grilled every night on the nice grill. This is a great rental and the owner is super nice!

Million dollar view of the lake! The fishing off of the 2 docks was awesome! The house is the definition of a lake house! Well appointed and gorgeous! Will definitely be coming back!

Property and amenities were perfect. Our complaint is that the living room and outdoor covered porch furniture was old and very uncomfortable. The seat of the wicker lounger on porch was busted and falling through. Overall the living room and outdoor furniture need to be replaced. Boat dock tie up area needs two more boat bumpers. Otherwise , this is a great location and house was perfect . Owner very responsive. We will rent this location again.

Great Lake getaway
Fully stocked house, right on the lake. Boat house with canoe, kayaks and big dock for fishing that kept my 13 years olds busy all week. We used the fire pit at night and learned how to play bocci ball. Owner was lovely and went out of her way to be sure that this was a vacation to remember!

Superb vacation home in a great location
We had the most perfect time on the property. The listing was accurate, and the sum of the qualities of this home far exceeded my expectations. Evenings by the lake watching the sun set, canoeing and kayaking, a morning cup of coffee on the deck listening to the birds in the trees and fish feeding in the lake and cooking in the clean and well provisioned kitchen made for an unforgettable four day weekend. So much to do in the area (we golfed at Veterans State Park twice) and at the cozy, comfortable home make this a can't miss regardless of your interests.

Great little lake house, great neighborhood, easy access to boat ramp.
We stayed here for our kids and grandkids spring break and we all absolutely loved it. It’s a nice, clean lake house right on the water with 2 great docks, canoe, kayak, fire pit. All the amenities were unexpected but very nice.

Thanksgiving break in an interesting area!
This property delivered everything it promises. We visited Providence Canyon State Park and Ocmulgee National Historic Park during our stay which are highly recommended and not too far away for a day trip!

Lake life
Our family had a great vacation to Lake Blackshear. We were visiting family a few miles away, also on the lake. So we didn't spend all that much time at the property. But the time we did, including inviting everyone over for a BBQ, was GREAT. Property was accurate to listing and we would definitely rent again when we head back!!!!

Wonderful Accommodation!
Great property, we had a blast! So much fun, the house was perfect and had everything we could of ever wanted. Added bonus was the extra's including - kayak's, bikes, canoe, games etc.. it was perfect for both kids and adults. We would come back!

Very clean house on lake. Wonderfully stocked with dishes, board games, outdoor games, laundry room, linens, and soap. Close to gas station, local resturants and golf course. My family and friends enjoyed every minute of our stay!
