Questa accogliente e accogliente casa a 2 piani dista solo 2 isolati e mezzo dall'oceano, 3 isolati da un negozio di alimentari e 3 isolati dal campo da golf sul mare. Entrando nella casa troverai lo spazio aperto invitante e pieno di luce. Il soggiorno è accogliente con un bel camino a gas che è confortante nelle fresche serate e nelle prime mattine. La tv a schermo piatto da 40 pollici è via cavo e c'è un lettore DVD. La casa è anche dotata di wifi. Dalla zona giorno si vede l'ampio tavolo della sala da pranzo nella zona pranzo e la deliziosa cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici moderni: piano cottura, lavastoviglie, frigorifero, microonde, tostapane, caffettiera, stoviglie, pentole e utensili. Appena fuori dalla cucina si trova la zona lavanderia con nuova combinazione lavatrice / asciugatrice e scaldabagno Rinnai che ti mantiene continuamente con acqua calda. Il piano principale dispone di 2 camere da letto, 1 con un letto matrimoniale e l'altra con un letto matrimoniale. Entrambe le camere hanno un armadio e comò per riporre i vestiti, ecc.
Il soppalco e la camera da letto al piano superiore sono particolarmente invitanti per i giovani. Dispone di 1 camera con due letti singoli e un'area all'aperto con una TV per giocare e / o guardare i nastri VHS. Dall'altra parte della casa c'è un ponte che può essere usato per sedersi fuori e godersi il sole e il retro della casa ha un ponte con barbecue (propano). C'è un ampio spazio esterno per il parcheggio e per far giocare i bambini. Questa casa è una casa molto popolare. Ha tutto il necessario per goderti il tuo tempo in spiaggia.

Very close to the beach, grocery stores and downtown Seaside. Place only has one bathroom, so be sure you prepare for that. It needs updating and the TV isn't easy to navigate. Beds are not comfortable and noisy. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

We truly loved this grandma's house by the sea. Just a few blocks from the beach and with everything you could need made for a wonderful family vacation. We had our 3 kids, 21, 14, and 12 with us. It was peaceful and easy to settle in and enjoy. Communication was great throughout! Thank you for letting us stay for a few days!

This was our 2nd year at the Seaside Cottage, such a cozy and lovely place to stay! We felt at home and love the quick walk to the beach and along the Promenade to visit the town. This was a wonderful week of unplugging, relaxing, and having family time!

An excellent beach home with all the amenities. We loved all the natural light from the many windows and the open floor design. Cooking in the kitchen and eating at the house saved a lot of money.
Some more hangers in the closets would be nice. And a few blankets for being cozy on the couch during those cold/wet Seaside days would have been helpful. But in all, it was a great stay. Thank you!

This is a lovely home. It had everything my family of 3 needed. My only complaint was a slight musty smell but I think that comes with being by the beach in a slightly older home. We would definitely stay again.

This is my 2nd time I've stayed here. It's comfortable, homey, open concept with great windows with sunshine every morning. I love how close it is to the beach and downtown. I rode my bicycle all over which was great to see seaside in a different view.

Adorable beach getaway, 1 1/2 miles to downtown seaside with great beach walk to get there. Home in need of a deep clean. Baseboards, under furniture and window sills with dirt and dead bugs. Otherwise kitchen is roomy and beds are comfortable. Shower had enough hot water for all.

The price was reasonable, everything was walkable from this location. Throw in some bikes for use and this place would be great. Front bedroom could use a new mattress we put our teenager on it because it was so worn out.

Well laid out for a family vacation. Short walk to the beach at North end of the Promenade in Seaside. Comforatble, well located in quiet end of the town. This is our second stay. We will come back.

Nice property
Nice property but would suggest maybe installing some kind of anti slip on back steps. They are very slick when wet. I did take a nasty fall off the steps taking out recycle just before check out. Also a little better pillows would be nice.

Perfect Cottage Close to Beach!
We had three generations under one roof for 4 days at the beach. The upstairs space was great for our kids and the open floor plan downstairs makes for plenty of room for hanging out. The cottage is perfectly located for enjoying the beach without the big crowds of Broadway street, but not so far you can't just walk down to ask the shops and restaurants. There's a beach access point just two blocks up the street, and a nice park with a playground and pump track two blocks the other way. We had three best family spring break, thank you very much!

We had a great time. The cottage was nice great location. We stocked except for coffee cups get some real ones please. The motion light at the end of the porch didn't work. This made for some scary walks up the stairs

We enjoyed our stay. Close to beach and Broadway. Nice open floor plan, very spacious. Lots of windows, very bright. Skylight in bedroom upstairs could use a cover if you don't want to get up with the sun. Kitchen was well stocked.

Wife loved the cottage!
I picked this home because of the open concept layout of kitchen, dining room and living room that has lots of light. Every room was welcoming and we felt right at home. Very comfortable home to stay in. Felt like I was at my grandmas. My son loved having the upstairs loft to himself. Nice short 3 block walk to the beach. Kitchen had all appliances you need.

Seaside vacation
Boyfriend and I came for a nice getaway. This house was perfect. Felt like home. Enjoyed using the fireplace once we figured out how to turn it on. We were planning on grilling for Labor Day but your grill is dirty. Didn't use it after all. Also after a 6 day stay we ran out of TP. Couldn't find any extra around the house. Other then that we enjoyed our stay. Close to the beach and to downtown. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Great Short Getaway
Property is clean and well cared for. We had a great time for a quick 2 nights. Family of 3 and we just needed some long overdue beach time and game playing. Good pick for small group, clean, organized, and quick walk to the beach.

Serenity Seaside Cottage
Positive experience however would like quicker response time to inquiry’s. We would have loved to check in day of but did not receive repo se until 3:30pm and by that time had made other arrangements ideal timeframe would be immediate however 30 minutes to hour max. Thank You 😊�

Nice home
The home was nice & cozy, kitchen had everything we needed and was well labeled to avoid needless opening and closing of drawers and cabinets. The beds were comfy and warm. Very close to shops, restaurants and the beach, we could hear the waves from the front porch. The tankless water heater was wonderful, the four of us could all shower after a day of playing in the water. The property management team was very understanding with our late check in after we had to take care of a flat tire. We would definitely book again.
