The condo was great for a family getaway! The two younger boys loved the bunk beds, there were plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. Seriously, a perfect place to stay.
Any correspondence with the owner was answered quickly. We will definitely return!

This property is FANTASTIC!! The pictures don’t do it justice! It’s a huge condo! Each bedroom is enormous with great decor, comfortable bedding! Water pressure was fantastic! Washer and dryer was super convenient! Living room, dining room, and kitchen were also big, plus they were stocked with everything we need (including salt and pepper which is a big deal!) the balcony is to die for! The openness off the living room really lightens up the place! The balcony has amazing views and plenty of seating. The biggest bonus is the beach access right across the street. Closer than you would think! Best condo we’ve stayed in and we’ve been coming to Destin for 10 years!

The location is great! Everything was great.....except the weather. We enjoyed one nice day before record lows set in. We ended up going south to Fort Lauderdale, but no fault of the host.

The location of the property is great. I’ve stayed at the unit next door many times, but it was unavailable this time. Expected that this place would be a very similar experience. Unfortunately, I did not. I’ll say this Michael was very responsive to communication and seems like a nice person overall. But, I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company for the first time due to this stay. After providing pictures that showed the lack of cleanliness of the unit I instantly received a full refund back for my stay. That should tell you everything you need to know about staying here. We had to spend our vacation time cleaning it to bring it to a decent standard. Michael was very communicative throughout the process but I was disappointed in his response which was basically that he and his wife only visit once a year to do “refreshes” so we’d have kind of need to suck it up because it’s a rental unit. But once I sent him pictures, his tune changed. Then the story became about him just hiring a new housekeeper, and her still needing areas of improvement. This is fine, but you should be figuring out those areas of improvement before renters get into the home not once they have paid to be there (a basic checklist might help). He also stated that she wasn't “deep cleaning” until later that month. My immediate thought we are in a post-Covid world! Every cleaning should be a deep cleaning. So, lots of issues with cleanliness which should always be a be a top priority.

Spacious bedrooms with fun bunks for kids in hallway. Beautiful 3rd floor view of the beach from inside at the table or sitting outside on the balcony. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach or pool area.

Ohh the ocean view!!! Spent oodles of serene time on the balcony. Full view of sunrise and sunset. No need for an APP you can hear the ocean waves lull you to sleep. Kudos to the owner. He was super responsive and invested in accommodating any request. Unit layout great, primary bedroom away from living/dining. It is inviting and clean. Kitchen is well equipped. In unit washer and dryer a huge plus. Beds sooo comfortablt. Building in very clean. Pool is immaculate. Enjoy!!

This was our first time renting a condo. We were a bit apprehensive not knowing what to expect. But everything went well. The property was extremely nice and well kept. We enjoyed everything so much that we would definitely consider staying at the same place again.

We booked this condo for a week long trip. The neighborhood it was in was quiet and adorable. The closeness to the beach was INCREDIBLE! Michael was great to work with as well.

We all loved the location of the property, just a short walk to the beach. Everything in the unit functioned but the unit was in need of a deep cleaning and painting. Mold in the bath rooms, wood work and base boards and vanities all scuffed and dinged up, kitchen cabinets must be original from many years ago, functional. No wow factor when entering the unit. Also, we didn't realize there wasn't an elevator, so we carried everything up three flights of stairs and made a lot of trips up and down the stairs during our stay. The pool was nice as was the hot tub.

The unit was in a great location. The walk across the street to the beach was very convenient and easy to access. The pool was perfect too. My only complaint is that the unit is on the third floor and there are no elevators. Lots of stuff to walk up three flights of stairs. Overall we would definitely stay again. Great unit.

Love the location…
We’ve stay in this complex before, this unit was great, could use some new shower curtains, moldy! The location you can’t beat!!
Only thing that that was different from last time was the beach policies! Didn’t know there we be in tent jail! 40ft is all you had for the public with tents and canopies! It got a little crowded! You can go outside the cones if you have no tent or canopy, little hot for that!
But any ways, the banana boat was super close!

Great time
Condo was great. Worked perfectly for our family and had everything we needed. It was right across the street from the ocean, we enjoyed be the pool and the grill the condo had. Communication with the owner was great. He provided all the check in info a few days prior to arrival. He was even willing to answer questions unrelated to staying at the condo. We definitely had a good time and I would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break 2022
This property was nice because it was right across the street from the ocean. We could see dolphins in the morning from our balcony. We had an issue with the toilet leaking and the host was easy to contact and got a plumber out within a couple of days. The only downside is that we flew into Destin and didn’t have anything for the beach so we had to buy all of that stuff. It would have been nice to have a couple of beach chairs available for us to use.

Thanksgiving break at the beach
Condo is in a great location in Destin. It is only a few miles from restaurants and stores. It’s across the street from the beach, beautiful view from the balcony and an easy walk across the street to the beach entrance. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had more than enough pots, pans, dishes, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice place for family to stay
Michael was an awesome host and quick to respond to any concerns. The cleanliness could have been better with Covid running rampant in that area. The floors had not been mopped in God knows how long, there was mold on the shower curtains, and the floral blanket in one room had not been washed. However, there is a washer and dryer there though. Our stay was decent other than that, and served its purpose. It just doesn't make sense to charge a huge cleaning fee if it isn't being done thoroughly for the next guest. As I said, Michael was really nice and responded the way a concerned owner should, and even offered additional nights for a huge discount. I'd stay again and I recommend this place.

Our unit was on the third floor with a view of the ocean. We only had to cross the street to get to the beach. The condo was perfect for 2 couples and 2 kids. Would definitely stay here again!

Destin Condo
Nice size condo for four. A/C was not working when we arrived. Supposed to be fixed but parts never came in. Had to purchase window a/c units and fans to cool unit. After we did that it was at a comfortable temperature.

Perfect!
Condo is exactly like it’s pictured! A perfect location with two beach access points across the street. Check in and check out was seamless and the view from the patio is breathtaking. Only con I can think of is if you have trouble with stairs this may not be the best fit for you. There isn’t an elevator that we saw. For us, climbing to the third floor was just fine and worth it for the view that came with it. If we find ourselves back in Destin we know where we will be staying!!

Great Place
We loved it! Very close to the beach but you do have to cross a street to get to the beach, just FYI. It is a very clean and updated condo with lots of space. We enjoyed the balcony with beach views. We did have a lot of clogged toilets and that is really my only negative to this place.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. It beyond met our expectations. It was clean, in a great quiet location, and across the street from the beach. I would definitely stay here again. The property manager was also very easy to get a hold
of. Very easy booking and smooth check-in. We loved Destin and can’t wait to return to this little gem of a city.

Excellent, would love a key code vs using and actual key to unlock unit. Property was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed out time in the unit and quick access to the beach.
