Great Location, 10 SHARC passes, Bikes, Hot Tub and More!
La nostra bella casa è molto vicino a Fort Rock Park e una breve corsa in bicicletta al favoloso nuovo SHARC e al Village. Siamo a pochi minuti dal negozio di alimentari del nord e dalla chiesa di Cottonwood. Questa casa è perfetta per vacanze in famiglia / riunioni e riunioni di multi-famiglia. Ottimo tutto l'anno e con il nuovo SHARC proprio lungo la strada, non si può battere Sunriver come prima località di destinazione scelta !!
Abbiamo appena installato un nuovo pavimento per cucina in legno! Abbiamo nuovi materassi nelle camere a castello, nuovo piano di calpestio, un nuovo frigorifero, e nuove pentole. La casa è principalmente una casa singola storia, con solo la master suite al piano superiore. Per i gruppi che non amano un sacco di scale, questo è una bella alternativa alle proprietà multi-livello.
Tutti i letti sono in cinque camere da letto separate - NON in zona giorno. Ci sono due letti king-size e un letto queen-size in tre camere da letto separate, e ci sono due camere da letto ciascuna con un letto a castello a più lunga (due sulla parte superiore, doppio fondo, e due rotelle). Ci sono 2 bagni al piano principale. Il nostro garage è dotato di un riscaldatore e comodi divani e sedie, così i visitatori possono godere il tavolo da biliardo e biliardino anche in inverno. Abbiamo appena aggiunto un divano / futon e frigorifero supplementare in garage pure.
Forniamo 10 passaggi per l'uso illimitato DEL NUOVO SHARC - premier centro acquatico di Sunriver, che comprende piscine all'aperto, una piscina corrente 'fiume lento', favolosi scivoli tortuose, fontane, piscina per bambini, una grande piscina coperta, maschile e femminile di spogliatoi, jacuzzi all'aperto, sala da pranzo, e un sacco di spazio sul prato per prendere un lettino / sedia e ombrellone ombra. I pass sono anche buoni per prenotare campi da tennis. Un grande risparmio per i nostri ospiti !!!

We liked being in a cul de sac close to Rock Park. The property had plenty of parking for our three families and the garage was a great play space for the grandkids. The house had a nice layout mostly on ground floor. Very well equipped with kitchen with plenty of dishes, utensils, etc.

We had 10 occupants in our group. There was more than enough space for all of us. There was a nice outdoor area that we were able to play cards at. Overall a great experience!

It was a good house for my large family with their children. The major drawback is it didn't have A/C. It got pretty hot between 4:00 to 7:00 but then it cooled down and stayed cool until 4:00 the next day. The bedrooms were good size and there seems to be a pet deer that my grandchildren loved to feed apples to. Also the blue jays loved the peanuts and we went though a super large bag in 2 days. the bikes were in pretty good shape also.

This house was perfect for our large family. Master bath was huge and perfect for our daughter bride and the bridesmaids to get ready in. Great for photography too. The pool table and foosball table kept everyone entertained. There was plenty of space to spread out if you needed some quiet time. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a budget friendly place for a large group.

We had a great time staying in this lovely home. The 5 bedrooms made it ideal for our 3 family vacation. The accommodations were wonderful, master suite was amazing, great kitchen, outdoor grill and the deck furniture was ample for dinners outside. We liked the location and enjoyed walks each evening. This is a beautiful part of Sunriver. We already want to go back!

This is our second year, and the house is perfect for a group. It’s a nice home, the beds are ample, the kitchen is central, and the pool table in the garage is fun for all ages.

Our rental was super clean and perfect for our family. The boys enjoyed the pool and foosball tables. The outdoor seating and grill worked perfectly. I highly recommend this place if you want a central location with access to all Sun River has to offer— we will be back

We rented the property for my husband and I, are two sons and their families. It was the perfect property for us, close to town and the snow hill/swimming pool. We enjoyed the weather, the snow, not so much the ice though. Lol. we thoroughly enjoy the house, it fit our party of 11 just perfectly

The furnishings at the property are very well worn. There isn’t a very good number of bath towels for the number of people listed to stay. The kitchen/cooking utensils were slim. Overall the cleanliness specifically in the bathrooms wasn’t great.

This home was great for our 5 night stay with our children and their children ages 5,7, 8. The assortment of bikes was a big draw but in the end, we did not use them because it was very icy during our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped with cooking utensils , plates, bowls, cups, silverware and serving dishes. We had a few small problems but maintenance was always there within 15 minutes with a smile and resolving the issue.
Our only challenge was that the driveway was not plowed, snow had turned to ice and we had to be careful of ice getting in and out of cars. We did not think to ask Maintenance about this.

Great house for grandparents, adult kids and grandkids to meet-up. The main floor was spacious and there were enough beds for everyone to be comfortable. The hot tub and deck were a big hit.

We had a great time in Sunriver. This home was large enough to accommodate our three families. Appreciated the SHARC passes, we were able to have access to tennis courts and the aquatic center. The bikes in the property were a huge plus, we rode around the community and made it to the Nature Center. My only issue was that the owners changed cleaning crews in March and passed the extra fee to us ($50). We booked in December. Overall, great stay in Sunriver, we hope to be back soon!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this residence. The key to the residence in a locked box, a large parking lot in front of house, a pool & fooseball table, bikes for adults and children, a hot tub and a jacuzzi in master bath, 5 bedroom, 3 bath, a crib, 2 bunkbeds, a full furnished kitchen with an island, TV sets in all rooms and a laundry room!
There is a SHARC recreation facility that has a swimming pool & a jacuzzi that we used during our stay. It wqs fun. We used the gas grill outside to cook ribs and sang karoake inside where it was noice and warm.
Thank you to the host/hostess for letting us stay in your home for the 4 nights and 5 days.

House was perfect size for our family, beautiful home and great layout. Short on toilet paper and cleaning supplies. We stayed Wed - Sunday, there was only one roll in each bathroom. Just a few dishwasher pods, less than 10, had to buy some. Kitchen floor wasn't swept very good. When I swept there was stuff that definitely wasn't ours - but not a problem. Would still rent again.

This is our second stay with our adult children and grandchildren. They all love this house and the layout. There are 2 bunk rooms perfect for all the kids and 3 additional bedrooms for the grownups. Lots of open space, a nice deck out back, deer that roam around the area and even come up to the deck . Lots of walking trails nearby, bikes in the garage, pool table, and more!!

We enjoyed the home and location. It has ample space and has a well appointed kitchen. Our family was very happy with the beds, bikes and other amenities. This is a great place to go geocaching .
It had been a longtime since I had rented in SunRiver and didn’t realize that the only pool we would have access to is in Shark.

This property has lots of space for everyone, and our teenagers really enjoyed the garage. The kitchen has many utensils and pans for cooking and Sharc passes for all. Being close to Fort Rock Park was another bonus for our group!

We had a wonderful time at this house. The location was great, the house was in good condition and had everything we needed. The garage with pool and games was a big hit. We brought bikes, but there was an impressive selection. The beds were comfortable.

This property is a perfect gem for family gatherings! Nestled in a culdesac perfect for littles learning to ride! Also the perfect distance for a little ride to Fort Rock Park. We walked to the River each morning (about 5 miles round trip) and soaked in the hot tub each night! Plenty of towels to go around and the host is amazing with communication. We visit Sun River annually with family and so far this is our favorite house we’ve settled in for the week! Thank you for sharing it with us!

With a 14 year old Granddaughter that just had knee surgery missing soccer camp and was in a wheelchair we found many things to do around Sunriver, and the house was perfect to have us around the kitchen table playing games. We also had “deer” visitors in the back yard that added to the ambiance!

we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It looked exactly like the pictures. There were lots of bedrooms and beds to accommodate a large group. My kids loved the Foos ball table and pool table. We used several of the bikes that were available on the property and they were in good working order. We just had to pump up the tires on one of them, and the owners had a bike pump available in the garage. The hot tub was clean and well-maintained. The location is toward the end of a cul-de-sac on a dead-end street, so it was nice there was not a lot of traffic and we could let our kids ride bikes on the road in front of the house. Would love to stay here again in the summer and utilize the shark passes.

The house was great. It accommodated 3 families very well. Plenty of room to sleep all 13 of us. The games in the garage were a big hit with the kids. It was well stocked and had everything we needed for a fun weekend away. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great weekend.

My family needed a get away. The weekend we had chosen just happened to be the time Oregon was on Fire and Smoke filled Every valley. I was concerned about even getting to Sunriver as most highways to central Oregon were closed. So, I reached out to the host of our vacation rental. She was very understanding and accommodating. We were well beyond the time to cancel the reservation but she was willing to work with us under the circumstances. She checked in with us to make sure we made it safely and even wanted us to let her know if the roads home were open at the end of our stay in an attempt to take care of us. I cannot say enough about how well we felt taken care of. The home was immaculate, roomy, and fun. The smoke did not keep us from having a great time playing games, relaxing in the hot tub, playing pool, and just enjoying each other. I hope we can stay at this location again in the future.
