Booking y este hotel NO SON PROFESIONALES

Una porquería! Nunca contestaron los mensajes, no nos devolvieron el dinero y nos mandaron a arreglarlo directo con booking quien después nos mandó a arreglarlo con el hotel! 25 mil pesos a la basura! Busquen otro hotel y otra plataforma que sea profesional y se hagan responsables

Vacaciones que repetiría

Es un todo incluido de calidad. No hay demasiada gente. La comida y calidad de las bebidas es muy buena. Un muy buena opción para 5 días de relax.

Check in, solamente había una persona atendiendo y tuvimos que esperar casi media hora hasta que el cliente anterior termine su check in.

Very good

- Lovely infinity pool with spectacular view of the Pacific ocean. -Delicious food with a lot of variety and good quality. -: the spa is very very nice

- The people trying to sell me their time share who, upon finding out I'm married but was travelling solo, started that I surely needed my husband's permission to buy anything. - Not the best cocktails in the open bar, other all inclusives I've been to in Mexico offer higher quality

Lovely stay to relax

The facilities are quite amazing. Specially loved the private beach on the back of the hotel rather than the pools. You have more privacy. Even though the water is warm there's quite some rocks. Breakfast is top notch, buffet you have a bit of everything highly recommend.

Booked about 1 month in advance. Arrived end of morning and the only demand I had was if by any chance my room could be ready for 12. Unfortunately my demand couldn't be fulfilled and had to wait till 3. Amazing hotel but you do need to pay the price for it.

Ccvid and wifi.

Took me there’s tests to set up the COVID tear not we gamble them all the needed info and had to start from the beginning everyone we called. Gertting wifif was a whole. Hold another heart issue

Not worth the money at all

The beach and pools were beautiful

The staff were unhelpful. Bed was horrific. The sounds from the corridors was so loud it was as if there was not door. I had an air conditioning unit outside my bedroom.

A wonderful vacation

Breakfast in the restaurant was good every morning

The passage way to the room smelled of sewage most days (maybe the trash, hard to tell in the heat) especially in the morning. The only thing we didn't think was great :-)
