Que cerrarán el restaurante de Cortes y italiano en fin de semana y no lo comuniquen desde la llegada al hotel.

Un poco no me toco buena vista cómo se veía en al foto cuando reserve

La comida está súper mala , no hay variedad de los 3 días que estuvimos solo cambiaban salsas pero siempre lo mismo

Hubo una falla en el aire acondicionado de una habitación, pero lo resolvieron de inmediato cambiandonos de cuarto.

Las habitaciones están muy cómodas.

Pésimos servicio de parte de los meseros. Llegamos el sábado después de las 5 nos negaron el servicio xq ellos terminaban a las 7, el día domingo todo el día estuvimos en área de alberca y nosotros teníamos que ir por nuestras bebidas porque le hablábamos a los meseros y nos ignoraban, fue como hasta las 5 que uno se acercó a atendernos y duró más de media hora en llevarnos una bebida. Para pagar un todo incluido no vale la pena

The lawn chairs were not clean or well maintained. I also didn’t like people constantly walking by on the beaches selling things constantly.

The service throughout our stay was so good everyone was so attentive. Carlos is one of the nicest people I've ever met He was so attentive and gave the absolute best service he works so hard making sure everyones having a good time!

the rooms need to renovated. check in process needs to improve, in my opinion the customer services was 4/10. no one told us when the room was ready, and we had already been waiting 3hours in the lobby.

The staff was super nice & friendly. The restaurants for dinner Catrina and the steak house were delicious. Food variety is really good and fresh. Hacienda side is beautiful.

The speaker & music at the pool was too loud The lighting at the French & Italian restaurants is too bright for a dinner time

Exceptional luxurious room, great amenities, a cool beach(no crocodiles!:)) with nice ocean waves. Literally, the best concierge service I've experienced. Please send my warm regard to Stephen, he was so welcoming and helpful and made our stay exceptionally relaxed, and our mood was just great from the first day.

my husband and I had a terrible experience with our room . it was dirty, bathroom glass door was falling. A worker walked into our room while we were naked taking a shower! Nobody showed up to clean the room. No robes available in the room. it looked like they gave that room by mistake or something because it was not nicely prepared for our stay. the frigobar was leaking.

I loved their entertainment provided as well as their French cuisine.

there was some work on progress for maintenance. it would be nice that the work was schedule on times that were less active for the tourist.

The hacienda side was excellent as it was quiet. however the beach area was not relaxing at all. We were approached by vendors every 5 minutes. The bread in all the restaurants were amazing. It compensated the poor quality of the food. The roof top pool and sushi were superb. I had been to Mexico for the last 25 years and had been to so many all inclusive. There is a reason why this hotel is easy to get at the last minute.

I am not sure how the management can take care of the vendors who go over the ropes and approach the guests. vendors are supposed to be on the other side. Pallidium and Riu have the vendors on one side and they have a hut and people approach them if they want to buy. The vendors around Krystal are very aggressive. The security cannot keep up with them or they simply ignore them. The food in the a la carte restaurants were dry especially the fish and meat. The meat were so hard and chewy. The Mexican restaurant was the worse. The restaurants ignore allergies and don't seem to care. Employees for the most part are on their phones a lot and don't look at you say hi. In the buffet the waiters ignore you and the greeters ignore you as well. booking.com and the property advertise that if we cannot all make it, there's is partial refund. I get passed around. Booking.com says it's the property responsibility and the property says it's booking.com. False advertisement. I tried so hard to get partial refund as my husband could not make it due to flight cancellations.

Adult pool area was beautiful. swim up bar and waiters around the adults pool were fantastic. the pool on the rooftop in the sushi restaurant/bar was incredible we wish we wish we discovered it sooner. room was very comfortable and large. bed was very comfortable. always plenty of pool loungers available at the time we went. we found the buffets for all meals and the snack buffets to be very good. Some great Mexican specialties and quite a good selection, where as we did not prefer the specialty restaurants although we only got to try one. We were able to spend a couple of hours after checkout at the hotel using the facilities so that was appreciated.

Could have had a better selection of drinks in the room. Room service came at extra charge and not a great selection. You had to get in very early to book into one of the specialty restaurants, we only ate at the French one and it wasn’t particularly to our taste. Some of the others could have been better. We were quite jet lagged and one of us wasn’t well when we were at the resort so we don’t feel we got the absolute best value for money that we could have (which is not the fault of the resort at all of course) , however if you were doing lots of eating and drinking all day every day like we planned to and like to drink cocktails the price is probably quite fair. I wouldn’t say this is a 5 star resort as per the listing however super nice none the less.
