It was such a beautiful, spacious, clean home! The house is located in a perfect spot, walking distance to plenty of places to eat, a beach, boardwalk, gorgeous trails with lots of cool wildlife ! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone ! Especially if you have a new Marine on Parris Island with it being so close !

Property was spacious and clean. The location made it an ideal place for us & would be for anyone who wants to explore Beaufort, Port Royal, Savannah, Charleston or Bluffton. Sands Beach is just a short walk away as well.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful neighborhood, within walking distance of several lovely natural areas and cute shops and restaurants.

This is within MINUTES of Parris Island. Clean and a LOT of room. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. There are a lot of interesting things within blocks like boardwalks and a beach access. The owners respond quickly too. We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back for a vacation. Thank you!

Perfect in every way not even kidding 10 minutes outside the base. Very quiet area and near everything you need for a perfect stay I highly recommend it for anyone who has to go to parris island for a graduation thank you willam and Amy y’all are the best Steve

Felt like home so far away from ours. Owner quick with any questions. Very kind !! My grandson left his precious teddy (Aka Mr Sniffles) wrapped in a blanket on the bed and it is being sent to him. I don't know how much better to explain this owner than that. Amazing. Home so clean and comfortable and roomy. Near boardwalk and great places to eat. And only minutes from base. I couldn't had found a better place !! All we needed and more. Little pool table and games also helped keep my grandson occupied and happy as well. Thank you so much !!!

We stayed here while in SC for our son's graduation from Parris Island. Located was soooo great. Very close to resteraunts/bars but not a party town very relaxed and comfortable.

This property is in a great location with access to several local shops and the sands beach. It's a nice quiet place with lots of activities close by.

Located within walking distance of Sands Beach, and numerous local restaurants. The house had plenty of parking space (we had a boat in tow). Everything was very clean. Jim was great about communicating with us throughout the entire process. Will definitely stay again!

Overall a good experience. But another bathroom would make this place 100 times better. But again great stay.

We plan to stay again. The property was super clean and perfect for a family of five. The closeness to everything was awesome. We hit up The Sands Beach, Hunting Island Beach, Fripp Island and ate some terrific food. We found sharks teeth and even caught a small black tip shark. The Wetlands showed us some great wildlife that the kids also enjoyed. The property owners are very attentive and pleasant. 5 stars!

This home was the perfect place to stay while attending my son's graduation from Parris Island. It had more then enough room for my family of 5. We we're so close to Parris Island it took about 15 minutes to get there. At the end or the road we found a wonderful little beach by the board walk. The local people were so nice and helpful. We saw dolphins and hunted shark teeth. Take advantage of local restaurants Marine discounts. If you are looking to go to Parris island to attend a graduation. I highly recommend staying here.

Jim allowed us to check in much earlier than 4pm, responded very quickly to messages, and the house was a perfect "home base" for the weekend. It is within walking distance to restaurants as well as sands beach. We bought fishing poles and gear from a store in town and went shark fishing right off the boardwalk! People were pulling crabs out of the water constantly as well. We even saw dolphins! It is a spacious home in a peaceful, upper scale seaside town that I wouldn't hesitate do book again. Thank you Jim for allowing us to stay!

Here for son’s graduation from Parris Island, was really close to base, great restaurants, and shopping. House was clean and Jim was very responsive.

Copeland/Baynes/and Harper family thank you for allowing us to stay in your home while we attended our new Marines graduation. The location is so close to the base that was a huge bonus. It was very roomy and clean. Very well stocked even with a first aid kit in the bathroom. With only one TV my teenagers had no choice but to spend time with us. We played cards on the covered front porch, grilled our meals, and strolled along the pier. It was very relaxing and we will be back for my youngest son in August. Thank you

This was our first home away from home we stayed in. We enjoyed our stay. The home was very comfortable and it was peaceful for sleeping. Jim was quick to answer any questions and his home was more than accommodating. This Home is great for Military functions as it’s close to PI. The Home is perfect for relaxing too.

We had a great stay in Port Royal. The house is convenient to Parris Island. Great for boot camp graduations! The owner was quick to respond to questions and helpful. House was clean. Very spacious for families. Having 1 bathroom wasn’t much of an issue. The beds are a little firm for our liking. Overall a great stay

Beautiful house the owners are wonderful .great location for everything .i recommend the place for everything you want to do.

It was a nice house... close to base. Seriously like 5 mins, But no iron and no blow dryer. Bathroom situation worked out ok overall. (6 adults, 1 bathroom)Just would have been nice to have access to the second bathroom in the house.

We enjoyed our stay here! The beds were comfy, everything was clean, and it felt like home. We were so close to everything. We walked two streets over to the pier and we could hear recruits from the island yelling. And the view was breathtaking! The price was perfect and very much appreciated. Most other 3 bedroom houses I looked at wanted an insane security deposit ($300+) or they wanted all the money up front. They ONLY recommendation I would make is adding a second bathroom to accommodate the number of occupants for a three bedroom house. Although it was a slight inconvenience (we had 5 adults) it still wouldn’t stop me from staying again. When you add up the price, the condition of the house, the close proximity to base, town, and the water- the bathroom issue holds less weight.
