We had a fabulous time!! We were one minute (if that) from the beach! Perfect location! Cory is an amazing host!! We will definitely be back!!

Corey’s place was perfect for our needs. SUPER clean and really well-apppointed. The beach is literally just steps away and you feel like you own it because there are so few others around. There are two restaurants plus a convenience store within a few blocks, and we made use of all three. We were a tad confused about the check-in process but that’s because I missed a call from Corey. Regardless, it didn’t delay us getting into the unit and he even let us in a bit early since it was ready. The bed was really comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet so we slept really great. The only thing I wish I had was a roll of aluminum foil or some dollar store disposable foil pans for leftover reheating. We would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Pass A Grille and Cory made sure everything was perfect! He provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine, coffee and water and was readily available if we needed anything. The location is absolutely stunning and just a few steps from the beach. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a great location very, very close to an outstanding uncrowded beach, literally a couple minutes' walk to the beach and ocean. The studio was small (for we six) but we knew it would be and were there for the sun and the beach, not to sit in an apartment. Very clean with all needed amenities. We had great weather and were able to be at the beach all of the time which was our intention. Beautiful area! Host was very helpful with anything we needed!

We had a beautiful time in this wonderful efficiency steps away from the beach Cory was very kind, considerate, and responsive to our needs I was sad to leave my perfect beach retreat haven, and will miss all the inspiring sunsets I loved that the studio was very quiet, as I am very sensitive to noises, and am a late morning sleeper! I totally recommend this sweet beach to efficiency to a single person or couple!

This was our second time at this location. My girlfriend and I love it here. 30 second walk to the beach. The property owner is very accommodating and hands on (he lives on the property) This area is not a "touristy" area, so if you are looking for a semi private beach, this is probably one of the few remaining. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Cory was an amazing host. He educated us on the neighborhood and told us what was close by. Lots of restaurants and a convenience store within walking distance. Cory was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a bottle of wine for us when we arrived and the place was really clean. It is literally a one minute walk to the beach. This is the only place we will stay when we visit St. Pete in the future.

This vacation bungalow was a quick walk to the beach in the quiet idyllic Pass-a-grill area. The owner was extremely inviting and the property was clean and well-furnished. Our trip was a quick pass through, but we will return!

Great housing location right off the beach with everything you need to stop and settle for a vacation!! Couldn’t be happier with the owners service and will Definitley be back to stay in the future!

We had an amazing time. So close to the beach, and hardly anyone there! As close to a "private beach" as you are going to get nowadays. We will definitely be back! Cory was an amazing host! Had everything we needed, and then some. Definitely went above and beyond for us.

We stayed at this property for the month of March, 2020. We loved it! The owner, Cory, was fantastic! He was very responsive to any needs we had, yet he was very unobtrusive. He even provided many extras to make our stay enjoyable and personal! We felt like this property was our ‘little’ place. The unit was meticulously clean, very well stocked with any essentials we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed. One of the great things about this property is that we could walk to everything, restaurants, the stores, etc. The beach was literally, steps away, by just going down a short path that opens up to a beautiful white sand beach. This is a residential area beach, so it is not crowded at all. The property is located amongst some high end homes, in a very quiet residential area. Just as an aside, I use a cane and was able to maneuver everything. The unit is very handicap accessible. We also had our 5# toy poodle with us and this worked out very well having him there. I highly recommend this property. I think you will love it there!

It is an awesome location on a quiet street, very close to the beach and also a few blocks from the best pizza around, Genero's. Host lives on site and is available and eager to please. There is a full size kitchen and the laundry facility is just steps away. A king-size bed would take it over the top! Looking forward to next year.

Spent a week with my daughter- visiting my parents. Had anything you could want for the beach. I timed it- 45 second walk to a very quiet part of the beach. Stayed up by the dunes relaxing and watching the people walking up from St. Pete to the grill. So fun.

Loved the space overall! Appreciated the wine and water! The owner was responsive to requests for additional sheets and towels. He generously shared the beach chairs and umbrellas. He did an orientation of entire site. Cory was friendly, kind, and helpful. The only complaints are that the internet signal was mostly sluggish, and hard to access. It was inconsistent. Initially the tv didn’t work, but Cory came over and replaced box and it worked from then on. 10:30a seemed a bit early to check out. Will be back!!!

Spent a week here in PassAGrille. We are relocating from the Keys and used this location as a headquarters. No better location, steps to a great beach and beautiful water. I highly endorse Cody's place at 2606 Pass A Grille Blvd, St Pete Beach, Florida.

This place is spotless and within 1 minute easy walking to the beach. Cory is readily available, if needed. He includes a lot of conveniences, like coffee, sugar, cooking spray, beach chairs & towels, etc. Easy street & beach walking options to historic areas, great neighborhood. Definitely recommend this place to others!

Cory was extremely nice and accommodating. He greeted us early and with a bottle of wine. The room is immaculate and has all the amenities one needs to have a relaxing beach vacation. The only negatives I can think of was the bed was uncomfortable and you couldn’t see the tv from the bed. The sofa isn’t comfy either. Normally that wouldn’t even matter because we’d be at the beach but it did rain a couple of the days we were there. I would consider putting a new king size bed in that space, and wall mount the tv so you’re able to see it from either tv or sofa. Otherwise it was lovely!

We had a wonderful stay in Cory’s studio. It was nice, clean, and had plenty of supplies for cooking. The beach is less than a minute walk and the area of the rental is very nice.

This home is very clean, comfortable, and convenient. The a/c works great and the kitchen is fully stocked and easy to use. The unit is also just steps from the beach. The location is great for access to either Pass-A- Grille or the main strip of St. Pete Beach. Cory is a great host! Overall a great place to stay!
