La nostra casa è un bellissimo Cape Cod che è stato decorato professionalmente in tutto. È l'epitome di una casa sul lago contemporanea: leggera, colorata, elegante, con aggiornamenti di alto livello. Tanto spazio - al chiuso e nell'ampio patio posteriore - per rilassarsi. Offre 4 ampie camere da letto, 2 bagni completi, una grande cucina e una zona pranzo. Il cortile dispone di un ampio patio abbastanza per ospitare comodamente grandi famiglie estese - grill a gas, pozzo del fuoco a gas e altre caratteristiche!
Siamo a 1/2 miglio dalle scale blu di South Beach ea circa 1 miglio dal centro.
Soggiorno minimo di 2 notti, tranne per l'alta stagione (da metà giugno a metà agosto) quando si affitta solo settimanalmente (da sabato a sabato).

WiFi sicuro incluso, così come una tv a grande schermo nel soggiorno ha un cavo premier, accesso a molti canali diversi, ecc. Forniamo anche una vasta gamma di giochi da tavolo, puzzle e altre attività interattive!

Our family of 5 came to SH for the week and had kid’s friends and my parents join us through out the week. Love that we had a place to spread out and the walk to the beach was an ease!

Especially enjoyed the walk to the beach, the backyard furnishings and the amazing kitchen. We cooked a meal for 60 people (although we did not have 60 people at the house) and had plenty of counter space. Had the feel of a lake cottage!!!!

This property was very accurate to the description! We loved the great backyard, the playground got lots of use. Great yard to play croquet or throw a frisbee. Kitchen was incredibly spacious with everything you need for cooking in. The game closet was frequently used. Plenty of places for everyone to eat together. Rooms were perfect for our group. While 2 bathrooms was a concern, it was no issue. And the walking distance was perfect to the beach, downtown, Kids Corner, sunsets. We will return!

The house was perfect! 5 high school friends getting away to celebrate us turning 60. Quiet location. So close to downtown South Haven. Great spaces in the home to visit and play some games. But enough private rooms to have "me" time of needed.

The house was great for a party of 7 plus a child. The main floor was spacious so we never felt crowded. The backyard was great…large dining table, fire pit and swing set for the little ones. We definitely would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time this year in South Haven in this beautiful home. It was very clean, comfortable and homey, and the host was fabulous to work with. Very responsive. The yard is beautiful and inviting. The kitchen is well stocked. Thanks for a fabulous stay!

Perhaps my best VRBO experience yet. The house was very clean and well kept. The location was great - just a 15 minute walk to the beautiful, clean, kid-friendly Kid's Beach in South Haven. We will definitely rent again.

We had a fantastic week at this property. The house was spotless, and the kitchen was well stocked, we had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The weather cooperated, and we ate every single meal out on the back patio. We enjoyed the gas fire pit, played games in the side yard, access to the bike trail to Van Buren state park was two blocks away, and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Mark was extremely communicative and responded quickly when we reached out with a question. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a stellar place to stay! We have been coming to SOHA for 11 summers and this was one of our favorite places. If we hadn’t just impulsively purchased our own cottage while in town, we would stay here every year!! Great location, beautiful home, quiet street. Short walk to beach!

Our vacation home was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed, if we stayed in and cooked or went out to eat. While you are in SH try yoga on the beach (SWF) or meditative prayer (TTH) at the Episcopal Church.

Beautiful and clean house with all the comforts one could ask for for a beach vacation. The only challenge we ran into with the property is that we specifically were looking for a house with a first-floor bedroom and walk-in shower to accommodate elderly parents. While this home offered both, the first-floor bedroom had no closet and only a tiny dresser. Luckily the laundry room is right down the hall and offered some additional room for clothing. This would not be an issue for younger folks but was a bit of a hassle for our 80-year-old parents. Don't let this dissuade you from the home, it was something that applied to our situation specifically. Mark was an excellent host and the house was lovely.

Our stay at this house was everything advertised and what we thought it would be. The house was very clean and well-stocked. Two minor hiccups. First, there is a learning curve on shutting/locking the front door. Secondly, the laundry detergent that was used for blankets gave one of us a terrible skin reaction which resulted in dermatitis and a trip to get cortisone cream. Also, the sheets had a very strong floral scent (definitely did not want to pull the sheets up around your head). The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. I would stay there again THANKS!!!

I would have liked more guidance on how to open the front door. The code was easy, but didn't know what to do after the code was entered. It was especially difficult because we arrived after dark. We thought it was a little odd that the book stated to replace the toilet paper since we were paying for the rental/cleaning fee.

Another great week in our favorite town! We’ve been coming to this town for several years! This place was newly decorated, clean, spacious and plenty of room for our group of friends….sharing old memories and making new ones!! Lots of food, plenty of laughter, a little shopping downtown and beautiful sunsets!!! What more can you ask for?

This property was perfect for our girls getaway weekend! Clean, well appointed with plenty of room for all of us! Beautiful property in quiet neighborhood with a lovely backyard, easy to use fire pit and grill! Took an evening walk to the beach, spent a day wandering in town and all gathered to watch a movie on a rainy afternoon!

This is a beautiful cape cod home. We had a wonderful weekend here. We were a group of 7 adults . There is plenty of room inside and out. It was thoughtfully decorated to accommodate a large group.
The kitchen was modern and had everything you might need. The owners keep it very clean and organized. They were very easy to work with too! The bedrooms were perfect . It was nice to have bathroom on both levels of home. The yard is very nice with outdoor table and umbrella. . The location is fantastic close to town but a less busy, We highly recommend this rental home.

As a group of 5 dear friends for over 30 years, we return to this perfect home every Fall for 3-4 days of sharing our hearts — much fun, great food & wine, tons of laughter, & a few tears! Plenty of beds, comfy seating, well equipped kitchen, cozy spaces, great fire pit, & so much more! So thankful after numerous other homes, we found the perfect home to make even more memories for years to come! Very attentive owner, too!

We had a very nice time in South Haven. The home was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We had a couple plumbing issues, but nothing that would keep us from coming back. One suggestion is to ask if there is propane for the fire pit outside. Unfortunately we were unable to have a fire the majority of the stay because the propane tank was almost empty when we got there.
Something I wish I would have known to ask.

We just spent the weekend at Mark’s house in South Haven. We were a group of three couples and a single. The location was beautiful, literally two houses from the lake. Sadly, Lake Michigan’s rising lake level took away the beach in that particular spot, but the beaches in town were beautiful. The house was just lovely. Gorgeous decor, comfortable beds, everything you could possibly need,. There were plenty of towels, and I can’t say enough about it. We just loved our visit. Thank you Mark!

Beautiful home for our family reunion. The house had everything we needed and more: great back patio with fire pit and swing set, fully stocked kitchen, tons of games and puzzles. The location can’t be beat - within walking distance of the beach and Kids Corner playground. We had some issues with the AC, but Mark was a responsive host and we easily were able to troubleshoot with his assistance.

This charming, comfortable home is the third we have rented in South Haven during the past four years. Last summer we were forced out of town by last minute Covid issues and settled for an old monstrosity in St Joseph instead. We really appreciated this large, clean house in such a wonderful, quiet neighborhood. The yard, with a swing set included, is large and private. The house is quite roomy with large living/dining area adjacent to the large, we’ll appointed kitchen. Communication with Mark, the owner, was seamless. We had a great week and would return in a heartbeat.

We loved spending time outside on the huge patio grilling and playing in the grass. The swingset was a big hit with the kids too. Plus, it's a short 15min walk to the beach stairs across from kids corner which was easily doable with a stroller.
