"Island Princess Unit 311" Fronte del Golfo con una vista stupenda !! 2 bdrm, 2 bagni, 6 posti letto. Grande piano open space spazioso decorato in tonalità rilassanti di un vero condominio per le vacanze sulla spiaggia. Grande cucina completamente attrezzata con ampio bar con posti a sedere per 4 ospiti. Sala da pranzo con 6 posti a sedere. Soggiorno con ampia vista sul golfo e sulla spiaggia con TV a schermo piatto da 47 "/ lettore DVD con canali ad alta definizione. La zona giorno ospita anche un divano letto queen size per gli ospiti supplementari. La camera da letto principale ospita un letto king size con finestra panoramica del golfo, porte scorrevoli in vetro sul balcone, TV a schermo piatto da 32 "/ lettore DVD con canali ad alta definizione, bagno privato completo con cabina doccia e lavabo separato. Seconda camera da letto ospita due letti singoli, 27 "TV a schermo piatto / lettore DVD e accesso al secondo bagno completo. È possibile accedere al balcone dal soggiorno o master. Splendida vista spalancata sulla spiaggia e sul Golfo del Messico con set di tavolini da bar. Internet senza fili!!!

Il servizio in spiaggia viene fornito anche da marzo a ottobre. Faccio il miglio supplementare per assicurarmi che tu ti stia bene. Lenzuola extra per ogni letto con un sacco di asciugamani e cuscini. Asciugamani di carta extra, carta igienica, prodotti per la pulizia, detersivo per lavatrice sono forniti. Fornisco anche alcuni giochi da tavolo, libri e film. Fornisco anche asciugamani da spiaggia e giocattoli da spiaggia. Tutto quello che devi portare è cibo e vestiti e sei pronto per una bella vacanza !!

L'edificio è alto 7 piani, per un totale di 137 unità, con 500 piedi di proprietà sulla spiaggia le spiagge non sono mai affollate come Destin nel picco della stagione. Piscina sul lato del Golfo che viene riscaldata nei mesi invernali insieme a una vasca idromassaggio. Sala per esercizi e area barbecue con gazebo per cucinare.

Room was great, clean and updated. Very comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked, plenty of towels. Pool area a little small if you have kids but we spent all our time at the beach

Almost totallly perfect!!! The king bed in the master bedroom sags in the middle and the sheets do not stay on the bed. Also the television in the living room area does not have a remote that works. At first we could only access hunting channels. Then we found ION. Needs to be fixed. It is not the battery.

We’ve stayed at island princess several times! We love the property and enjoy coming back each year! This particular unit we stayed in this time was clean, comfortable and well decorated! Well stocked with towels and pots/pans, silverware… all the things! Master bed is very comfortable! The kids said the twin beds were just okay.

Condo was very clean paint job was a nice upgrade. Only complaint I would state TVs are hard to operate. Too many kids in the hot tub.

The condo was clean and matched the pictures. The AC worked great and their was plenty of hot water in the showers and the elevators never broke down. The view from the balcony is wonderful and the pool below was warm and clean. The overall grounds were clean and maintained. The beach service with two chairs and an umbrella was nice. We payed over $2000 for 4 nights here but we found out that the room did not even have a simple coffee starter kit. A few packets of Splenda/sugar/creamer and a coffee packet or two should have been complimentary as every other place I've ever been to over the years. After a long days travel to finally get to the condo and be on vacation, you have to find a Publix to buy coffee for the next morning, that just seemed like an insult to me after paying that much money for the condo.
The white sugar sand beach was beautiful and the ocean was emerald green as advertised. No seaweed or sharp shells to hurt your feet as you walked into the ocean.
My wife and I and my two young adult children did feel out of place here though as most of the clientele were extended families with young kids or young teenagers.
Everybody was super friendly but just to advise of what to expect if you come here. You definitely need a car as nothing is walk-able.
Our preference is to have a place nearby to walk for breakfast or maybe ice-cream. I also would have enjoyed a tiki-bar or outdoor cafe which might have a musician playing sing along beach songs in the evenings.

Aside from some construction noise and a few areas being closed, the condo was beautiful and clean. The beach service was amazing and what a great location.

All was great except Cable wasn’t working properly and it was a big Sunday for golf on Sunday. So we left to watch TV at a local restaurant. Our plans to cook and eat at condo changed. Disappointing.
Rental company tried to reach cable company but they were t available to come do service the day we departed 👎. Overall a nice place.

My sister and I have been doing a sister's trip for years, this condo fit the bill perfectly. It was as advertised and the property manager was great at communicating. Clean, cozy and what a view!!! Ocean view was simply the best!! Enjoyed our stay and we already look forward in booking this for 2023!

We have stayed at many condos for at least 10 years of coming to Destin. We have found our forever condo! Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It is supplied with everything you could possibly need. They always get back with you if you have a questions. This will be our forever condo every year from here out. We have already booked for 2023.

This property is very well maintained and was very clean. Beautifully furnished property - not outdated. Included everything you need from extra towels, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies to last you through a week stay easily. Would recommend this property and management. Both were top notch!

A WONDERFUL place to stay
It was a wonderful visit again! Last year, we came for only 4 days and 3 nights and it was NOT long enough so this time we stayed for a week. It was a perfect setup for our little family of 6 (2 adults, 4 kids under 11). It's such a clean condo (furniture, kitchen, bedding, bathrooms, everything!) and decorated so Beachy and pretty. It has great access to the beach and pool. We love that it's only on the 3rd floor which made it easier to just use the stairs instead of waiting on the elevator every time. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with cooking supplies. The beds are very comfortable. We love that there is beach service included. We love the Fort Walton Beach Area; we ate at places like Stewby's (the one on Racetrack where the locals eat); Burrito Del Sol; Donut Hole Bakery and Cafe (that's in Destin); and Cowhead. We considered the places like Boshamps and Harbor Docks, but they always had a really long wait and we really enjoyed eating at the smaller restaurants even more. We shopped the little Downtown shopping strip on Miracle Strip in Fort Walton. We also went to the Gulfarium one day. It was really fun to see all of the ocean life and was worth the money. We just loved our vacation so much and plan to come every year to this same condo.
The only drawback was we were missing a remote for the TV in the master bedroom. But, that's an easy fix and certainly not something we would complain about. Thank you for having us!

Our Honeymoon at Island Princess
We arrived on Monday it was absolutely beautiful, the ocean was right out the living room sliding g glass doors, the surf was soothing and so relaxing after our long drive. We took a long early morning walk on the beach, it is so beautiful.The colors in our condo are so soothing and beachy, they had everything we needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone it is a Beautiful placece to stay.
