My family and I spent an awesome week at Dolphin Run #701 in Virginia Beach. What a spectacular place to vacation! The two bedroom unit contained all the amenities for a week away, with each room tastefully decorated with lovely beach decor. The scenery outside was just as nice! Surfers, dolphins and pelicans were were always near by with white powdery sand to rest upon and play in. Our Property Manager was very organized and helpful and she made our transition to the property simple and effective. So much to see and do in Virginia Beach. This was our first time being there, as well as using Vrbo. We would gladly do both again. - Lisa from Canada

Had a fabulous week with our stay! Location was great right on the boardwalk/beach. Was also nice that this was towards the end of the boardwalk as it seemed less crowded on the beach here and we never had an issue finding a spot. I can’t say anything better for the check-in process and communication with the property management. She was wonderful to work with. Thank you for a great week.

This condo was great for our family of 5! The kitchen was fully stocked and it was great having two bathrooms! The only negative I would say which was unrelated to the actual condo, is the pool area. There wasn’t much seating and the water was never really clear. However, we used it daily. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo itself was ok for a condo. Small, cramped kitchen but the master suite was nice. The Dolphin resort itself I am not impressed with. Awful parking and beach access from the resort is bad. The staff got into it with my wife over the kids and the pool. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. We won't be staying in that building again.

The condo was clean, roomy, and located on the beach and the boardwalk. We had a great time swimming and exploring the shops and restaurants along the boardwalk and around the area. Also, Ms. Chapman provided a thorough instruction for the check in and out process. And she is one call or text away to fix any issue. She was the best. We plan to come back again.

The property is perfect for a 4-5 person family. The oceanfront location is awesome for fun in the sun. The 3 o'clock check in time is the best because it is easier than most and an hour earlier. The condo has many amenities and very clean.

everything was as advertised. The condo was great. well stocked with everything in the kitchen, The beach chairs were especially useful. even had beach toys for my grandson and a kite. They were setting up BeachIt a mega country concert behind the condo. Was good and bad. Interesting to watch build but the noise and closing off the beach access for the last three days sucked.. We did have great seats on our balcony for the Friday nite headliner, Miranda Lambert. Bottom line I would stay there again. It was very nice.

This was a great vacation! Next time I'm in VA Beach, I'll be looking at this condo for my vacation! Thank you again for everything!

the stay was wonderful. we had only two days of good weather. but there was a lot to do around town. Good places to eat. The only problem that I have had is getting my deposit returned!! Can't get my calls or emails answered.. It has been almost two weeks. I will work with another company next time.

We have come to Virginia Beach for many years, and this is definitely one of our favorites stays! Well equipped condo, right across from the laundry room, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and excellent quality dishes , etc

All was good except the weather which is no reflection on the people I delt with .

The condo was completely redone, very clean and super cute. The views to the ocean were breathtaking especially when the dolphins were swimming by. I liked that a lot of great restaurants and shopping were in walking distance. Margie, the property owner was very sweet when I met her the day we arrived. She was also helpful when I had questions a fews days into our stay.

The entire process was very easy. However finding the box for the key pickup was a little confusing. The host helped us with that and we were on our way. The place was as described and we felt at home. The view was awsome from opening the front door for the first time. We saw Dolphins several times from the balcony . The boardwalk was a joy to be on and close to many restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here. Thanks !

This is the second year we have stayed in this condo and we plan it around the Air Show at Oceana Naval Air Base. We think it is the best section of the beach because we are over 60 and it is quiet compared to the rest of the boardwalk. We definitely recommend it!

This was a perfect week to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary. We stayed here 9/3/22-9/10/22, Labor Day Weekend. Labor Day weekend was crowded, which was to be expected, but from Tuesday on it was perfect. The place was exactly as pictured and Maggie made the check in process easy and simple. Her communication was top notch. The location couldn't of been better. The two bedroom was perfect for two couples. Loved being at the end of the boardwalk. Quieter and less crowded. We biked every day, and the beach was just a short distance from our place. Perfect sunrises in the morning and moonlit evenings. We ate at Orion Roof which was totally amazing if you like sushi. Expensive but well worth it. Big Sam was great for breakfast and lunch and Rockfeller was a great place to see the sunsets. Definitely would stay here again and recommend.

The condo we stayed in was great!!! Nicely furnished, clean and comfortable!!! The only disappointment we had was the pool area! I thought that with good weather that the roof cover over the pool would be open .. but was told that it was broke! Overall, great vacation!

Old building but condo is updated, cute and very comfortable. Some maintenance issues with pool/beach entrance to pool out of order and unit curtain rods falling out of walls. Light-blocking curtains would be a GREAT idea for this unit!

Very convenient especially with small children. The washer/dryer is right across the unit, and there is an app you can use so don’t bother to bring your quarters. :) the unit itself is beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. the beach is so close…Very convenient! We enjoyed this area of the boardwalk because it was very low key and quiet.

The property was awesome. Only complaints were the ac in the main area didn't work properly and the ac from the floor above dripped continuously onto us and our balcony. Everything else was absolutely perfect

Easy and smooth process for checking in and out. Margie and staff were great communicators and easy to work with. Unit was as expected with comfortable beds , beach chairs and others amenities that were useful for stay. Although not related to the unit it’s self , the indoor pool was less than desirable and could use updating
