We loved staying here. Perfect location, plenty of space for our family of 7. We enjoyed fishing and definitely the pool! Communication was super easy and quick. Snacks and drinks waiting after our LONG travel day were much appreciated. We will stay again when we come back. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!

The accommodations were enjoyed by everyone in our group. There was an abundance of space to relax and enjoy some peaceful moments, as well as to come together for shared activities. We took advantage of the nearby hiking trails for an early morning excursion. The kitchen was user-friendly and even satisfied the culinary enthusiasts in our family. I would highly recommend staying at this place at any time.

My 80+ year old parents came to visit us in Colorado for a few weeks from the UK. we decided to take in a long weekend break in Arizona. This property was perfect. Pool was great for us all including my 10 year old son. It was peaceful and relaxing, communication was easy and the property was exactly what we needed. Would definitely come back. Thank you!

My group of 6 adult women had a great time in this house. There was plenty of space for us all, and lots of places to sit and relax. Our check-in was easy, the property manager Judy left us a great welcome basket, and she was very responsive when we had a question about the showers. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood that we enjoyed walking around. We could not have asked for a nicer place to enjoy our girls weekend!

Three generations of family (four adults, four kids 5-9) during record breaking heat wave. Property clean, well equipped and picturesque with lake and mountain backgrounds. Safe and secluded as well as convenient to stores and highway. Pool excellent with diving board and large enough to accommodate us all. Two AC units kept spacious house cool and comfortable. Property manager responsive and accommodating. Gift basket delightful treat for us all. Wonderful experience.

The property is such a wonderful place to stay! The house was extremely clean and beautiful. The pool and yard are so quiet and peaceful by the lake! The property manager made check in so easy and were so nice while communicating. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a great time at the house. Was clean and had an enjoyable time. I would only request that additional towels be placed in house for after bathing and pool cleaning service cleaned pool a little better. Otherwise great place for a family vacation, was safe and secure for my toddler granddaughter. Thank you.

This property worked out perfectly for our family vacation. We were greeted with a nice welcome basket. Very clean, quiet, and well appointed home. Lots of space so we weren’t stepping on each other. Property manager was helpful and good communicator.

We could not have had a nicer property for my group of five men 65 and older...and two men in their 50's. Each of us had our own bed - very important - and having one bedroom on the main floor was most helpful for the oldest in our group. The HEATED POOL is awesome - the lake is stunning to wake up to each morning - the fresh grapefruit right off the tree made our breakfasts. Each night, gathering on the back porch and lake dock was a great time for our reminiscing (all college buddies from Concordia-Nebraska) and for for creating new memories with spring training games. ALL MLB parks are easy to access from this property because of its GREAT LOCATION.

Great property with plenty of room for multi-generational family. This was the best equipped VRBO that we have rented and turned out great. The heated pool with diving board was a big hit for the tweens, teens, and even us middle-aged adults. We had a great time.

We had the most amazing family vacation. This home had everything. Larger than expected, comfortable beds. Plenty of outdoor living, quiet, comfy, & super clean. We utilized all the comforts offered, the pool, fishing, bbq, hiking trail. Close to restaurants, grocery store & other attractions. We booked for 4 days; however we could have stayed longer.!

House was clean and well stocked, enough room for 8 adult men to be comfortable and not in each other’s way. Nice layout inside and out, the pool is a plus and location is very peaceful at night for outdoor meals and conversation. Would definitely stay here again.

Judy is amazing to work with and communicates very quickly. The house was amazing and just as listed for us 8 ladies. I recommend this house 100 times over!! We rent alot if houses and this is the best so far!!

Baseball and Beer with the Boys
Our annual trek to the Valley of the Sun to attend Spring Training and visit Breweries could not have had better accommodations! We are men in our 60's that went to school together in Nebraska in the 1970's. This is our way of reuniting! The house, with 7 beds, 3 bathrooms, and a GORGEOUS lot in Arrowhead Lakes served our group well. The heated pool was fantastic - a little more in cost - but worth it for MY group. Location to Surprise Stadium and Camelback Ranch was much, much closer than we had anticipated - a BONUS! The climb/hike to the top of the mountain inside Thunderbird Park was another BONUS. LOVED OUR HOME FOR THE WEEK! Owner could not have been easier to work with - especially since this stay was rescheduled twice.

We truly enjoyed our stay at your property! The neighborhood was very quiet and safe! Judy was a wonderful host. She communicated with us prior to our trip and answered all questions efficiently, We only had a few questions during our stay and she was quick to respond and very pleasant! Thank you for the welcome basket of goodies and wine, what a nice gesture!
We really enjoyed the backyard and pool area. The neighbors passing by on their boats and other water toys were so friendly! Plenty to do in this area with amenities close by. You will not regret staying here for your getaways!

Beautiful home away from home for the whole family to gather
A home away from home. The whole family had a separate bed to sleep but could gather to share good conversation together. We enjoyed relaxing in the pool and warm sun. It was much better then expected.

Perfect Family Getaway
This home was everything we hoped it would be! It is spacious, clean & nicely decorated. The beds & furnishings are comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock & beautiful views. We rented a couple of kayaks & tied them to the dock. It was fun to just paddle around & even fish from the kayaks. Judy was wonderful to work with and we were grateful for the welcome treats! We would definitely return! Thank you!

Perfect VRBO for a Group
We were a group of 4 visiting from the PNW for a football game.
PROS: Huge house, suitable for groups of adults or families with children (we are already working to plan a return visit with our kids!). Well decorated, and everything you could possibly need was available. The pool was warm and completely gated. Pretty view of the lake, which was also completely gated for safety. Two outdoor sitting areas to watch the lake from. The was a lemon and grapefruit tree with ripe fruit too! The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. We were greeted by a fabulous welcome basket which was a nice touch! Our point of contact for the home was warm, friendly and very responsive!
CONS: The location was in a great area with lots of restaurants nearby. That said, we were a little further from the Cardinal State Farm stadium and Scottsdale than we realized. Our error, not the host or VRBOs fault, just noting it as a heads up if you plan to Uber/Lyft to these locations frequently during your stay.
Overall, we highly recommend staying here and are already planning our next visit!

Great house for family gathering
We had a wonderful stay at Arrowhead Lakes. The house was spacious for our group of ten - grandparents, parents, and 4 kids ages 9-15. It definitely felt larger than the pictures make it seem. The check in process couldn’t have been smoother, despite our late arrival. The house was spotless and Judy had taken the time to leave a gift basket and put up a Christmas tree since we were spending the holiday away from home. The location was good for us - conveniences were close and most Phoenix area attractions were within 20-30 minutes. The pool was great for the kids as well. Highly recommend - we would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great Property
Rented for a Pre-Christmas getaway. There is a king room on the main floor kind of tucked away from the action which was great for us (Grandma and Grandpa). The kids stayed upstairs where there was a very nice Master Suite and three other bedrooms. Had to bring our own pack-and-play which was not an issue, but worthy of note. Beautiful views. Fishing poles in garage. Wish we had time to use them. Will return

The house is lovely, plenty of space for our party. Very comfortable! Love the heated pool, the views. There was plenty there to work with. Could've used a few more face cloths, but I can't think of much more we could've used. The neighbor was friendly. Great golf course nearby. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
