Great location - very central and close to shops and restaurants in Harrogate city center. Even though there are 3 codes to get into building, hallway and the key, it’s quite easy to access the flat with the instructions given. The flat is comfortable and a great place to stay. This is our second time staying and will stay again if possible.
The washer/dryer was a bit hard to operate. There were manuals for all the appliances except this one.

The location was lovely and quiet despite being central. The property is so beautiful and high-end while being cozy. The blackout shades in the rooms turned a sunny space into an amazing sleep space. The kitchen was well-appointed. It was really superb and I can't say enough good things about it.

The apartment was lovely, everything we could have needed x
The terrible smell in the hallway leading to the apartment, can only describe it as Tom cat spray was very overpowering. Probably needs the carpets pulling up it was so bad x I must add the smell did not come into the apartment itself just in communal hallway.

Lack of information about car parking. There are no long stay car parks (more than 24 hours) we had to keep moving our car!
There was a leak in the hall outside the apartment. The smell was not very nice.

We liked everything.
Location was ideal, very central.
Property was a great size with everything we needed. Hand soap, towels, coffee, tea, milk etc
Beds big and very comfortable. Owner replied to all our messages very promptly.

A very comfortable apartment, well equipped and furnished and in a nice, quiet, central location. Nicola, our host was very helpful and communicated with us very well about arrival, key collection, car parking etc.
The only thing that would have improved our stay was a free car parking space or two, as free, street parking places are hard to find, but we did know about this when we booked and Nicola helpfully suggested some parking options.

central location, very clean and spacious with good facilities. The land lady responded to my email immediately with regards to a small glitch, which was easily sorted. Overall very pleased with my stay in Harrogate.

The central location of the property was fantastic. The apartment was spotless and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The shower was very good and the bathroom was spotless
The sofas in the lounge were very uncomfortable to the point I had to go to bed to get comfort, such a shame it spoilt the night

Excellent 2 night stay with parents. Easy access to building which was secure and clean.
Apartment excellently located for everything. Always parking within a hundred meters. Parents had disability badge and always found parking. We parked in a multi-storey recommended by host as cheaper than outside and only a 5 minute walk. Apartment very clean, well equipped and all amenities needed even for a much longer stay. Tea, coffee and sugar in packets, which was better. Oven, fridge etc. very clean. We cooked breakfasts in apartment, but had evening meal out. If you like a family Italian with very good food and average price try portifino also on Albert street (a minutes walk. Excellent in every way except cocktails).
Good showers. Beds very comfortable and good quality bedding.
Good welcome pack and all instructions for appliances and heating available.
