P property was clean, Marie was great to work with, short, walk to the beach. All appliances were great.

Great property for families with young children. Plenty of bathrooms and space. The elevator was a big plus when mkving luggage or groceries. Pool location was perfect to prevent young children from getting to it unsupervised. Communication was excellent and the check-in was easy amd smooth. Wi book this property again.

We had a wonderful time while staying at this beautiful home! The house was clean, beds comfortable and Maria was an excellent host. Our favorite parts were the ping pong table, use of the elevator (made moving in and out so easy) and close beach access! Beach cart, beach/pool toys and chairs were a definite plus. This was our 3rd time staying at White Sands and we will be back! We love AMI and this house is in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. We always rent a golf cart because we have grandparents and kids and it makes hauling all of our gear much easier. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious and the pool area is nice and private with a great TV and grill. There is also tons of chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, toys and floats- do you don’t need to bring anything! My kids also loved the ping pong table and we really appreciated the elevator for my in-laws. Maria is wonderful, she is responsive and caring and made sure that everything was good for us. Thank you again, Maria - we had an amazing beach vacation!

We had an amazing time at the White Sands beach house! I feel like the pictures did not do it justice for how lovely it was. So spacious—which was perfect for our mixed group, location to the beach was amazing and the street was so quiet even though on the map it looked like a main road. The pool was amazing and there were plenty of outdoor seating options! We loved that they had a beach cart with so many accessories too. We all left happy, tan and wanting to return again! Thank you Maria for a great stay!

This vacation home was perfect for our girl’s trip. The house was spotless, the kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfy, pool was lovely, elevator was helpful and the location was great. The beach was so close and the beach chairs were much appreciated. Maria kept in touch and it was a pleasure to vacation in her home .

Although I was not able to join my clan in Tampa, I had chosen the location and made most of the preliminary plans. The intrusion of virtually every winter bug that appeared in the Chicago area, snared my entire family with a series of ailments that totally disrupted our plans. Happily, my kids managed to make the trip and had a fantastic time which they will cover in a separate “user' review. However, I certainly have enough information from them to offer a bystanders opinion. In an allegorical approach, the process and experience reminds me of a true tale I was told by a fascinating, charismatic professor I worked for many years ago. In an operating room at a well known NE hospital a neurosurgeon was working on the exposed grey matter of a conscious patient, and was taking the opportunity to explore the patients reactions to some brain stimuli he could apply with some delicate electrodes. As he probed an area of the cortex, he found one location that caused the patient to raise his arm and exclaim “Do it again!”. Now curious, the surgeon stimulated the site again, and observed the exact same response. Excitedly he repeated the process several times and obtain the identical responses. The doctor proudly announced to the staff and observers present that he believed he had found the “pleasure site” of the patient, a significant discovery which could advance the knowledge of neuro-anatomy. However, one of the interns involved in the procedure, a former philosophy student pursuing a medical degree, frowned skeptically. “Not so fast please, I think what we may have found is not the pleasure center, but simply the “do it again” center. The experience of visiting Maria's place encapsulates elements of the allegory. Firstly, the home and its amenities easily qualified as a pleasure site – actually among the best I have ever rented. Additionally, as the stay approached its conclusion, the “do it again” sensation emerged. Before the departure, all of us involved were committing to plan a return visit. The hostess, Maria was, and is, exceedingly helpful and accommodating which permitted us to work around our disrupted travel arrangements and totally enjoy the experience. No matter what satisfaction metric we apply to the visit, the satisfaction rating gets absolutely top marks.

Cannot stress enough how perfect this location is. A short three minute walk to the sand! And the owner, Maria, was excellent at communicating with us. We can’t wait to come back!

We have been visiting AMI for several years and this place was one of our favorites. The house is close to the beach, the heated pool was fantastic, the kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of TVs and space for our family.

This house was perfect for my family. My daughters and their family and I had plenty of room. Great place to stay. Baby gates for the stairs to keep my 2 year old grandson safe. Beach carts and chairs. My older grandsons had a great time also. Pool was perfect. Ping pong table to play on. Plenty of beach towels. The only problem was the floors hadn't been swept. With a 2 year old I had to right that the first day. The rest of house was clean.

This property is by far the cleanest Vrbo I’ve stayed in! Location to the beach is great. The house has all the beach gear u could need..and if u have a baby it’s prepared for that..gates, pack n play, highchair, stroller etc! The owner had great communication and was available w any help we needed! 10/10 for our stay!

Spacious house, near beach

We had a fantastic holiday staying at White Sands Beach House. The villa is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is fully equipped for everything including beach chairs and trolleys. The house was spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed the water filter in the fridge, which saved us having to buy bottled water. The beds were really comfortable and the bathrooms were very high quality. Maria was great at communication and quickly provided 2 extra dining chairs for us. The house is between trolley stops in both directions so really easy to travel around the island. If we visit AMI again, we would be happy to book here again.

We loved renting from Maria. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room for our families. We walked to tge Beach every morning and kids played in the pool every night. We also enjoyed watching the lightning storms from the covered porch in the afternoon.

We had 6 adults, 8 yo and 3 yo. The space of the house worked perfectly. Appreciated the high chair and pack n play. Plenty of space to eat together, spend time together, and find solitary spaces. Kids enjoyed the pool. The beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach toys were great to use. The short walk to the beach was so convenient. The section of the beach was never overly crowded. People were able to easily walk to a trolley stop near the house. The owner was easy to communicate with and responsive to questions. We enjoyed our stay and had no complaints.

Host was very responsive and helpful with anything needed, not that the house was missing anything! It's a great house for family stays with all the amenities needed for keeping everyone entertained. The only bad thing was that I had to come home. 😊
