Most likely beautiful while not being renovated. Started off not even being able to get in until 5:45 due to cleaning people still being there. We were woken up daily at 7:40 AM by construction and construction workers looking in the windows that proceeded to 5 PM. Zero privacy with constant drilling. Impossible to relax or for our young children to nap. We were shocked that someone would even have the audacity to rent this place out with all the dangerous construction going on that was not only on the balconies, but also in the garage where you could only access the unit. There was so much going on that they covered my car entirely with plastic tarps. We were refunded $500 out of thousands for supposed “only painting” and no balcony use. Talk about a slap in the face considering this unit should have never been rented and was unsafe. We get to take one trip a summer to the beach with our 4 kids and unfortunately this was the most disappointing place we have ever stayed in the 10 years we have been using VRBO.

Great unit, has everything you need, its in a great location. The host is beyond easy to work with, great communication and will work with you on just about anything :). We will be heading back and staying there again, way soon than later.

This property is beautiful. In addition to being mere steps away from the beach, the interior decoration is very tasteful and stylish. All of the TV's are smart TV's making it very easy to stream our favorite shows and games while away on vacation.
The beach is what you expect: white sand and idyllic. The sunset views from the beach are gorgeous.
The host of this property went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was optimally enjoyable. Her communication was timely and thoughtful.
I plan on taking my family back to this property very soon.

Very nice property. Fully furnished kitchen. Nice bedding.
The beach was the best part. The least crowded beach we’ve stayed on in years.
Had to turn off the AC for maintenance one day, but Donna kept us informed and paid for a meal for us to leave and go to a cooler spot.
Would definitely recommend.

This house was one of the best places we have ever stayed on vacation. We loved the quiet beach and how we were always able to get a spot right on the water- even during the week of July 4th. The property is well maintained and has everything you could possibly need, even chairs and umbrellas. Very pleased and hope to be able to stay here again.

Donna’s place is the kind of place you want to come to the beach and experience. She’s so responsive, the decor is great as well as functional. She has thought of everything from dehumidifiers that make it one of cleanest and mold free places we’ve stayed, extra fans, well placed hooks for hanging wet suits in the shower, I could go on and on. It’s a great place for people who will treat quality well.

Beautiful beach front townhouse. Great location, close to Publix and other shopping needs. Lots of items for use by guest. Love the new bath and bed room. The check in was disappointing because the cleaning crew did not finish their work until 4:45 PM, check in was 4 PM. We had another unit rented for my Son's family. They were on the beach with my 1 year old twin great grand children while we were stuck waiting on the cleaning crew to finish so we could un pack our stuff. Other wise, good time.

Wonderful stay. Everything you need and more. No worries if you forget anything, everything you will need is there. Owner was on top of everything! Easy communication with owner. Loved our visit and plan to return next year!

Excellent place, bigger than we needed but the beach access and quality of interior was a big plus. Close to public access so beach tended to be crowded at times but it is such a nice beach that it really didn’t matter. We’ve scheduled a return visit

Walking out to the beach each day was awesome. The townhome is close to 30a and Panama City. We appreciated the quick reply from the homeowner and look forward to returning.

We really really enjoyed this townhome. We like the quiet west end of PCB. The two balconies are great. We saw dolphins every day. We loved how close we were to the beach. We really enjoyed the garage for all the beach items to be stored. The hose right by the stairs is great to keep sand out of the home. The place was really clean, kitchen is well stocked, coffee cups were large :) We used the paddle boards a lot, it was definitely a favorite of ours. Already having beach chairs and umbrella there is really helpful also! Donna had great communication with us. We will definitely be back!

The unit was clean, the linens and towels were great. The unit was tastefully decorated. The dual coffee pot was great once we figured out how to use it. We normally take our own linens and towels. The use of bikes, paddle boards and beach chairs was nice.

Great vacation!
The owner maintains such a beautiful home! Communication has been great with the owner! When we first came, the home was meticulously clean and beautifully decorated! The kitchen pretty much has everything you need! The townhouse is right on the beach, and you just walk right out of your house into the sugar sand. We had breakfast and dinner every day on our deck and just enjoyed the beautiful ocean view. The house has an excellent grill, and you can just go down to get some fresh seafood and throw on the grill. This is such a special gem between Panama City and 30A. There is so much to do for the kids nead Panama City, but also a very easy drive to 30A to enjoy all the shops. This is a quieter beach and not crowded. Hands down, this is the best Vrbo rental that we have stayed!

We absolutely love the West End of PCB and this property did not disappoint. We had everything we needed and the townhouse was very clean. The ease of getting to the beach directly from your own patio is the best part ! We loved every minute, despite the weather, and plan on renting this unit again! Great Family Memories in Paradise
This home was absolutely beautiful and it was decorated so cute! The house was clean and Donna was great to communicate with. Loved the extra amenities that were there because we of course forgot to pack some items. House was steps to the beach and close to the grocery store. Would absolutely stay again and most likely will next year.

We were very comfortable there and there was plenty of room when we had company. Donna's kitchen is very good and the dishes and utensils were well above average. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Fall Break Getaway
Our stay was absolutely perfect. The view from the condo was stunning – panoramic of the beach/ocean from the living room and second floor master bedroom too. Two balconies with umbrellas and outdoor dining. It was impeccably clean, well-appointed and decorated. As a family of four we had everything we needed and more. Furniture and beds/linens were incredibly comfortable with great TV’s (Roku and Netflix) in every bedroom and bunk area off the master suite, which is perfect for families with small children …. a sliding barn door between the two for privacy. Wifi was great! The kitchen was well stocked with all new dishes, cookware, stainless and serving pieces. We loved there was no carpet just clean tile! Just a short drive to Publix and The Donut Hole ….. and shopping at Rosemary or Pier Park. Everything you need for the beach including great umbrellas, beach chairs, kayaks, bikes with helmets and beach games. Everything was neatly stored and organized in the garage. We loved using the garage parking as well! Donna was a complete pleasure. She communicated with us on our drive down as we were late checking in and answered any question we had with grace. She was definitely a wonderful host! We highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay again!

Gorgeous home, quiet beach
This place is perfect! We stayed with our three young kids and relished in the freedom to just walk out to the beach without hauling bags and bags of stuff!! It’s so close! The beach was recently restored and is now even wider and more beautiful than before. The home is perfectly located in a quiet area but it’s very easy to get to PCB or the western beach towns for attractions and dining. The hosts were attentive and kind and thought of virtually everything you might want during your stay—from beach toys, games, chairs, and umbrellas, to olive oil and spices in the kitchen. The home is gorgeous, very clean, and the beds and furnishings are very comfortable. We loved the little twin bed “nooks” that are on the same level as the master. We had privacy but peace of mind knowing our kids were close. We would definitely stay here again.

What our family loved most about this unit was the fact that in a matter of steps, you are on the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with everyday.

Close to all that matters
This condo unit was in a good location for what we wanted to do for a week with the wife, son, daughter-in-law, a 4 yr old grandson and 8 month old granddaughter. Right on the beach, with a community pool that is showing it's age but sufficed. The outside of the buildings are also in need of attention, but the inside of the unit is nice and had all we needed for a week together. On the Destin side of PCB, lots around, near and far for places to eat and shopping and things to do. A 2 minute drive to grocery store and Bayou Bill's, one our favorites. Unit has washer and dryer which was nice with messy children. Though weather was hot and humid, inside was comfy cool with a/c and fans. Would stay there again.

Summer vacation
The property was very clean and the owner was easy to communicate with. The beds were comfortable and the renovations were very nice. The place is just as it appears in the pictures. The location is perfect. The only thing I’d mention is the exterior could use a paint job as there are sections where the paint is chipping and wood is rotting.
