Questo loft di recente costruzione di 650 piedi quadrati sopra il garage ha sostituito la vecchia casa di trasporto costruita nel 1888. Si trova fuori strada dietro la nostra residenza vittoriana in mattoni a 2 piani. Ti diamo il benvenuto in questo quartiere storico. È una posizione straordinaria a pochi passi dal centro, dai ristoranti, dalla pista ciclabile, dai sentieri, dalla biblioteca, dal museo per bambini Powerhouse e da altri servizi. Goditi le tue vacanze nella bellezza di questa casa moderna e completamente arredata. Abbiamo una culla pieghevole e passeggino disponibili e in grado di fornire giocattoli per bambini di tutte le età su richiesta.
Se scegli di raggiungere a piedi il centro del ponte girevole sul bellissimo fiume Animas è a soli tre isolati di distanza e offre un facile accesso a tutti i ristoranti e negozi che Durango ha da offrire.
Un luogo rilassante in cui soggiornare con una terrazza privata che si affaccia su una collina boscosa e un giardino con giochi d'acqua. Questa casa ha soffitti a volta e una cucina moderna con elettrodomestici in acciaio, completamente fornita e tutte le cose extra che potresti aver bisogno di cucinare in casa.
La spaziosa camera da letto ha un nuovo letto king size con lenzuola pregiate e piumino. Il bagno è lussuoso con un ripiano in marmo di Carrera, pavimento in piastrelle da 18 pollici e doccia piastrellata Subway. È accessoriata con asciugamani, saponi e asciugacapelli di qualità.
Il soggiorno è dotato di un divano futon matrimoniale, tv a schermo piatto, lettore dvd, 2 sedie girevoli in pelle e una biblioteca completa di giochi. Forniamo anche accesso wifi.
La sala da pranzo può ospitare fino a sei e può essere utilizzata per le cene nelle notti in cui si desidera soggiornare.

This rental is exactly what the description says. It’s in a great location, close to everything. It was so clean and nice. We loved feeding the dog treats! Highly recommend this rental!

The property was everything promised and walking distance to many town amenities. We have been coming to Durango for years and this is the first time staying in this property. Great renovation with plenty of room for us and our pups. The neighborhood is very quiet & peaceful. Hosts were great too!

It was a lovely place to stay. Quiet and private. 5 star accommodations. On street parking was not ideal but it was safe.

The carriage house was wonderful. We only had it for two nights but that was enough to know we will book again when and if we return to Durango. The hosts and their daughter were all super friendly, as was Birdy.

We loved our stay at this beautiful loft in a quiet, charming, and convenient location. The place had everything we needed and it was very comfortable. We loved being greeted by Birdie every time we returned. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and we hope to stay here again in the future.

We were pleasantly surprised with the quality construction and beautiful design of this place! Joe, property owner was so great, friendly, welcoming, easy to work with. The home is wonderfully equipped, nice AC, lots of windows for cross breezes if you wish. We loved our evening visits from Birdie, their golden retriever. She is happy to be your fill-in fur companion if you like. Quiet neighborhood, close to downtown and walking/cycling trails. Would highly recommend!

I wish this was my house - everything you could want. Close to downtown - definitely walkable/bikeable. Lovely neighborhood. Fabulous patio. I would absolutely love to stay here again!

My husband and I both enjoyed our 5 day stay here at the Carriage House away from the Arizona heat! The accommodations were very clean, quiet, and comfortable and location was great in the the historic district. The place was well stocked with pretty much whatever we needed. We loved sitting on the private deck in the late afternoon reading and relaxing with a glass of wine. It’s a fairly easy walk to downtown along the Animas River trails & bike paths and about a 25 minute walk to the Durango/Silverton train station. Joe & Yona were both great and easy to communicate with. We also had an added bonus of being greeted by Birdie, their beautiful and friendly golden Lab. So glad we chose the Carriage House!

Joe & Yona we’re excellent hosts , chatting often and of course we particularly loved Birdie their retriever visiting us regularly !…property location was perfect being an easy walk to town and the enjoyable river walk …all in all a very pleasant stay.

The Carriage House is such a wonderful place to stay. You look around and see the attention to detail that the hosts have provided. The deck over looking the landscaped property and the sound of the nearby waterfalls make it the perfect place to have your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The place is very clean and tidy and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Joe and Yonna are very welcoming and we (and our dog Angel) especially enjoyed the four legged concierge, Birdie. We would not hesitate to stay here on our next trip to Durango

Oh my… Yona and Joe are wonderful hosts and have provided the perfect place for my stay! I especially enjoyed peaceful moments sitting on the deck surrounded by lovely landscaping. The neighborhood is perfect for taking my dog on long strolls. I would definitely stay here again.

This property is simply magnificent. The host family are warm and inviting and super pro at VRBO rental. They were incredibly accommodating to our needs as we were traveling across country. Their kindness and spirit are over the top in the VRBO world. Definitely stay here on your trip to Durango

Absolutely LOVED this carriage house. It had every amenity you could ask for. Super clean, adorable kitchen with everything you need for cooking a good meal. Great deck with plenty of privacy. Easy access to the river walking trails and downtown. I stayed for almost a month and enjoyed every minute. Joe, Yona and kids were wonderful hosts and provided everything I needed. Their pups were a joy as they greeted us as we came and went! I highly recommend!

The property is ideal for a couples getaway and Joe and Yana are the best hosts. The place was completely updated and well stocked. We brought our dog Rocco and he was welcomed! We were in town for a ski weekend and unfortunately had to cut our trip short. Without our asking, Joe offered to refund for the unused nights. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Durango!

Joe and Yona were spectacular! Wonderful to work with and the place was superb! We will definitely be back and appreciate their hospitality. Loved the location. Close to downtown and only a 25 minute drive to Purgatory. The place was clean, fully stocked with everything you need, and the bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend taking the Durango Train winter excursion and the Ice Pirates snowmobiling out of Silverton. We absolutely loved seeing Sugar, Zoe, and the new addition to the Delling family, Birdie! Loved giving the dogs the provided treats when they would greet us in the mornings and afternoons from our outings. You will love it here…don’t look anymore…book this place.

We can't say enough positives about this apartment. This place is the complete stay. The owners are wonderful with providing detailed communication, the location is within walking distance to town, and the apartment had everything needed for a lengthy stay (including a washer and dryer). The little outdoor deck provided the perfect setting for an outdoor lunch or a glass of wine during cocktail hour. Zoe and Sugar, the family dogs, greeted us faithfully everyday! We would definitely recommend this stay.

Spotlessly clean, as beautiful as the pictures, quiet and completely perfect! We stayed in 8 different VRBOs on our trip and this was by far our favorite. Location was great and the bed and shower were amazing. Book this place. You’ll love it! (Got a Joanna Gaines vibe. So well designed and decorated)

Stunningly beautiful place with lots of special perks like friendly dogs, a fabulous waterfall and a deck that makes you feel as if you are deep in a forest. I can't wait to go back someday.

Great place, great hosts!
We stayed for two nights as a quick getaway from the Arizona heat. It was a perfect location, nice neighborhood, and friendly, helpful hosts. Everything about the Carriage House was just as described or better. The best part though was the welcoming crew of Zoey and Sugar! Will definitely stay here again!
