Everything about this house worked perfectly for the three of us. The living/dining area is inviting and relaxing, the beds are comfortable, the shower is great for tall people, and the kitchen is stellar. We were able to easily cook a nice dinner and only had to get the basic ingredients. The house's close proximity to the Seattle Center is a plus, and it's near a couple of grocery stores. We'll definitely stay here again when we come to Seattle.

We like to stay in well-equipped vintage apartments when we travel. Ben's place is a great example of this - - charming decor, woodwork, and furnishings with all the modern features you need (comfortable beds, full kitchen, modern bathroom and all the electronics for your teenager). And it comes with a dedicated off-street parking space, a comprehensive guide about the place, including a list of nearby restaurants & activities! We met Ben when we arrived - he helped us with our luggage, gave us a few pointers on the neighborhood, and all his contact info in case we needed anything during our stay (we didn't). Overall, this is the best 2-bedroom place we've stayed in for I don't know how long.

My wife and I have stayed in many VRBO properties in North America and Europe - and none of them can compare to Ben's Property! The attention to detail in his restoration, cleanliness, amenities and super comfy bed all contribute to this being our favorite rental ever! We will be back!

No one could appreciate this property more than we did. It was immaculately, clean, and cleverly decorated. He thought of everything we could possibly need. It was the best.

My family and I - spouse and two kids aged 7 and 9 years - spent a long weekend in Seattle to attend a baseball game and fit in some of the sight-seeing. I was nervous about finding a rental because i don't know the first thing about Seattle and places to stay. I'm so happy we found this house. It was a dream. First, the property owner was amazingly accommodating when i realized i accidentally booked a day off our trip. Second, this house had all the comfortable amenities we needed. Truthfully, we didn't spend a great deal of time in the house because we spent our days walking and exploring! But when at the house, we were very comfortable. The location is amazing. Close to several attractions that are within walking distance yet it feels like a quiet neighborhood. If you need transportation options, we used the metro bus system with stops very close to the house. We never had to take our car anywhere and deal with parking or traffic.

We came to town for the hockey game and Ben’s place was great. Centrally located, enough room for everyone, very clean and quiet. What an easy comfortable stay!

We walked everywhere from the house. Beautiful parks close by and grocery, coffee and restaurant options all within walking distance. The home was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend it.

Property was great. We would definitely stay again. Location was great. Easy Uber to downtown, quick drive up the hill to 5 Spot for lunch and Trader Joe’s for groceries. It was quiet at night, and felt safe. Very clean and well equipped. Only downside: I’m not sure I realized when I booked that the stairs and driveway were so steep, we had my MIL who is 80+, but we made it work. We will be back!

Highly recommend this home. We are originally from Seattle and needed a home base while we were back for a few days. This is a wonderfully equipped home, super clean and comfortable. Everything is within walking distance but you are off the main road so it’s quiet at night.

Lovely house in great location, very much enjoyed my stay!

We were seeking to learn more about the neighborhoods of the Seattle region with a mind of relocating after retirement. We found this place as a perfect, centrally located base and got a taste of what living there would be like. Proximity to great grocery markets and restaurants was a big draw for us. The place itself was surprisingly comfortable: the beds were great and the shower was decadent to us water-starved Californians. We cooked and the kitchen was well appointed and worked for us. But the real revelation was the original cast-iron radiators. The temperature was perfectly maintained without forced-air, making it allergy free. We would definitely come back and recommend it to business and leisure travellers.

We found the property to be cozy and comfortable for our family. The kitchen was nicely stocked, we enjoyed our Thanksgiving weekend in style. The location is safe and convenient. No problems and we had a great time!

We just needed a place to stay for 2 nights while attending a Kraken game and other Seattle fare. Location was VERY close to our main target, and easy to get to and from for traveling to other parts of town. House had all that was necessary to hang out the second evening and relax with drinks, food, and TV as if we were at home.

This home was fantastic! It was very well equipped and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is great and was centrally located for our home base. Ben was very responsive to all requests. We had a wonderful stay.

Great time

We came to Seattle a few days before our cruise to Alaska. The property was in a perfect location for us to walk around and see the sites in Seattle The house itself was awesome and roomy for even four people. It was stocked with coffee for a good start to your day. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. If we ever make a trip back to Seattle, we will see if this listing is available again.

Great stay in the Queen Anne neighborhood. My son and I stayed here while visiting my daughter. Perfect location. The house was super clean and welcoming. Easy check in and out. Really appreciated having this lovely little spot to come back to!

Perfect place in every way, exactly as described. The location was ideal for everything we were looking to do in the city. Owners have thought of everything and were very responsive. We highly recommend staying here!

We loved this rental! It had plenty of space for our family of four and you can't beat the location. It was super clean, comfortable and well stocked. The owner was very responsive when booking and when sending all our check in info. We didn't need him during our stay but I'm sure he would have been just as responsive. We easily walked to restaurants, ice cream (Molly Moon's was fantastic), coffee shops and Kerry Park each night for sunset. We also walked to the Space Needle which is only about 1/2 mile from the home. From the Space Needle we were able to easily jump on the monorail to Pike's Place Market but that was walkable too. However, after two weeks backpacking around Washington State we were happy to ride the monorail during this portion of our trip ;-) And of course, the off street parking was a huge perk! I was a little worried about Seattle traffic since we needed to get to the airport during morning rush hour but we were going against the major traffic and it was a quick 25 min commute. I would not hesitate to stay here again and will definitely recommend it to my friends that are planning a similar trip to ours in the near future.
