Well appointed rental just steps to the heart of Kennebunkport shopping and restaurants. Excellent covered balcony overlooking the scenic tidal river and Kennebunkport. Heat and A/C. Kitchen has everything you need. 3rd year renting this unit. Excellent.

We have stayed at this location and this apartment on many occasions. It is perfectly located , very well equipped with a great view across the river to downtown KPT . Wonderful sunrises. The owner Sharon is very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

The condo was clean and well equipped. The deck overlooking the water was nice and you could walk to stores and restaurants.

We had a very nice stay in the condo. Our daughter and her boyfriend flew in from LA and met us and it wound up being a proposal 💍 weekend 😃 The kitchen was well stocked and we boiled lobster one night. We biked to Goochs beach and it was 1mile. Lots of shops and restaurants within easy walking distance tho. We loved the covered porch the best I think. The LR and MB were well AC’d. The smaller bedroom was a bit warmer so we used the fan in the unit for that room. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The unit was fantastic. It had everything we needed for our visit. The kitchen was stocked with all the basics. There is an ice machine in the fridge too. We were able to walk to town, restaurants and the beach. Never had to drive anywhere. There is a covered porch off of the family room which was great to sit out - even I. The rain. We would recommend this unit and would stay again.

Loved every minute. Comfy and cozy. Can’t wait for next year.

Like many of the other reviews, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The place was immaculate and the layout was great for us. We grilled almost every night on the Weber Spirit grill which worked well for us. We walked the beaches in the morning, kayaked, and did the Intown Trolley tour without needing to drive as everything was walkable from the condo. The same is true for all of the restaurants, coffee shops, bars, etcetera. I highly recommend staying here.

We’re a couple of single gals that wanted a no fuss, no planning, simple vacation and we found exactly what we were looking for with Sharon’s place in Kennebunk! The property is fantastic! We each had our own room and bathroom, with a large sitting area, kitchen and porch which we used daily (the views off the porch were stunning! I wish I could share pictures here, they look like paintings! ❤️). The kitchen is stocked with so many things it made cooking breakfast/brunch (because you won’t find in town, most places open around 11:30/12) as breeze. We walked everywhere (getting in WAY more steps than our average day at home 😆) but having a car just isn’t necessary as there are a lot of things to do and see right within the town, which is right out the front door and around the corner. Mornings in Paris is just around the corner, great coffee and pastries. Gooch beach is a quick 20 min walk down a beautiful street (passing a Monk sanctuary that we’re told has healed many people!). Plenty of boat tours; sailing tours that explain the history of the location, some of the famous people that vacation on the beach etc, lobster tours, whale watch etc. We took a pineapple Katch tour and it was great! we recommend Arundel Wharf for lunch or dinner, the location and food was FANTASTIC!. Nonantum hotel, (another short 20 min walk) has a pool open to the public with poolside food and drinks. We hit it just at the right time of the year, the weather was ideal, low 70’s, ocean breeze daily, and slightly overcast so no worries of a sunburn! We can’t recommend this place more and have already decided we will 100% be back.

We had a wonderful experience at this property. the location is unbelievable - less than 10 minute walk to downtown Kennebunkport. Sharon was wonderful - she called me before our stay. recommended restaurants. the kitchen was better stocked than any BRB i have ever rented. there was ice cream in the freezer and beer in the fridge. Terrific property. would definitely rent it again.

Condo is lovely and perfectly located for a short walk into town. Could not have stayed in a better place!

We had a great stay in Kennebunkport! The condo was neat, clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. It was a great location to be able to walk to the Port and enjoy Christmas Prelude weekend. Sharon was a great host from start to finish. We would love to rent again! Thank you

We just spent a very relaxing two weeks at this home which overlooks the Kennebunk River and downtown Kennebunkport. This is a very well kept and clean home, had plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Sharon was very easy to deal with. All in all, we would highly recommend this property without reservation.

The Boatyard is as advertised. The location is ideal. No car is needed; we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Sitting on the deck watching the sun rise over Kennebunkport was wonderful. Would definitely stay at the Boatyard condo again.

Great location and views. Rented for a girls weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

This was a gorgeous apartment. It came equipped with everything you could possibly use, it was much nicer than it appeared in the photos. It is extremely close to the shops and restaurants of Kennebunkport. You do not need to use your car for most outings. The outdoor balcony was wonderful. Sharon could not have been nicer to deal with.

We had such a great time staying in Sharon’s condo. The location was perfect! Close enough for my teens to go back and forth to town by themselves. Had a very relaxing stay. The condo was cozy and the terrace was wonderful. Super clean property with attention to detail. Would definitely stay again. 5*!!

The layout of the property was perfect for us. It was immaculate. The view over the river and into town was amazing and the deck was the perfect size for the four of us to just relax and enjoy the live music in the distance. We honestly couldn’t have been happier about it. The host was amazing with communication. If I could give 10 stars, I would. If our travels take us to the area again, we will definitely look to stay there. We highly recommend it to anyone. Thank you!!

What a great condo to rent right near the action of Kennebunkport. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and take a nice three mile round-trip walk too and from the beach. Beach parking pass was a huge benefit to our family. Condo was clean and well stocked. Great size for a family of four. Highly recommend for your next stay to the Kennebunkport area.

The location could not have been better, easy walk to the main strip of town with shops/restaurants. The patio overlooking the water was a great touch too, and nice having a parking space. Owners were very communicative when I had questions, would love to stay here again, really enjoyed it.

Very nice location on the river with a great shaded patio perfect for afternoon cocktails overlooking the bridge from Kennebunk into Kennebunkport. Easy walking distance to all of the port and several restaurants just a stones throw away. Kitchen has everything you need. Nice 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Quiet.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. Perfect for 4 of us. So nice to have two full bathrooms. Most of all, we enjoyed time on the balcony overlooking the water and Kennebunkport. The location of this condo is fantastic. Short walk to town!

It was the perfect location with all the necessary amenities. The weather was not always on our side but the condo offered a wonderful place to be stuck inside (or on the patio). Highly recommend

The only negative to this property is the stairs but we were fully aware before renting it. Otherwise it was a clean, attractive property with a great view and close to all the shops and restaurants. Everything was just as I would want it if it were my home…good quality and well planned. We did not want to leave!
