1)Suite not worth the price 2) the breakfast included advertised was breakfast in a bag hung on your room door ! It was deceitful. 3) student staff not properly trained ,very poor service at breakfast 4) ran out of basic ingredients as sugar . 5) veranda roof leaking during rainfall 6) limited breakfast menu

The accomodations and the Inn overañl was beautiful. Decided in good taste. The location was great with access to one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The fact that they had nice bikes for guest use was a great conveniente and the ability to use the fabulous pool in the sister property near by was an added valie.

Absolutely nothing

The location is great! I also really enjoyed the dinner I had during my stay. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Parking is easy and I appreciated the room details.

I felt that the price for my room was way to high. I paid over $500/night for a room that should have been $300 or less. Room was very small and needed some TLC. Limited breakfast menu made it so I could not eat breakfast onsite.

We enjoyed the attendants who put up our chairs and parasols and gave us water and sundries We also enjoyed the van to go to and from Kennebunk port for dinner. The driver was charming.

The breakfast was not in keeping with the price of the accommodations. It was delivered to our door in a paper bag for the three days we were there ,with the same two slices of non descript blueberry cake with two small orange juices . Same breakfast! Three days in a row! I said is that all you have and they responded ,well we have a à la carte breakfast at the restaurant .

I want to give a big shout out to Julia, Lily (reception) and Jack Henry (shuttle driver)!! Those teens should run the place! They give 5 star service and go above and beyond. Always smiling, always making conversation, quick to help or offer a hand, their parents raised them right. Aside from those outstanding teens, the food and drinks were great, bed was comfy, and the hotel was right on the beach.

We were in room 208, which needs a makeover. I’m an interior designer so I notice a lot of things. Fixing the water spots on the ceiling (there are 3 in room 208) would be a big start. The wall paper was peeling in some places, and the shower is growing black mold in the outside corner. We always stay at $500-$2000 a night hotels. Tides did not live up to a $700 room. The shower was way too small. I’m assuming the price tag is for the location. I would pay it again to stay there but stay in a bigger room with a bigger shower (if they have it).

Location being on the beach, close to the downtown area, front porch view of the ocean and very friendly staff what did you like

The overall price could’ve been a little bit more reasonable, and the earth restaurant being knowledgeable that the way it was set up regarding either a three or four course meal was not something we were informed of prior to going
