Il primo livello dispone di una spaziosa cucina con ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici inox; confortevole soggiorno / sala da pranzo con camino, porte francesi vi danno il benvenuto per godervi il portico schermato con vista sulla palude; una camera da letto matrimoniale con terrazza accessibile e bagno adiacente; il divano letto in pelle può ospitare 2 adulti.
Il secondo livello dispone di un ampio Master e di un ampio bagno con doccia, vasca idromassaggio e portico privato schermato con vista sulla palude. Una scala a chiocciola nella camera da letto principale conduce al soppalco a volta, anch'esso con vista sulla palude, per 2 persone. Una camera da letto matrimoniale con accesso al ponte, un'altra camera con due letti singoli, un bagno completo e una zona lavanderia completano il secondo piano.

Absolutely beautiful house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, conveniently located close to restaurants and not far from the beach. And it was pet friendly! Be prepared for a lot of steps, 16 to get to main level of home and then 16 more to get to second level. This didn’t cause us any problems but I just wanted to mention it for anyone who may have knee issues or any other limitations. We’re considering making this an annual vacation for the family and would definitely stay here again!

House is wonderfully appointed. They description of the property and the house is extremely accurate. We loved the quiet street that the house is located on. With in walking distance to shops and restaurants ( 1 mile) and just blocks from the beach access....We had zero issues with the rental during this trip...

There were a couple of things that needed attention but overall we enjoyed our stay. Not much to do but that gave us some time to simply relax.

Check in was seamless and the owner responded promptly to questions we had. The unit is larger than pictured (and that’s a good thing!) and had everything we needed and then some. We’re planning on coming back next year and can’t wait.

This property is beautiful! It has plenty of room and an excellent kitchen (& pantry!). The kitchen is well stocked and spacious. The air kept the house cool and we were very comfortable there the entire week! Would definitely rent here again. Thanks Michelle!

The house was just what we needed. The mattress in every bedroom was out of this world! We all slept like babies!!!! It had everything we needed except an elevator!!!!! LOL Location is great!

Great location and great property! My sister and I planned a girls long weekend retreat and this is the perfect place for it. We each had our own room and our own private outdoor quiet spots if we needed it. The master has a loft and I needed to work so the set up in the master was perfect for me. We each had our own bathroom. My friends loved the property. We all enjoy cooking so kitchen was stocked with tools for us to cook. Beds were comfortable. Proximity to the beach was 4-5 minute walk. The walk to get there was very pretty. So if you enjoy early morning quiet and watching the sunrise like me, this is a great spot. Same for sunset!
The house is ideal for people driving in from home. For those flying in to the area I would not recommend this location. The contract states that you are required to bring your own bed linens. However, you are required to bring sheets, bath towels, floor towels, wash cloths, sponges, dish cleaner, bathroom and kitchen cleaning supplies, and a mop and bucket because the owner expects you to not only pick up after yourself and keep the property neat, the expectation is to clean the house like a paid cleaning professional would. I rent 2-3 times a year on VRBO and this is my first rental with these requirements. My friends were looking to get away from all home responsibilities for a weekend so they were not happy that on our check out day we had to get up at 6 AM for coffee and breakfast then clean for 3 hours because we had to be out by 10 AM since the documentation stated that we were subject to an inspection. The language was a bit too harsh and insulting . While I love this property and location I’m not sure that I would be able to sell my friends on another girls weekend trip to Edisto at this property.

The house was equipped with the essentials and conveniently located. We rented golf carts which made it a fun and easy way to get to the beach, shops and dining. Owners were responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our weekend Winter Getaway! It was a great halfway point for our kids and grandkids who were coming from Jacksonville, FL and Fayetteville, NC. We had a quiet enjoyable weekend and the place had everything we needed. Since our family has lived a number of years in Africa, we enjoyed their combination African and Beach motif. Thanks again Michelle Warner for the exceptional opportuntity.

Everything went great with the rental process, the owners, and the property itself. It had all the amenities that we needed like grills, pots and pans, plates, and utensils. The property itself was very nice and well taken care of. We had a great time here.

Loved the house and the location. Plenty of room in the kitchen for multiple cooks, lots of storage for groceries. Michelle was awesome to work with- was very quick in responding to my questions. Highly recommend !! Everything was in working order - great house for large family

Had a great time
This is a very nice house. My only disappointment was that it was not on the marsh. From the description I thought marsh would be out the back door. It is in the area called ‘Marsh Side’, but it faces the road.. not marsh. Other than that it was great.

Pictures dont do it justice.
We rented this place as overflow for family members who had nowhere to sleep next door. The townhouse is beautiful inside. Especially the master bedroom . Wifi and tv were good. It was a wonderful stay . We would love to come back again.

Great Sanctuary for Family Gathering
This was our first family vacation since COVID and our first trip to Edisto Island. The island is fabulous- beautiful, quaint and so easy to navigate. This house is big and comfortable with lots of light and space. You can open the doors on the many porches to let in the sound of the ocean and the birds. Kitchen is a great gathering spot next to the family area and is very well equipped. Highly Recommend!

Great location and beautiful property
We spent Thanksgiving here. The kitchen was well supplied with enough cookware to prepare an entire thanksgiving meal. The rooms are spacious, and comfortable. We sadly did not have working TV or internet the duration of our 4 night stay. We missed the Macy’s parade on Thanksgiving morning, and our kids were very disappointed. No internet also made online Black Friday shopping very difficult. The house could use a good, thorough cleaning. Floors were dirty when we arrived, and shower curtain was super moldy. Not major issues, just things that would make the property better for guests. Overall, nice place and would return again if internet and tv were not an issue.

Excellent. The house is very comfortable, well furnished, and convenient to the beach and local restaurants. There is ample space for 10-12, though our group was smaller this time. Your family can base here, and walk or take a golf cart to the beach (not far). Michelle, the owner, is super to work with. There were zero issues.

Peaceful Vacation Getaway
The townhome is perfect for those wanting a more updated property with air conditioning that works great! We rented a golf cart which made beach trips with our young kids fun. It was also very quiet despite having the other half of the townhouse rented by a large extended family as well .

We really enjoyed our stay at this Edisto Beach VRBO. The weather was great, the home was lovely.
The property is very nice. Sits on a quiet street and has all the amenities one could need while staying at the beach. The beach is a straight shot from the house but with small children and beach items, a golf cart was necessary. We had arranged to rent one prior to our arrival and it was waiting for us in the driveway when we arrived. We would stay at this property again for sure. Thank you!

Nice getaway
Great location, very close the beach! This house is well designed and supplied with everything needed in the kitchen. It was admittedly annoying to have to bring so many necessities like linens and hand soap, and to have to clean up in order to leave by 10am. I would have gladly paid a cleaning fee to make this an easier trip and get more time on vacation just relaxing, not doing laundry and cleaning! All the same, it was a great spot for our family weekend and we would definitely return!
