The property was perfect for my husband and I. The location was excellant able to walk to everything. The unit layout was perfect and the decor was lovely. The unit has lots of light and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We had perfect weather for spring skiing! We would stay here again.

I LOVED this place. Have stayed in a lot of condos in Telluride and this one was the best. Fully renovated, really tastefully done. Right on the river and a 5 minute walk to the heart of town, plenty of parking. Great hot tub and the communications with the rental agency was prompt and very easy. Would love to stay here again.

This is an end unit and set forward so it feels private and has lots of windows. The balcony is overlooking the pretty river trail. Very well appointed and very comfortable condo.
We enjoyed the location along the river and on quieter streets, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown yet everything within easy walking distance.
The management recommendation of Telluride Outside for some activities was a good one. We really enjoyed both outings.
TIP: There is an elevator at one end of the building and luggage carts, so no need to schlepp heavy luggage upstairs.

The 2nd floor apartment was perfect for us and the location was very nice along the river with the balcony overlooking. It was about 6 blocks wall to the gondola to ski and the same to the town front. The only negative feedback I would say is it’s a very firm king mattress, and flat pillows. The steps up to the apartment are steeper than normal, so be aware of you have any knee issues. We used the laundry room but there was no way to make change for the washers. Luckily they do take CC but charge .25 cents more per load. It was very nicely appointed with quality hand soap, shower gel and shampoo, dish items and clean new donged for sink and plenty of trash bags paper towel and the likes. The dishes and basic cooking pans and items were nice quality, and made having meals in easy! We had no noise issues from other renters even being close to the pool. Thank you for a lovely stay, will definitely stay again.

Such a lovely place by the river! We loved using the hot tub, it has a great view. Super easy to check in and out. Cute and comfortable inside and a very convenient location. Would totally stay here again.

We loved the place and the location is absolutely perfect. Everything you need or any place you want to go is a short walk. The place was perfect for two, but could easily work for a family with young kids. We will be back for sure.

The condo was clean, cozy, and in a perfect location to enjoy the town. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony to watch the gondola and the dogs on the river path.

Loved this beautiful property. Right on the river and walking distance to town. Loved the modern style and bed was so comfy. Also lots of extra pillows and nice linens. A few places on walls that had been patched but not painted. Hot tub and pool really basic. Overall we felt very happy and would retun to this home away from home:)

Wonderful location- countless activities within walking distance including trailheads! It was wonderful to unwind on the balcony listening to the river after a long day of climbing.

Rental unit was exactly as described, communication from start to finish was excellent. Next to the river, right in town, short stroll to Free Gondola to Mountain Village. Great little stay!

The tv in Viking Lodge 210 was not in working order. It would constantly freeze up, make this awful noise, and then shutoff. It would then turn back on by itself and go to a random channel. This was every time we tried to watch tv the entire time we were there. I spoke to the front office and they said they would send someone out on the first day. They sent someone while we were gone only to report to us that it was working. Suggested we were using the wrong remote and that we needed to log in to our own app accounts. We were doing both. That was not the problem. I called them back to let them know that neither of these things were the problem. They sent someone out again while we were gone only to report back that it was working. We finally gave up and started watching shows on my work computer. This was very disheartening because after a long day of skiing we like to unwind and watch tv after dinner, especially since the hot tub was not in working order either, We also like to watch tv when we wake up.

Comfortable and easy walk to gondola
This was an economical alternative to mountain village where wedding was taking place. The gondola ride after the evening’s festivities included a spectacular view of the stars we never see in Florida. Team was great and very responsive. Beautiful condo near the river with good views of mountain. 5 stars

Awesome location
We loved this condo. It's location is everything you dream of in Telluride. I can't say enough. I know this property is for sale and we thought about looking into buying. We loved it that much. That being said, they should really update the pool area and hot tub. Everything else was spectacular.

While the condo was clean and set up as shown, I was NOT informed that there was major construction occurring directly outside the condo on the stairwell. Fair warning, if you are choosing this property due to convenience of an end unit, consider rebooking. The stairs next to the unit were closed so you had to go to the far other end to access it making it the least conveniently located condo in the building. To top off the experience, the walkway to the unit was narrowed (narrowed to the point you barely fit through without turning sideways) with wooden siding and icy due to the stairway construction. I will be the first to admit that I did not reach out to management upon arrival to express my displeasure (as arguing over lodging all vacation seemed like a miserable option) so I am not bashing the company for that. I only wish I would’ve been informed of the issue prior to arrival as it did make a large impact on accessibility of the unit.

Perfect location
All the logistics were perfectly handled and the location is close to everything. Easy to get to the Oak St lift early on a powder day! Siam Thai is right across the street. Clarks market and downtown a short walk. Hot tub was hot!

Would highly recommend
We loved our stay. The condo was clean, well maintained, nice amenities and great location. We were able to walk everywhere and easy access to the lift and gondola. Views were amazing! The only downfall was there was construction going on outside the unit which meant accessing the unit was through a 3 ft space which is tight with luggage, etc. Annoying but not a deal breaker. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Very convenient location and a beautiful view off of the balcony. Wouldn’t recommend for more than 2 people but it was perfect for my husband and I. We had an issue with parking one night (there weren’t any spots in the lot), but we found street parking and it was ok. This unit is right by the pool, which would have been very convenient, but the stairs right in front of our unit were under construction so we had to walk down to the end of the hall to use the stairs (not a big deal). Overall, very clean and nice property! Loved the products in the bathroom (soap, shampoo, etc).

It is just a few blocks from downtown Telluride and the Gondola. Towels and linens were good quality and the bed was comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped.
I rated the online listing three stars because the detailed information from the property manager stated the unit did not have a microwave, but it does. That was clarified by email before the visit.
