We enjoyed our stay in Palm Coast! Place is clean ( some sand still on floor ) and beachy themed ! Multi level and nice space . Short walk to beach. Pool table was fun ( has too for ping pong but one side was broke ). Small backyard for our pup but grass was long. We enjoyed our stay !

Beautiful property. The main floor is located on the 2nd floor, absolutely loved the screen enclosed terrace leading from the family room. Careful with spiders (size of a silver dollar) we found several but it's to be expected.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this home. It is a beautiful large and roomy home. The location is wonderful as you are within a 30-minute drive of most anything you want to do. We were a group of 4 couples, and each had a king size bedroom with their own bath. One even had a rain shower. The open Kitchen, dining and living room make being together easy and comfortable. We did have to bring in some of the porch seating for all of us to have seating in the living room. It is a short walk from a private beach, and we enjoyed our walks there.
We did however have some issues. The beds are all very uncomfortable. They are very low to the ground and rather soft because they do not have box springs. Not all of the showers have handheld shower heads and that is most important. The locked 75-degree setting on the thermostat got hot during our stay in February and I can only imagine how it would be in the summer heat. We really needed instructions for the television and there were not any. We wanted to see how beautiful the fireplace was when lit but there were no instructions for that either. The kitchen is well supplied but two of the skillets are in bad shape and need to be replaced.

Stayed here with a group of friends. Location is a quick drive to Daytona, St Augustine, and several other local attractions so it was perfect for us.
The house was clean and the beds were comfortable! Some of our guests even asked me if I would check what brand of mattresses were in the downstairs bedrooms!

This is a very convenient, comfortable and attractive vacation rental! The location is just perfect- 5 minute walk to the ocean, where you can walk on the beach for miles. A paved bike trail is at the end of the street, and tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and Publix for groceries are all within 2 miles. After all that exercise, the hot tub was a luxurious finish to each day. We cooked all our meals here, and the kitchen was well stocked. There are empty lots on 2 sides, so there was some greenery. The large, screened- in deck right off the main living area was a nice plus. We were traveling with another couple, and appreciated that there were 2 master suites. We had a wonderful time here!

We are a family of 7, ranging in age from 40 to 88, plus a Standard Poodle. This house gives everyone their own space, plus a large kitchen/dining/living area for all to gather. There is a fenced yard for pets to run around in, plus a hot tub for the people. The house was very clean and well stocked. We have stayed at one of this owners other properties before, so we knew she would be responsive if anything arose. There are a lot of steps, so that is something to keep in mind if there are older people in your group. It really is just 1/2 block from the beach, and it’s a very nice beach to walk on. Very pleased with the property and would definitely stay there again.

House overall very nice, front door battery died and never could get garage door to open from code. Shower shelves needed repair- wouldn’t hold shower supplies. Ice make in fridge didn’t work. An outside hose to rinse feet would have been very nice - one that didn’t leak. Overall, we had a great week- just things to make it that much better.

This was a wonderful house for our multi family vacation. Great location, the walk to the beach is easy even with kids since it is just down the quiet street. The house had everything we needed and we especially loved the screened in porch.
The only recommendation I would make is to install towel hangers in all the bathrooms (some had these missing) and a toilet paper roll holder to the downstairs bathroom.
It is also perfectly located between St. Augustine and Daytona. Easy drives to both!

Our week long stay was great! There were 8 adults, ranging from mid-20s up to early-70s. It was so nice to be able to walk down to the beach whenever we wanted. When we were there, it was low 80s most of the time. No crowds on the beach at all (no public access there really). Walmart and Publix were easy access and we loved being able to pop over to St Augustine (35ish minutes) pretty easily. House was clean and had plenty of space for us all to stretch out and relax. I think the only part that was a little hard was that the house got kind of warm at night. There were notes to leave the AC at 75, which was great during the day but it was cool enough outside at tonight that the AC didn’t kick on much. There are fans that helped a lot, though!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the location is very peaceful while central to many activities. Enjoyed how close a walk the beach was, and how large the house was. Road construction wasn't a problem at all for us.

Good location, 5 minute walk to the beach which has a large undeveloped beach (park) just north of Moody Street giving a getaway feel
Several things were not working properly- toaster, outside grill and the pillows were flat. When I contacted management, a new grill appeared 3 hours later, new toaster and pillows the next day - amazingly responsive to my messages.
Road and storms sewers under construction so lots of daytime activity although workers were polite

Our group of 10 ladies had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The living space allowed for plenty of room to visit and sit around the table. The kitchen was well stocked and multiple porches allowed us to spread out and have some privacy if needed. There was road construction going on, but other than taking a bit longer to drive in and out, the construction did not interfere with our visit at all. Location was great. We were close to restaurants, just a few steps from the beach, a short drive into St Augustine, and we enjoyed a local art festival while there. Hope to return again.

The house was very comfortable for our multi-generational family of 10. It was clean and well equipped. Would recommend.
The only real negative was that there is a huge sewer construction project going on and the road is torn up, heavy equipment is everywhere and diesel machines run 24/7. We were blocked in the driveway on two occasions when we wanted to leave.
Although the owner cannot control the construction, it did affect our experience.

The house is spacious and has a great layout for families, with plenty of places to enjoy being together, without being right on top of each other. The short walk to the beach is great. We especially enjoyed having sand toys for the children and beach chairs for the adults, with a wagon to pull it all! There were plenty of linens, and it was wonderful to have gear provided for the little ones, too - high chair, baby gate, pack & play, etc. The only thing we missed were a few basic pans, such as cake pans and cookie sheets. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

My husband and I, our 4 adult daughters and 2 son-in-laws all came for a weeks stay. We loved that everyone had their own space! The kitchen was very nice and well equipped. Like the other reviews mentioned, we loved the screened in porch off the living room/main bedroom. In the garage was 4 beach chairs that we used every day as well as a wagon, a cooler, boogie boards and lots of sand toys. The hot tub was a nice perk too! We didn’t think the walk to the beach was bad at all! There is still construction going on but the crew was great to stop and move over for us to walk though. The beach was beautiful of course and never crowed. Location was key for us being right in the middle between St Augustine and Daytona beach. You really can’t go wrong!

We loved the property. Great location and beach was perfect. The house was great, I think they could update pots and pans and maybe a few more towels and of course construction on the street, but that did not disrupt our visit. It was a short walk to the beach and the beach was beautiful and not crowded. Our family loved it and will definetly come back. We stayed a week and it was a great way to just unplug.

Overall a good experience. There was street construction preventing use of the driveway for the first day and a half, so that sucked. House was short on towels and pillowcases, but management sent more. Great location, only a short walk down to the beach.

Very nice house
We live in a tiny Manhattan apartment so it was quite lovely staying in such a large space. The kitchen is very nice as is the outdoor porch. It's cool there is a pool table and hot tub. The only downside was there was road construction but that's probably over by now.

Fun in the sun
We checked in on a Sunday and the house was more than we excepted. Plenty of room for a family of 7 and three dogs. The not so good which was not bad but three days before leaving I was contacted about having any pets with us. Upon booking I advised we had three dogs that would be traveling with us. We were advised of the total and a charged for what I thought was for the dogs $318.00 was part of the total. Well three days before we leave I get an email saying we owed $309.00 for the three dogs. They should have put this in the total so everything is paid up front. Just be aware if you travel with pets. The only other down was they are doing construction on the road the house is located on and had tamp machines they used to tamp the dirt after digging the trench. We could not here while on the house for three days and if you were downstairs you could feel it vibrate the house. The positive, the house was amazing with amazing beaches to go with it. Very roomy house and enjoyed the hot tub as well. JFYI Wi-Fi kept cutting off while using tv apps but may have been due to construction out front and several times they had cut the cable across the street. Overall we would stay at this property again just hope the construction will be finished for future tenants. Thank you for allowing us to use your property for a great vacation.

Beautiful Beach House
This was a beautiful home, very spacious with plenty of room for family and friends. The two story gave all of us plenty of privacy and it was wonderful to have four full bathrooms! The kitchen was very large and there was plenty of seating for 12 people. I must say, our favorite part of this home was the large screened in porch, where we spent so much time! Would definitely recommend this house if you have a larger gathering!

Post-Xmas 2021 beach getaway
Lovely home, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, awesome patio, smart TVs in every room, good internet, everything you need! Only suggestion would be to get new cooking ware- existing is pretty old . Only issue we had was One of the bathrooms tubs- downstairs - was not draining properly, but management company could not get anyone there same day, but it was day before New Year’s Eve.
We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a nice large home 1/2 block from beach!

There were issues with cleaning and the condition of some of the furnishings when we arrived. I am happy to report that the management was quick to address the matters.
We enjoyed our visit and can't wait until we can return!
