This house and location are great for an extended stay. Hosts have included a lot of nice touches and it was quite comfortable.

The property was perfect highly cleaned and well maintained. It was the most comfortable place I've stayed so far I truly wish they would have the availability for me to stay there for 2 more months. If I ever needed to I would definitely stay there again

Easy access and quiet cul de sac. Great location. Walking path behind the houses. Close to parks and shopping.. Close to I-5. Well stocked with disposables.

I spent 5 weeks in Steve's house with my two kids during the summer time. I definitely would recommend families up to 6 to stay here for a good vacation. Steve is very easy to communicate with. I had some visa problems thus changed my schedule several times before I checked in. He is very nice and patient and try to accommodate my schedule. During our stay, Steve is always very responsive to our request. He asked his vendors to fix the problem within 24 hours. Steve is very generous and nice to visitors. When we checked in, the whole house has enough toilet tissues, bottle water, snacks, detergent, shampoo, conditioner, tooth brush, tooth paste, and other home supplies and didn't ask us to refill at all. The house has central air conditioning, working very well. It's so important in the hot summer in South California. The house is really spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths upstairs. The most impressive thing is the high quality of Mattresses of the 3 bedrooms. They are clean, fine quality and comfortable (1 king and 2 Queens) I have seen too many cheap and dirty mattresses previously in other temporarily rented homes. I really had good sleeps on the mattresses in Steve's house. Location is pretty convenient. Just one block from Northwood center. Walking to ZION markets with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Walk to Beijing Restaurant and gas station, dance school, bank, Starbuck. 7 minutes driving to Woollet Aquatic center and Raulphs, CVS, Japanese supermarket and restaurants. The house is located in quiet cul de Sac with indoor garage. Somethings needed to be improved: the master bath floor is covered with carpet, which is really rare. The curtains/blinds in the whole house need to be changed or repaired, some drapes fall down and can't shade the window. Master bedroom door to the balcony can't be locked.

There was a huge Korean market across from the property with tasty bakery inside. Plenty of places to eat and everything was nearby. Close to freeways and shopping malls.

Wonderful home and location. Easy to get around. Nice and quiet neighborhood.
