Completamente ristrutturato nel 2006. Nuovi arredi di marca, nuovi elettrodomestici, nuovi pavimenti, e molto altro. Questo condominio è completamente arredato con servizi completi (tra cui lavatrice e asciugatrice all'interno del complesso). Quasi 800 metri quadrati di balcone privato che si apre dal soggiorno a trascurare il Golfo del Messico e un diritto piscina sulla spiaggia, come pure (dispone anche di una piscina coperta e vasca idromassaggio). TV a schermo piatto in camera da letto e soggiorno con cavo. accesso a Internet wifi disponibile anche. Recentemente rinnovato centro fitness con tutte le nuove attrezzature e docce.

Check-in was seamless. The property is great, and also secure. Hosts were responsive whenever we had questions. The unit itself had everything we could have possibly needed, and then some. Already planning our next stay! The balcony is just incredible. We had to pull ourselves away from the penthouse just to go to the beach :-) Also, the bed was very comfy which was extremely important because my husband has back problems and this mattress was newer and we slept great. A box fan in the unit helped drown out any outside traffic noise or other noises. Seriously the only thing I would have changed was that I should have added just one extra day in the penthouse!!

We just celebrated our 50th anniversary here for our second visit and love this condo. Small one bedroom and wonderful balcony with lots of privacy. The only improvement I would suggest is cleaning or replacing the sofa. Great find for a couple.

Amazing view and deck. Loved the unit. Kitchen was stocked. Property was clean and communication and checkin were seamless. Owner was very accommodating. We can’t wait to return.

We loved the location. We liked the amenities (hot tub, excercise room, indoor pool, outdoor pool deck.). The unit itself, while adequate for our needs, could use some upgrades...sofa and love seat are worn and very uncomfortable, both sets of outdoor tables/chairs need to be replaced as they are also worn, headboard needs to be replaced as pieces of the vinyl are peeling off. The kitchen had very nice cooking utensils. The refrigerator runs very loudly. Black throw pillows on bed need to be thrown out. Just wanted to share my thoughts. We did enjoy ourselves overall and thank you for the accommodations.

It was very nice, they only negative thing would be the outdoor furniture. It only had one lounge chair. It was in bad shape. If giving the chance to go again, i would!

The unit is located in a great spot on the key. Easy access to shopping and to other points of interest. The condo itself was nice but could use some updating. Very nice balcony which looks different from the picture shown. The patio furniture is not as nice as it looks, and the balcony is lacking a good cleaning. I would consider renting again if updates are made.

Great location and patio/condo view. Easy check in/out process. Unit had everything we needed....but could update pots and pans. Some of the artificial plants were dusty as well as the headboard. Overall however....a good experience. Very relaxing, great beach!!

Location was great, front desk great, staff for chairs & umbrella rentals were awesome! We have stay in "penthouse suites" in Orange Beach over the last 20+ years. This unit needs updated to be advertised as penthouse. Rented this unit for the large patio space - patio furniture is aweful/broken! Verticle blinds are broken, bed needs new matress/memory foam & linens, need blackout blinds in bedroom & new furniture in livingroom. If you are going to advertise as penthouse & charge - you must provide quality furnishings. We would stay in Perdido Sun again - just not this unit. Sorry - I normally do not complain but we were truly disappointed.

The unit was perfect and not to mention the view. The size of the outdoor space was amazing, could use another lounger so you have 2. We spent each morning out there watching dolphins and drinking coffee. We’ve already talked about going back.

When we arrived the temperature in the condo was 83 degrees. Took a bit to cool off. Outside furniture needs to be replaced.

It was a beautiful condo & located on a great part of the beach - not a long walk at all to the beach. We would come back!
Needs a few upgrades that wouldn’t stop us from coming back, just little stuff 🙂 the condo needs to upgrade half bath toilet, blinds need to be switched over to curtains & it sometimes smelled when you walked out of condo because the trash is on that side. Other than that it was very clean & stocked with lots of supplies!

Condo was very nice. Had a small repair that was required that the owner tended to quickly. Balcony faces more west, so no sunrises, BUT the sunset view is gorgeous. Largest bacony in the building. Walmart isn't far and two grocery stores within 5 minutes. Only disappointment with the trip was to find out civilians can't go to the Naval Air Museum or watch the Blue Angels practice show that I've enjoyed numerous times over the years. Still had a great time.

Loved everything about this place. Views location, condo was spotless, slept very well. Loved that there was so much to do without needing to drive very far and we were able to catch the Blue Angles practice. Check in and checkout was a breeze, instructions tje owner gave were spot on and very easy to follow. Front desk people were very friendly. Great place to stay!

Great views and condo
The condo was great. The complex location was great with grocery stores and restaurants very close. The property was very nice and the 2nd heated pool was very nice on a chilly day. The size of and views from the condo balcony were GREAT! I would highly recommend this place, we had a wonderful time and will stay there again.

Great for couples
Beautiful panoramic view perfect for souvenir shopping or dining across the street lots of friendly faces at the hotel enjoyed our stay. Only downside was the condo was super hot upon arrival but upside condo was fully stocked with any dishes or linens that you could possibly need. Overall five stars!

Thanksgiving get away
The condo is comfortable for two. We really enjoyed the views. Overall, things were clean other than the build up of dust and dirt on the artificial plants. We were disappointed that there was only one lounge chair on the balcony and the beach chairs were all rusted and broken. I know the pre-check in document said to bring your own but given that we flew to Florida that was not an option. We really appreciated and used the indoor pool since the weather did not cooperate and was very cold.

Perfect quiet getaway
This condo was great, the view amazing, the property immaculate. Condo is located in a quiet neighborhood with little foot traffic during November. Close to groceries, hiking, and an amazing restaurant right across the street. We will come again

Great Condo
Just a few minor things. Sliding doors were not clean. They were smeared (like someone just wiped a circle and didn’t clean)and I had to clean just to be able to see outside without rag smears.
The blinds need upgrading, wouldn’t close properly.

Beautiful place to stay
Check in was a bit delayed due to some unforeseen issue. The owner was there taking care of it personally. Bill and Elise were fabulous guests and we were able to extend our stay at there other property. Great experience.

Perfect Location
The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms that we needed. Great view of the beach and easy to get there. Both pools were clean. A very relaxing and enjoyable time for our anniversary. Close to grocery store to stock the refrigerator. The owner was quick to respond to my phone call. Will stay there again.
