This apartment is a beautiful, huge apartment in the heart of Arrecife. It is modern, clean and very comfortable. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. We loved everything about it. Jorge met us a the apartment and spent a great deal of time explaining everything to us, he was lovely. He gave a contact number in case we needed anything, but everything is perfect We were able to park our car in the underground car park , which had a lift straight to the apartment and was very convenient. We had no problems in parking our car, even though we had a medium size family car. The gorgeous beach is a five minute walk away, and there are loads of shops, restaurants and and bars nearby. We were really happy with our stay in Arrecife, it is a beautiful place to stay and a great base to visit the rest of the island. The airport is only ten minutes away.

Was clean and had everything we would need for our stay. Hassle free and the owner Jorge was lovely, on hand to answer questions and even welcomed us with wine for the birthday trip.

The car parking is difficult, we'd been advised by Jorge (before our stay) about getting a small car for easy parking but the car company swapped out our original car for something bigger, so we had a stressful time parking.

The house was very clean and big. We felt at home

The apartment was spacious and airy. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms had been fitted with large wardrobes. The kitchen was very modern with an induction cooker and a utility room offered a washing machine and clothes airer. The apartment was spotless and cleaned to a very high standard before we arrived. Jorge gave us lots of information about the area and Lanzarote when we arrived and answered all our questions patiently. Thank you! All in all we had a fantastic stay in Arrecife using it as our base to explore the entire island of Lanzarote. We would definitely recommend a stay in this apartment. It is right in the centre, yet quiet and we had a very relaxing time there. I just wish we could have stayed a bit longer!

There is nothing we didn't like. But we would like to make a few recommendations about a few very minor points to improve the experience for other holiday makers. We only had one tea towel for a week which we had to keep washing and drying - a bit of a nuisance when you're on holiday but this can be easily remedied by the host. There was a brush and pan but a hoover would have made cleaning away the sand and crumbs on the rug sooo much easier and quicker, especially given how much floor space there is in the apartment! The apartment is fitted with lots of lovely furniture and we would have liked to have coasters for our cups and glasses to avoid worrying about leaving water marks on the wood. In the end, we always put our cups on the table but that was not very practical when watching TV. Another nice idea might be to offer the option of a small welcome pack, i.e coffee or tea, a loaf of bread, milk and butter or cheese or even just a bit of fruit in a bowl so you can have a quick snack after travelling. Our youngest was too tired to venture out and as we arrived on a Saturday afternoon, most places were closed. The children hadn't eaten since breakfast and were absolutely starving by the time we managed to get to a restaurant several hours later
