Questa villa meravigliosamente decorata, completamente rinnovata, ti regalerà viste fenomenali sull'Oceano Atlantico! Si trova al 5 ° piano di un grattacielo di 5 piani ed è decorato con colori caldi e luminosi che evocano le immagini della spiaggia di sabbia appena fuori dalla finestra! Il soggiorno ha molti posti a sedere e consente l'accesso al balcone privato. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare 6 persone. La camera da letto principale è dotata di un letto king size e di un bagno privato interno. Consente inoltre l'accesso al balcone privato. La seconda camera ha 2 doppie e ha anche un bagno privato. We had a nice week at Shorewood 510. The condo was very comfortable and just as described. We enjoyed the view from the 5th floor!
Pros were comfortable beds/bedding, lots of hangers, cold air conditioning, plenty of towels, nice appliances & beach towels.
Cons for us were carpeting in bedrooms (not used to that at the beach), no ceiling fans, the water heater in the master bedroom closet and only 1 hairdryer for both bathrooms.
The washer/dryer stack unit worked great but heads up…it’s noisy. We were afraid at first it was broke but it worked fine.
Our door codes did not work when we arrived but the Vacation Company representative answered our call and was able to reset the code and get us in the condo.
We took advantage of the included beach rental credit and got beach chairs this year in addition to beach service. Very handy to sit closer to the water. This was a nice benefit.
The elevator for service to this condo was not working well the last few days of our visit. The call button would not work on the 1st floor, you had to take the steps to the 2nd floor to catch the elevator to the 5th floor. Hopefully they get this repaired soon.

Arrived on site and the elevator was not working and the key code to door. There was no Communication when we booked the room that the elevator was being renovated. My son was on crutches and had to go up and down are whole vacation 5 flights of stairs. We notified your company, and nothing was resolved with this issue.

Very nice property. Quiet on the 5th floor. Kitchen well stocked but bring hot pads if you plan on cooking. There weren't any. Also, there was an unpleasant odor in the master suite. I had trouble identifying it so just had to live with it.

Spring Break in March
We have stayed at Shorewood before, and we love staying up on the 5th floor for the fantastic views. This property was (mostly) nicely updated. However, the bathrooms, while updated, seemed backward. The "kids" bathroom, in our case, had a nice glass enclosed shower, while the master bath had a tub with a shower curtain. It had not one single shelf, soap dish, rack, hook, or anywhere inside it to set/put anything. There wasn't even much of a ledge on the side of the tub to set toiletries. Shaving legs was near impossible with nowhere to put a foot. It's also very dark in the shower with the curtain blocking the light. That was our biggest complaint about the unit and a bit of a struggle all week. When we arrived, one of the 4 outdoor chairs was broken and unusable. So it clearly had been broken and not previously reported. Management was responsive and brought out a new one the next day, otherwise all 4 of us could not sit out there at the same time. And this may be more a personal preference, but I find carpeting in the bedrooms to be an odd choice for a beachfront unit (even if on the top floor). Beach towels were a very nice addition, as most units do not provide them. The kitchen starter kit was very helpful, although there were only two (not very absorbent) kitchen towels provided. We luckily brought more with us. Overall, this is a nice, clean unit with great views. Would stay here again if the master bath issues were addressed.

Great stay for the 2nd time
We were so pleased with this property that we booked again for this year! Check-in/out process was flawless. We were given all the appropriate information ahead of time. Condo is stocked appropriately and was clean. We love that it is in a kid friendly neighborhood and enjoyed talking with the other families. Highly recommend.

Incredible rental - will definitely return!
This was our family's first trip to HHI and I spent hours looking for the best place for our family of 5 (3 kids, ages 10, 7, and 3). I ended up booking this rental because of the pool and the proximity to the ocean and it did not disappoint! It was everything and more that we could have wanted to introduce us to the area.
The condo was the perfect size for our family, the views and sounds of the ocean were just breathtaking. The location and proximity of the pool and beach made this the best trip. We were easily able to spend part of the day at the beach and part of the day at the pool and didn't need to bring everything with us (as we could just walk a short distance and take the elevator to our condo). This was especially helpful with having 3 younger kids. Another incredible perk was being able to quickly get to the beach each morning to run or walk. The pool and grounds were well cared for and very clean.
In the condo, all of the furniture was clean and very comfortable (especially the beds). We also appreciated having in-unit laundry and the starter pack of items (dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods) was very helpful. My kids appreciated having a Roku available and TV's in each room!
There are some great restaurants/ice cream/shops within walking distance, but we also rented a car which gave us more access to restaurants on other parts of the island.
I would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back before too long!

Unbeatable location and view
We were very pleased with the accommodations at 510 Shorewood. Amazing view! Spent the week counting dolphins and pelicans (and beach deer in the dunes in front of the complex). Easy walk to all of the stores and restaurants at Coligny Beach. We'll be back!

Fabulous condo with amazing location
We've been waiting for over a year to get to our HHI vacation and couldn't wait to arrive. Upon arrival the condo was exactly as described and more. From having an amazing view of the ocean from our large windows and bedroom, the glorious balcony and super comfy beds, our vacation was perfect. The location was great. Allowed for biking easily to shops, restaurants, etc. Great security and fabulous beach. Only went to the pool a couple of times, but the pool was top notch as well. Cannot wait to book here again. Do it, you will not be dissapointed.

Great break from the North!
The condo worked very well for our family. The location was awesome...easy to walk or bike to restaurants. The view was beautiful. We really appreciated the starter supplies -- dish soap, laundry pods, dishwasher pods and BEACH TOWELS! They were all very helpful. Thank you!

Stunning views in a perfect location
My husband and I stayed here with our 3 children (11, 9, 7) and absolutely loved it! Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was wonderful. Having the beach in the backyard and the large windows to take in the view was great! Our kids took full advantage of the heated pool! It is also in close proximity to many shops and restaurants. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the furniture was a bit dingy and the vents needed cleaned. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again!

Fabulous ocean view from top floor.
Wonderful condo with a fabulous view of the beach with no buildings in the view. Walk right out to the beach and pool. A week’s stay was perfect. Kitchen outfitted well, location cannot be beat, mattresses not great otherwise a five star. Bathrooms are quite small. Lovely landscaping all around, fun biking, Whole Foods etc.

Beach Front/Pool Front
Exactly as advertised. Good communication/check in/out. Clean condo, slightly dated but totally fine (we're picky). Great to be right on beach, big beachfront pool, and walk/bikeable to Coligny. Now that I know the area better I will stay in Sea Pines next time to have better access to more bike trails but this place was perfect for our first trip and for easily going between beach and pool!

Awesome condo with beautiful view.
My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at 510 Shorewood condominium in Hilton Head, SC. The condo was just as the pictures depicted. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. Plenty of towels were furnished and the small welcome packets in the bathrooms and the kitchen (soap, lotion, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, etc.) were very nice. The view from the condo was beautiful. I spent many hours out on the balcony enjoying my coffee and the view. It was a 5 minute walk to the large Coligny shopping plaza and a number of restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this same unit the next time we come back to Hilton Head.

Shorewood 510 - Excellent Experience
My family and I stayed in 510 Shorewood the week of July 29, 2017 and had a wonderful stay. This is our 4th year staying at Shorewood, and this unit has been our favorite. The granite and backsplash in the kitchen is beautiful. The appliances are up to date, the stackable washer and dryer are very large, and the fridge kept everything very cold. It also had a blender which was a nice surprise :) It has enough pots and pans to get you thru the week if you wanted to cook in. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds, which was perfect for our children. The master suite was large and had a great view of the ocean. It had enough drawer and closet space for our clothes for the week. The couches are also very comfortable. Fortunately we only had a half day of rain, so did not use them much, but during the rain we loved sitting in the rockers watching the ocean before moving to the comfortable couches to watch TV. The Vacation Company left 5 pods for laundry and 5 pods for the dishwasher, along with several garbage bags and a roll of paper towels. This unit is also a very short walk to the pool compared to other beachfront units we have stayed at in the past. We love that we can walk to Coligny at night for dinner and look forward to biking with our family to even more restaurants close by in the upcoming years.

Needs Updating
Excellent location, great view, and good furniture. Very dated kitchen and bathrooms. Kitchen is likely original with Formica countertop pealing off around the sink. Bathrooms have the lowest sinks I've ever seen (well below waist level and I'm only 5' 7"). Shower did not drain which I remedied by pulling about a foot of hair out of the drain. Hard to believe the cleaning service didn't notice it wasn't draining. Bugs in unit and cockroaches on the outdoor patio (exterminator sheet posted in pantry shows last date of service almost exactly 1 year ago). The Shorewood complex could use some help too. The elevator is extremely slow and hot. The garbage room at the bottom of the main stairs competes against the pool bathroom for the strongest, most disgusting smell. I'm guessing the complex cleans both once a week which is not suitable for a complex of this size. We have stayed at Shorewood four times over the past five years and this will be our last. Other units we have stayed in were updated, but the overall experience this year ensures we will book a week at a different complex next year.
