This property is terrible. I made a reservation and when I tried to check in they told me that my reserved room was not available and that I would have to pay additional money for the room that I originally reserved.

It was disgusting, roaches and bed bugs everywhere, vomit and pee in the walkways leading to the room. Dirty covers etc

Only got a 4 star from me cause when we got there the first night the desk clerk did everything he could and was so sweet and nice when he didn't have to be. But that's the ONLY reason!

I like the location but the elevator was broken so upon my arrival with all my things and having to take the stairs - urggghhh.

I didn't like how the elevator was worked on and fixed and nobody said a thing. Just one day, everyone was pushing the button and I was just like ?? I also didn't like how I tried to call to rebook my room and got like a 30 min run around through a call center. If I need to speak to my property, I want the chance to do that directly.

Upon arrival people were throwing trash from the second story balcony into a trash bin and the property was littered with trash. The room smelled like methamphetamine, the door to the bathroom was missing, and the comforter had cigarette burns all over it. When we went out to get our luggage a man was soliciting a women in a room for sex and proceeded pull his pants down.

I showed up and there were no rooms left. I booked it 30 min before and Uber rd from the airport and it was full. Then I was charged a no show fee. I want to be refunded for no show and two Uber rides where I ended up sleeping on the airport floor. Liz edwards 806-632-5666

The front desk agent tried to lie and say there weren't any rooms available when I had spoke to him 30 minutes prior and made a reservation. Customer service even called and confirmed he had rooms. Watch those guys. And always call and confirm even if you do have a reservation.

I have nothing positive to say about this property. I would never stay again.

The only thing I liked about this place is that it was next to the hotel where my interview was held.

I didn’t like ANYTHING about this hotel other than what’s listed above. The room had a funky smell, holes in the covers and window curtains. One pillow had what looked like cigarette ash on the back of it. The room didn’t look anything like the pictures. Nothing seemed clean and the outside of the place was atrocious as it also a run down weekly. As I was leaving, I noticed needles in the parking lot. Do what you will with that information.

We couldn’t even stay. Got there, paid, saw the room and immediately left. It was unsafe. They gave my number to someone else staying at the hotel who tried to solicit me as if I was a prostitute. The room was disgusting. Everything was dirty. The door was not secure. The lightening fixtures were broken. Chairs and couches were filthy with stabs and tears in them. Not at all how the place was pictured on Booksy. Booksy needs to address this and remove this place. We took pictures, called and Uber, dropped keys at front desk and literally ran away. Terrible experience. Had to freeze my financials and will have to change my phone number.
