Good location. It was close to Love Airport and close to museums.

It did not have shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

No handicapped accessible from the lobby, no elevator that issue is in service. I'm disabled and have a vision impairment.

People Comming on and out all nite long slamming doors

System was down when trying to check in over an hour and elevator didn't work and tv in room didn't work.

Clean rooms. Maintained building. Easy car entrance and exit. Well light parking lot.

Didn't like that I had to drive through a horde of "woman of the night", To get to the building entrance 😁. Kind of awkward sense I purchased the rooms and went with my newlywed wife and kids. Lot of questions were asked of me that night.

The customer service was very good. The rooms were large and clean.

The location was very poor. It's a high crime area.

The continental breakfast was great! The food was fresh and conveniently displayed.

Harry the Front desk really help me and my wife daughter need he is the best excellent front service we will come back again

The overall cleanliness and maintenance was quite well attended to. The staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Some were put off by my Service Dog.

The only thing I didn't like, only local Law Enforcement has control, is that some indicators of "crime" have spread to this area; since I have moved from Dallas.

The staff me never was great. The bedding and pillow were comfortable. The breakfast food was very good.

When I first arrived the area is full of prostitution. The elevator was broken and it seemed like the AC in the main lobby was not working so it was very warm.

I am in my 70's. I had luggage. The elevator was not working! At first the desk clerk said the facility was full and I was on the 3rd floor. I WAS NOT HAPPY!! Then she said because I came in the afternoon, she would move someone else up to the 3rd floor and put me on the 2nd floor. I still had to haul all my luggage up the flight of stairs by myself. I would have appreciated knowing about this before I booked. I would have gone elsewhere.

there were prostitutes inside and out the hotel, there was a bad weed smell on the 2nd floor and it smelt like weed inside our room because of the room next to us. also the elevators didn’t work.
