Situato nella splendida località dell'isola di Wild Dunes, il nostro condominio sulla spiaggia è il luogo ideale per la tua prossima vacanza! Vieni per la settimana o goditi un breve weekend lontano per rilassarti e ricaricarti. Con oltre 1200 piedi quadrati, è il luogo perfetto per gruppi di golf, coppie o famiglie con bambini piccoli.
Wild Dunes ha così tanto da offrire, tra cui due campi da golf di prim'ordine, una bellissima spiaggia sabbiosa, piscina, piste ciclabili, percorsi naturalistici e ristoranti raffinati. Sarai a pochi minuti da negozi, cinema, minigolf, case storiche e molto altro. Siamo a meno di 15 miglia dalla storica Charleston.
Il nostro condominio ha due camere da letto ciascuna con bagno privato. Il master ha un letto king-size e la seconda camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un set di cuccette. C'è anche un lettino che può essere spostato in entrambe le stanze. Ci sono TV in entrambe le camere da letto e nella tana. La tana ha anche un lettore vcr / dvd e un sistema stereo.
La cucina viene aggiornata con nuovi elettrodomestici e ripiani in granito. È fornito con le basi, tra cui filtri per caffè, spezie, tovaglioli e sapone per i piatti. La nostra lavatrice e asciugatrice sono nuove e ci sono sedie da spiaggia e giocattoli nella lavanderia. È anche disponibile un passeggino. Vengono fornite lenzuola e asciugamani. Abbiamo anche asciugacapelli in ogni bagno e una piccola quantità di shampoo, balsami, lozioni e saponi nel cassetto del bagno.
Restiamo spesso presso la nostra struttura e abbiamo cercato di renderlo il più confortevole possibile. Sappiamo che lo amerai tanto quanto noi!

We were there for 4 nights over Labor Day weekend, for a wedding at the Wild Dunes Resort. The condo is in an excellent location, near the Racquet Club. It is an older condo and shows it's age a bit, but it's very clean! The path to the beach was closed at the end due to beach erosion. We had to find a different route. It was just a little longer but it worked out! Communication with the owner was always easy and helpful.

Very nice condo with a lot of room in a beautiful area. The beds were very comfortable and we really liked the room layouts and right next to the pool. Short walk to the beach. A few minor things need updating and more comfortable outdoor furniture would be nice while sitting on deck in the morning and at night.

This property was exactly as owner described. It was a large 2 bedroom villa that had everything you would need. The walk to the beach was very easy. You were also close enough to walk to resort amenities...tennis, shops, restaurants, etc. We had a great week!

It was our first time renting VRBO and at a destination you could swim in the ocean. It was a short walk to access the beach, even for children. It was a beautiful spot on the beach, and nice to walk along the shore and search for sea shells. We didn’t have to drive to far to do a plantation tour, go for gelato, and see the hotspots downtown. The property itself was safe, easy to find, nicely furnished with everything you need. They even provided a beach cart and kick boards (not sure what they are called) and beach toys for the sand. The house was spacious and had a very nice pool. It was a lovely place to spend part of our vacation.

This was the perfect little getaway for our young family. Overlooks the pool and short walk (with good wagons or strollers!) to the beach! The set up worked nicely for our little ones.

We stayed for a long weekend wedding. Located in a beautiful gated neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. We booked the condo based on location to the wedding venue. Perfect for four adults. A short walk to the beach. Great weekend getaway.

Having been to the IOP many, many times I was very acquainted with the area. I knew that it was in a central area to all activities and only a short walk to the beach. The communication with the property manger was top notch. We had no difficulty at all getting in to Wild Dunes or in the property. We did find a few maintenance issues that should be dealt with, such as the cover off of one of the bathroom lights. There was also some paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom, but in no way affected our comfort. The apartment was spic and span clean. I would definitely book again.

The property needs some TLC! Time for either a deep clean of furniture and unit or an overall update. The location was lovely, the property was well stocked with all the vacation accoutrements and linens. But as I mentioned, it wasn’t especially clean, the bathrooms need updating with plumbing, etc. And water damage was very prevalent on the ceilings. Was kinda bummed it was in this condition as I brought my parents along as a treat.

We really enjoyed our stay! We added an extra night because of another Citadel event that we wanted to attend, and the owner was so accommodating, and that process was easy. The place is wonderful proximity to the beach, and the living space was perfect for us to hang out in the evenings and watch movies.

We wanted to tack on a few extra nights of our vacation, and this place was perfect. If you have kids, this is ideal. Short walk to beach, and very close to Grand Pavilion, shops, restaurants, etc. The owner was very responsive with any questions we had. We'll be back!

I was surprised by the bedroom arrangements-that could be my fault but make it clearer for your next guest (we expected 2 doubles/queens each room but found King and futon, queen and bunk beds).
Light bulbs need replacing, TV instructions not clear or as simple as we need them!

We loved the condo. It’s big.there was just the two of us (65+). The pool was lovely but we never used it due to screeching kids, but again that’s on us. Beach was 4 Or 5 minutes away. A gorgeous empty beach. We rented chairs that were set up every day for us. Sine we spent a lot of time in Charleston and Shem Creek, we didn’t get to use them every day. This was our 8th trip to Charleston and we never run out of new and wonderful things to do. Go. Experience the magic of the Low Country.

We came down to IOP for a wedding and the property did not disappoint. It was extremely spacious and clean. We have 2 children so the toys were a huge hit. When we had questions the communication was prompt with the owner. I would 100% recommend and we'd rent again without any hesitation.

The house was great. Stocked well with pot and pans and more. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great and friendly communication. Would absolutely rent again.

I couldn't get over how quiet it was of course a lot of traffic at the beach but where I was staying it was very very quiet of course there were some crazies next door for a few hours but that was okay that's expected you are on vacation quiet clean just everything you'd want in a vacation weekend

Everything was great, bed were comfortable, pool was clean, location was great!! We would stay again. Condo could have been cleaner, rug and floor should have been been vacuumed. Other than that we will be back!

This was a lovely rental. Very spacious. It was in a wonderful location with a very easy walk to the beach.
The property had most everything we needed. Beach chairs were available for use. but very uncomfortable. We did use the beach wagon, which was also nice to have use of. Beach towels were listed as available, but only one was there. (I brought my own anyway)
The pool was also very nice.

We had a great time staying in this condo on the isle of palms. The layout was perfect for our situation with two sleeping areas separated by a living room and kitchen. The walk to the beach was minimal and our host provided a wagon and some other beach items to help us make things a little easier. I would recommend staying here. It was quiet and we were able to relax and enjoy our time.

We loved our stay here! The condo was comfortable and provided all of the space that we needed. The location next to the pool was perfect and the proximity to the marketplace area made it an easy walk. Check in was a breeze! The condo had everything that we needed for our weeklong stay. We came for a wedding. This place was close to the venue which was a good thing. It was also very easy to access the beach which we enjoyed. The villa was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, however, when looking a little closer you will note that it is in need of some updating, things such as peeling paint, tears in screen door, trim missing. Some things were just from age. But we found it to work well for a place to stay for a short get away

Great location and lovely, spacious condo. Beds and furniture are very comfy and porches overlook pool and beautiful island landscapes. Owners are very gracious and accessible. Will definitely return!!

Overall property was nice, the master bed was very uncomfortable, and made noise when getting in and out. The villa smelled bad, and bothered our allergies. It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, not sure if it had been rented in awhile. I would suggest in getting some nicer out door furniture and the beach chairs.. definitely should be replaced. The location to the beach was great, and space was nice for the price.

We enjoyed our stay! We love isle of palms for the quietness and beauty. The condo was cozy and spacious. Everything was clean. The host responded quickly to any communication we had and was very helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

I can not say enough good things about this area and location! The neighborhood is safe, quiet and clean. The beach is a 4 minute walk away!! You are so close enough to hear the ocean the deck and there is a swimming pool right behind the unit. We will be returning. The host was very accommodating, when we decided to drive through the night and get there at breakfast time to avoid driving in the tropical storm they let us know when the unit was ready for us to check in.
The only negative I could say were there were hairs in the shower and little cleanliness issues here and there but this no doubt comes down to the cleaning crew now then the host.
