Super location over LaRambla and downtown access is great as a base to explore some of the best wine country in the world. We loved the coziness and decor. We will definitely return.

My husband and I were spending 5 days traveling around the Willamette Valley for wine tasting. McMinnville is the perfect hub for this, because there are so many great restaurants, tasting rooms, and little shops on the main drag. Also right on the main drag is this amazing loft! It’s the perfect antidote to all of the cookie cutter modern farmhouse style rentals out there now (nothing against them). The decor, atmosphere, and a fully-stocked kitchen that you just have to see. It felt like we were transported to Europe :). Logistics were so easy, and there are tons of wine magazines, brochures, and resources available. And of course a great tapas bar downstairs (you almost never hear any noise from it).

My girlfriends and I (4 adults) stayed at the loft and we couldn't be happier with our stay. It is perfectly located in the center of McMinville, with various restaurants and a local grocery store right across the street. The loft itself is gorgeous and it has all of the kitchen equipment one may need.

What a wonderful stay! It was a great location, beautiful and clean place, Kathy was kind, and parking couldn't be beat. I think anyone who signs up for this place will be very pleased. Like us, I believe the location is why you'll book this one. You should expect, due to the location, there will be street noise during the dinner hours as the area gets busy with vehicles coming and going. There are no magic walls preventing you from hearing it. Again, I think anyone who rents this location understands because, like us, you'll want to be right in the middle of a great area in McMinnville. Shopping and great restaurants are all within 1-5 minutes walking distance from this listing. And the best vineyards are all within 20-30 minutes. If you choose to cook, you will have access to the most extensive and high-quality kitchen/utensils found in a VRBO. We loved it. Thank you Kathy!

The location is absolutely unbeatable, right on the main drag and walkable to everything in town. Easy off street parking right behind the unit. Incredibly spacious, beautifully furnished, and surprisingly quiet (even with the restaurant downstairs). Strong wifi signal made remote working easy. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely a beautiful loft on 3rd street in downtown McMinnville! We loved our stay in this property with high ceilings and lots of natural light. Just steps away from amazing restaurants, antique and coffee shops. All amenities included were a plus! Coming and going with ease. Parking right outside your door.

The loft is beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. It's on a cute, historic street in McMinnville, dotted with wine tasting rooms and very good restaurants. A great place to stay if your visiting the Willamette Valley.

The property was exactly as described, maybe better in fact. Location, convienience, comfort, attention to detail....all there. Felt like home away from home. Host, Kathy was a pleasure as was the ease of La Bamblas resturant downstairs.

Pictures do not do justice to this very beautiful property. Very well appointed.
In the center of town with restaurants, breweries, wine tasting locations & a wide variety of shops nearby.
Be sure to try the tapas at La Rambla which is right downstairs. We did not have a disappointing meal anywhere in town.
Kathy helped us settle in, which was great!
There are quite a few stairs to manage, so anyone with mobility problems might not be comfortable here. Otherwise, we are certain you will love the place.

The property is lovely with a lot of space and perfect for two couples. The location is perfect for enjoying McMinnville and surrounding wine country. Super clean, great beds and lots of room to hang out.

I highly recommend this loft! The location was perfect! We visited wineries during the day and were then able to relax at night with an easy walk to dinner in downtown McMinnville. The loft was stunning, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. We were a group of two couples, so the only callout is that the primary bedroom is a spacious, luxurious suite with an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom is small, windowless, with no closet; the bathroom for the second bedroom was next door accessible via the main hallway. It worked fine for us given we were out and about a lot; it's not something that would deter us from staying here with another couple again.

Wow, from the minute we walked in we were impressed with the property. First off, it’s right downtown and walking distance to everything.
The living room, dining room, kitchen were so easy to relax and enjoy ourselves in. Very comfortable couches and chairs. Plenty of pans, plates, glassware to make meals. We made use of the fact we were above one of the best restaurants in town, La Rambla. We ordered and they delivered our meals to the condo. Let’s just say the Paella was out of this world! Having it with wines we purchased locally made it all the better.
The two bedrooms have super comfortable beds. The larger bedroom in the back had a fireplace and a double sink vanity.
We would rent again in a heartbeat.

This was an amazing experience. We have stayed in many places and are picky. Sometimes we like the properties that are clearly just rentals because they know what travelers need. However, this was a different t experience in all the best ways. Kitchen was gorgeous and stocked like you would expect at a friend’s house. Beds were so comfortable with lots of extra linens and towels available. You should note that the second bedroom has no windows but my adult daughter and her husband didn’t mind at all. Really felt like we were staying at a flat in Rome owned by the friends we wish we had!

We only stayed 2 nights but wish it was longer….the place was beautiful and so cozy and centrally located, right in town…. We walked to dinner both nights! but drove during day to our different activities…loved the wineries that we went too!!!!

Spacious loft that immediately feels like home, with so many thoughtful details. It’s well insulated in both sound and aromas from the La Rambla restaurant downstairs, and the night we ordered in, it felt like having a private chef at your doorstep. Perfect location for a wine tasting weekend with plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. We can’t wait to stay here again!!

Can't say enough how outstanding this VRBO is. It is beautiful, everything you will ever need is there. The furnishings are so comfortable and beautiful. AND it is right in the town over a fabulous restaurant that we went to twice during our stay. I would definitely recommend this rental and would rent it again. The host is responds immediately if you need anything.

This is a great apartment! Very unique and beautiful decor and central to everything. The only possible issue is for two couples traveling together like we were. The room accommodations are very different with one being faaaaaar better (one is an interior small room with a hall bathroom and one is a giant primary bedroom and bath). It was no big deal to us because we had a similar situation at our stay in Hood River and we just swapped who got the primary room. But we all could not stop commentating how beautiful and clean and comfortable the apartment is. It is not your typical rental and is decorated as a home. The food at the downstairs restaurant is superb.

The property was perfect for our stay. Amazing location, clean, all the amenities needed, and just a flat-out cool spot overlooking downtown McMinnville. I’d highly recommend to anyone exploring Oregon wine country.

We loved our stay here! It is directly above the La Rambla restaurant which makes for a great location in downtown McMinnville and a short walk to not only La Rambla but lots of great restaurants. The apartment itself is huge and has everything you’d need. We felt right at home! We were a little worried about noise at night but that was not an issue at all. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if we’re in the area.

The property is beautiful, clean and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you could want, and there is plenty of space for 2-3 couples to have a great time together and still spread out. The location is right in downtown, so you can walk to numerous great restaurants, shops and wine tasting rooms. We will definitely look to stay here again!

We just love this house. We have stayed here with friends 4 times, so it's perfect for 2 couples! The location is great, as well as the tapas restaurant downstairs. You can walk to shops, restaurants, the store & more. The house is beautifully decorated, the beds are super comfy & very clean. Kathleen has literally thought of everything, and is a great host if you need anything at all ( which we never do:) We will be back again next year for more great wine tasting, and hopefully many more years after that. No need to look around, this is the place. Trust me.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, large space. Furnishings were great and you can’t beat the location. Also, the delicious restaurant below delivered dinner right to our door. Communication from host was very good.

TLDR: This is a fantastic property. Do yourself a favor and book your stay ASAP.
We were in town for the IPNC driving up from Southern Oregon. Kathy was extremely hospitable and let us drop our things at the unit before the official check-in time so our food and wine was not sitting in the car during the event. I understand that this might not always be possible, but it was truly an example of going above and beyond for guests.
Hard to believe, but things even got better from there! This unit is large, clean, spacious, and extremely well appointed. The unit even included bathrobes for guests, which is such a nice and thoughtful touch - one of my favorite amenities!
Despite being right downtown, the space was quiet and private. We walked down the stairs to dinner at La Rambla, which was fantastic, and then they brought dessert up to the unit for us. Vacation does not get better than this!
We will absolutely be staying here again, hopefully sooner vs. later. Thank you Kathy for ensuring that we had such a lovely stay.

This loft property is one of the best-appointed we've experienced. Everything you need for a home away from home stay. The host is very responsive, the beds comfortable, and the location downtown couldn't be better. Highly recommended!

If I could give 10 stars I would. The loft is everything it claims to be. I love all of the European decor, and not a spec of dust to be found - it is immaculate! We loved walking around the perfect little town of McMinnville. Check in and parking was a breeze. I felt like we had the best place in town!
