We liked the flat very much. very well decorated and a great place to unwind. 3rd st shops and restaurants were very nice.

only stairs to get up to the second floor flat so quite a climb with luggage.

We loved the charming decor of our one bedroom flat on the second floor of the building. It was easy to pick up the keys at the hotel nearby. We found the apartment very relaxing with room to spread out a bit and with a kitchen to use. Coffee and tea were provided and we could walk all over McMinnville to shop and eat.

We did not know ahead of time that we had to carry our bags up many stairs, but we only had carry on bags, so that was no problem.

noise from outside and squeaky floors from people walking above at 6am on Saturday morning (old building so not much to be done about it)

location to the downtown area

the bed was very poor quality and far too soft. The location was so noisy sleeping was impossible, between trucks with generators under the window and homeless people screaming obscenities at passing cars.

I thought it had two beds

well appointed kitchen, comfortable bed, fantastic location.

early morning construction noise from across the street, probably only a temporary issue.
