Excellent location!
This villa was perfect for my husband, our 1 year old and my mother-in-law. The location to the pool and the beach was such an easy walk - even with all our stuff! My only complaint was that the master bathroom was pretty tiny but for only a week, it was completely fine! The rest of the villa had plenty of space to relax.
Half a mile walk to the shops and restaurants at Wild Dunes!
For the coffee lovers interested (because I couldn’t find the info online before heading down), the coffee machine takes both ground coffee or k-cups.

Very Nice Vacation Place
Property was very nice with ample room and a very good view of the ocean back-dropping the pool. Beds were comfortable and walk in shower was spacious. Kitchen was well equipped and large.
Upon arrival we found stains on the second bathroom toilet seat and bowl rim as well as dried food stains on range top and sand on counter tops. The internet was intermittent at times. Loud construction going on in unit above us. Management was informed of all of these items.
Overall, the stay was pleasant and the Sea-Grove complex was vell landscaped and immaculately clean.

We loved our stay here and hope to return again! The property was very well kept and updated. Great view of the pool and ocean and great location within Wild Dunes. We enjoyed being so close to the beach. It was our first time at IOP and we were so impressed with the beach. We will be coming back!

This was a beautiful unit! It was extremely well maintained, very clean, and well equipped with everything one might need. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and a well maintained pool. I very much appreciated the coded door lock, so as not to have to worry about keys! Communication both before and after the visit was clear and accurate. We had a wonderful visit and would use this unit again.

Nice place
The property was clean and as advertised. Close to the beach and pool, great view. The only downside was the internet, it was no reliable or able to be accessed from all rooms. This may seem minor, however for some reason the cell service had a issue in the room. Otherwise we loved the place and had a great time.

Beautifully decorated clean and wonderful location with ocean view. Walking distance to wild dunes hotel, bike rental etc. nice pool. Well stocked kitchen. Needs a few minor tweaks like a new toaster and dryer. TV set up very difficult. To use.

Nice and clean
Very nice, clean and quiet unit the week we were there (Spring Break). It was perfect size for us. My only suggestion is to move the router to more the main part of the unit so wi-fi can reach the bedroom.

Seagrove 9B was amazing. Everything has been updated nicely. Feels clean and fresh. The ocean view was wonderful! We loved being in Wild Dunes. The cost of the condo was a bit of a splurge for us and it was totally worth it.

Great location, nice condo
We loved the location of the condo. We had a few issues with the shower stopping up and with the door locks but management immediately solved the problems. The condo was well stocked and clean with the exception of food crumbs in the pull out bed and around the couch in the living room upon arrival. We would definitely consider staying here again though.

Wonderful stay!
We stayed here for a week and loved the condo. Waking up every morning and seeing the ocean while sipping coffee was delightful. We did have air conditioning problems and the management staff responded quickly and professionally even when coming back for a second time. They fixed the problem quickly! The only suggestions I have would be for the Seagrove HOA to consider outside grills on the property, as there are no grills and grilling is prohibited on decks. Our unit also had a couple of quirks with the main TV remote. Perhaps an IR reader would make this easier, but this is not a deal breaker. There are beach chairs and umbrellas for rent or the local Harris Teeter has a supply. Please consider adding these as part of the rental package included in the condo rental.

Seagrove is the best!
We had a great time in Seagrove Villa 9B! It is a lovely condo with nice updates. The beds were comfortable and the living room, dining area, and deck were well appointed. The view from the deck is beautiful with the pool and ocean with the sounds of the waves a constant soothing sound. Our experiences with Sweetgrass Rentals have always been excellent. We highly recommend this unit and Sweetgrass Rentals.

Great condo- nicely updated and fully stocked kitchen. Great access to pool and good beach views from porch. There is some noise as there is a second floor unit above.
The master bath shower handle needs to be repaired, but everything else was in great condition! We enjoyed our stay and time in Wild Dunes.

Amazing Location!!!
We had a wonderful stay at 9b Seagrove! The location could not be more perfect and the view of the beach was exactly what we were hoping for! The furnishings were modern and the unit was well stocked and clean. We can not wait to book again this summer! Sweetgrass was great to work with! The sunsets were amazing!!!

Not a clean place
We arrived on Friday afternoon around 5:30pm to a beeping fire alarm. The batteries were low. I called the office manager and he told me he couldn’t get someone out to replace the battery until the following day. He asked that I disarm the fire alarm. The fire alarm was hard wired into the wall and I wasn’t going to damage the fire alarm. I went ahead and bought two 9 volt batteries. I never heard back from the manager to check in if everything was okay after that call. He was no help and was rude to deal with. The condo was dirty with dirt balls and standing sand in the kitchen AND ANTS WALKING THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE!! Finally to top it off, their was some type of bed bug that bite me 63 times. I don’t think it was bed bugs because I striped the bed and cleaned the sheets. The management team left us no cleaning supplies, which is ridiculous. If you wanted the tenants to clean the house you should let us know. Overall a horrible experience with this company and property. I wouldn’t stay here again, not worth it

We had an OK time. Our biggest complaints were that the floor seem to have been swept up but we are not sure if it was ever mean mopped and just walking across the floor our socks were black. The noise from upstairs from people running around was also quite disturbing. We understand that certain amenities were not included but expected that it would’ve been nice to have at least beachtowels. No

Our family of four stayed at this beautiful condo for Mother's Day weekend and had the best trip! The condo is in a perfect location, steps to the beach and steps to the pool. We enjoyed meeting and talking with other families who were staying at the complex. Overall, a great trip and a great condo.

Perfect location for a family on Isle of Palms
Great property rental. Well maintained. Excellent view of the ocean from the porch. Price is reasonable given ocean view location and inclusion within Wild Dunes. Sweetgrass property management was also very responsive to our inquiries as well. I would definitely recommend this property to another family! One of our best vacations thus far.
