Siamo orgogliosi di offrirti una suite con una camera da letto recentemente ristrutturata, progettata in modo professionale e decorata nel cuore di Cruz Bay. Il nostro condominio offre arredi di qualità alberghiera e tutti i comfort previsti in un resort di alta classe ma con un ulteriore senso di privacy. Il ponte abitabile offre splendide viste sul Mar dei Caraibi e sulle isole, nonché sul fianco della montagna, sulla città e sul porto dell'isola. Contrattiamo con Crandall di STJ per accompagnarti al resort e rispondere a qualsiasi domanda tu possa avere sulla bellissima isola di St. John. L'appartamento è dotato di un posto auto coperto.

We have stayed several times at Jackie’s penthouse and like all the other times it was amazing. You can’t beat the views of Cruz Bay and sounding islands. Her place is extremely clean and well stocked. Thank you Jackie for another St John vacation stay.

This property is so convenient to restaurants, the ferry dock and also boasts an incredible view. We spent a lot of time on the terrace enjoying the view. Easy walk to Mongoose Junction and the market. The condo has everything you need for a wonderful stay. It feels like home away from home!

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals, and this was by far the most exceptional property. The condo is absolutely beautiful, stocked with everything you need and very comfortable. It is beautifully decorated and the patio is wonderful. The owner is very helpful with great communication. We loved it so much we booked again for next year. I can’t imagine staying in any other property in St. John.

We absolutely loved it. It was our 7th time to the island always staying in villas, but this was convenient, clean, affordable and I highly recommend. We will be back for sure

The property was wonderful with a beautiful view of Cruz Bay from our windows and patio deck. Great location close to many bars and restaurants in the neighborhood, very walkable. We loved St John and Cruz Bay and the property!

This property was located just a few minutes walk from the ferry and Cruz Bay … so convenient! The view was beautiful from the porch and this home had everything you’d need while visiting St. John.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay in Cruz Bay. Views were wonderful from the balcony and just spending time at night listening to the sounds of Cruz Bay was great. The location was central to anything you want to do in Cruz Bay. The condo was extremely well stocked and has every kitchen appliance you would need. Very nicely and tastefully decorated. Jackie was delightful and easy to deal with and the front desk staff at Grande Bay was very helpful. For instance, our car rental company cancelled our one-day rental at 6:00 p.m. the night before. Chelsea at Grande Bay got on the phone and had another car for us in the morning. Great service! The maintenance team at Grande Bay was also very helpful in getting the TV to work, finally bringing up a new remote. That's the one area that could use some improvement - the TV. While the listing stated Roku and Netflix, we were never able to get Netflix to work and Roku simply showed older shows from the 1980s. It was a challenge as we were there during NFL playoffs and wanted to watch games. It would be helpful if there were a "how to use Roku, Netflix and regular TV" cheat sheet left in the condo. Again, the maintenance crew at Grande Bay helped tremendously. Other than that little snafu, we had a wonderful time and hope to return to Jackie's piece of paradise in the future.

This is our 4th time staying at Jackie's place. This place has become a very special part of our lives. We are SO grateful to have these special times and we feel like we are at home when we stay here. Amazing, 10/10 A+++ all around. We are hoping to return for a 5th time this summer! This was a very well maintained and clean property in a great location with beautiful views of Cruz Bay. The checkin and checkout process was seamless, and the communication with the property manager was very well done. We will be back.

The Penthouse was beautiful, clean and spacious. Very close to Cruz Bay so we could walk to dinner. Washer and Dryer in unit was very convenient which makes it not necessary to bring a lot of clothes. Everything we needed was in the unit except our toiletries. Will definitely return to PH5, Grande Bay again.

We had a great time at Jackie's condo! The beach themed décor is so lovely and the corner unit views are amazing! Sunset on the deck and the views from the tables are gorgeous! Chairs and cooler provided and the parking spot is a big plus! We would definitely stay here again!

We just returned from another fantastic trip to beautiful St. John. We booked Jackie’s dream penthouse condo again (like our last few visits on island). The condo is perfectly set up, immaculate, and has the best view in Cruz Bay. Jackie was great to work with again, and her communication is timely, informative, and clear. Just returned from yet another perfect stay at this beautiful Grande Bay condo! The condo is wonderfully decorated and so well equipped with everything you could possibly need. We love the location close to town and the views are beyond gorgeous!
We feel like we’re “ coming home” when we return every year. Jackie is a gem to work with and always ready to quickly answer any question. We plan to stay here for many years to come!

Our first time in ST. John and this was a perfect choice. This beautiful condo is updated, spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is well equipped and the living areas are very comfortable. We enjoyed having the available beach towels, chairs and umbrella waiting for us to enjoy the phenomenal beaches. Grande Bay is a perfect spot, quiet yet walking distance to restaurants, shopping and taxis. We look forward to another visit.

Wonderful large condo tastefully decorated with incredible views. King bed and full bath with great shower. Full living room, dining area, kitchen, office and large wraparound balcony with penthouse views of Cruz Bay. Walking distance to a number of great restaurants, bars and shopping.
