Very comfortable lovely bed, well looked after, lovely staff, fresh towels at my door after a couple of days, TV with Netflix, good wifi, lovely bathroom, clean room, quiet, felt very at home there

PLEASE READ, BE AWARE - in the room, running water is seawater (salty) for both shower and tap - the air con is super old and noisy - the toilet is totally mouldy - from the rooms, you hear loud noise from the nearby rooms and from the reception - the welcome from staff was very poor - the included breakfast is very poor too - it's very far from the normal concept of "resort", and I would accept that in Siargao but for a fair price. If the room costs more than PHP300, then it's a total rip off - even if the room is sold with "seaview", from the ground flood rooms there is absolutely no view - even if the room is sold as "sound-proof", it is not For the same price or less, there is much better in Cloud 9 (e.g. Resort 303 or 101) I will not go back there

Booked w/complimentary breakfast, which was shown on both the Kesa cloud nine website and booking.com website. When I arrived, I was informed that I would not be receiving, nor any of my 4 guests the complementary breakfast, because I did not choose to have a complementary breakfast. In fact, there was not a choice given for a complementary breakfast and once again, as stated earlier the Booking.com site and the Kesa Cloud nine site show complementary breakfast for all guests. When I questioned the staff was very reluctant to remedy the situation and when they finally got in touch with their management management refuse to remedy the situation this wound up costing me an additional 7500 Philippine pesos for my stay. And, finallybooking.com customer service said far too late that there was nothing that could be done. I am extremely dissatisfied with both Kesa cloud 9 and booking.com. Also the room that my fiancé and I were given to stay in was nothing like the photos displayed in the Booking.com and peso cloud nine websites. We had to ask for towels they were not supplied with the room, also the website clearly states that both body wash and shampoo is provided by the facility when we got into our room there was only 1/4 of a bottle of body wash no shampoo ever provided. The whole thing was very very disappointing.
