Questa bella, affascinante e luminosa casa con 3 camere da letto con piscina privata RISCALDATA tropicale si trova nella zona ovest di Bradenton. L'ampio cortile recintato e privato con numerose sedie a sdraio con vista sulla splendida piscina blu incontaminata e un paesaggio lussureggiante. La nuovissima piscina resurfaced presenta un grande fondo poco profondo e profondo che ti offrirà ore di divertimento, divertimento e ancora più divertimento.
A pochi minuti dalle spiagge di sabbia bianca più famose della Florida, sull'isola di Anna Maria e dalla famosa spiaggia Siesta Key. L'accademia IMG è a soli 5 minuti, l'aeroporto di Sarasota a 15 minuti. Vicino a negozi, divertimenti, ristoranti, riserve naturali, campo da golf, trasporti pubblici e Lecom Park (precedentemente campo di Mckechnie) o campo di addestramento di Pittsburg Pirates.

This was the perfect place for our family to stay at during our vacation. It was very clean and everything that you could need was supplied in the house (pool toys, towels, toiletries, dishes, laundry essentials, kids toys/board games, extra blankets, etc). The neighborhood was quiet and was close to grocery stores, restaurants, and it was close to multiple beaches. Maggie was an incredible host; her hospitality was beyond amazing! Tropical storm Debby happened in the middle of our stay, but the house held up nicely and Maggie made sure to check on us and our wellbeing. She was even kind enough to leave me a little birthday present. Maggie’s property may just become our go-to place to stay at when we travel to Florida. I highly recommend staying here! :)

First and for most AMAZING communication from Maggie. Property as stated and was extremely clean, pool very nice especially after a Hot Day @the 🏖️ Beach. Would definitely recommend property 10/10. Maggie’s is AWESOME.

the house and Maggie where both awesome , the property was located perfectly for us , room for our boat and truck , and we had a vehicle brake down and Maggie was able to help us !!! took my wife to the part store to get parts we need to continue on with our vacation !!! thank you maggie so much! pool was amazing for us at the end of each day!!

My wife and I stayed Apr 25 - May 2, 2024. There may comments on be on a busy road, and while that's true, it did not bother us at all, and I would rather have the street next to the house than another house.
The neighborhood was very quiet (people, not cars) and the house behind is very close and sound travels over the fence.
The house is a little older with only 1 bathroom, which was fine for the 2 of us. We really liked the screened in porch and the chairs in and out were comfortable. There were many items in the garage to use in the pool, but we also took chairs to the beach when went. The pool was very nice with both steps and a ladder.
We thought the location was just about perfect for eating in Bradenton or going to Anna Maria Island. We would not hesitate to stay there again in a future visit.

The heated pool gave the house a feeling of holidays.
Inside it was very quiet and relaxing.
We had many amenities and space. Everything was clean.
When we needed something or something was broken, the property manager answered very quickly and fixed the problem.
The only minus was the noise from the street and from the installation to filter and heat the pool.
Shopping for everyday was very near.

We enjoyed our stay in this house. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but on a busy road. The house had everything we needed. The pool was enjoyed by our kids. Communication with the owner was stellar! I would recommend!

We LOVED it here! The pool was amazing! The home was wonderful and the sweet details She went with to make our dog feel so welcome made our hearts full. We will return and loved every moment of our trip! Thank you!!!!! 10 stars!

I had the chance to stay at Maggie’s property with my 2 grandkids. It was perfect. So homey. We were able to have fun in the sun in the pool and gave me the perfect place to relax away from the stresses of every day and work. It’s really a perfect cozy place to stay if you get the chance.

We stayed here for 5 nights and from the very start Maggie was wonderful! I have no idea what I was thinking by booking a 6 am flight (getting to the house around 11 am) with a 3 and 10 year old but I reached out and thankful the house was already ready for us so she let us check in early! She was already saving our trip lol! Her communication was awesome and she was very fast to respond if things were needed. We only had 1 issue arise but it was fixed in less than 24 hours and was perfect after that!
The queen bed was most comfortable IMO but I am a bit of a bed snob haha! Also if you’re a light sleeper, I would suggest bringing some ear plugs just in case because there is *some* traffic noise.
The pool is phenomenal! We spent a lot of time in it. There are pool toys and floats available as well.
The only things I would change if I could would be the lighting at night. The outlets are controlled by switches which is fine and just a nuance of the house but we kept forgetting which went to which light/plug. It would also help to have some black out/noise cancelling curtains in the bedrooms.
Would definitely stay here again!! I cannot sing Maggie’s praises enough! She was a blessing and we enjoyed our stay!!

Our stay here was amazing! Maggie is so thoughtful! We had everything we needed for our stay. Check in was simple and the house was clean. The beds were comfortable as well. The house is in the perfect location for quick access to Anna Maria Island. A previous review mentioned heavy traffic in the area but during the week and weekend the traffic was average for a neighborhood. The house set on a corner lot, right at a 4-way stop, in a neighborhood. The area was quiet throughout the day and night. I will say that we enjoyed the pool the most! It was nice and relaxing and the screened in patio helped us stay cool while relaxing during the hottest part of the day.

We stayed for two nights and wishes we stayed longer. The private pool is perfect for all hours and so close to the keys. A perfect place to stay for any occasion! Maggie made everything so easy and communicated great!

This was a very clean beautiful home . Maggie is the best host I have ever encountered hands down . My kids loved the pool and the pool accessory’s . The beds were comfortable . More then enough towels and dishes . We would definitely stay here again .

Nice house for our family of 4. Beautiful back yard with in ground pool. Plenty of cooking supplies, utensils and a nice grill in the back. Very responsive… washer broke and a new one was delivered within 2 days. Plenty of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and coolers. Approximately 25 minute drive to Holmes Beach. House is located at a busy intersection. Bedrooms could use light canceling blinds. Overall, we had a great stay!

I loved this home and would like to buy one just like it when I retire and move. back to Florida full time. It was cozy and just the spot we needed while we had a laid back vacation in the sun. The pool was an added bonus and the back yard was a virtual paradise. In addition, the owner Maggie was wonderful and accommodating. There were plenty of towels, shampoos, conditioners, paper products, and essentially anything you might need on a vacation. I loved every minute being in this beautiful location which was central to many great restaurants and activities. I honestly cannot wait to go back. Thank you so much Maggie:)

Although we didn’t have sunshine while in town it was still a lively short visit. Maggie had anything we needed at her rental and was very easy to communicate with. Her home is older but well cared for with new appliances and a well stocked kitchen. Beds are firm, living room furniture comfy and very nice heated pool. Would love to return for a longer stay. Easy to get to the beach from her neighborhood. Only about 7 miles away.

The place was clean and cozy. We enjoyed the pool. Loved having a washer and dryer.
The water pressure in the shower is no bueno and there's nothing I hate more than a 10AM checkout. However, they do not require you to do anything before you leave, making 10AM doable.

The property is as pictured - but it is so much better than that! The attention to detail is amazing, ensuring her guests comfort. We stayed for a few nights after a hurricane hit Florida and our host was wonderful - she was incredibly gracious and accommodating, allowing us to extend our stay when needed. I would not hesitate to stay here again and recommend the home as host as highly as possible!

Maggie was an amazing host who was incredibly accommodating! The home was stocked with pool/beach floats and toys, beach towels, blankets, as well as everyday items. My family and I truly enjoyed our stay and made many memories in the home that we will forever cherish! Maggie The Host was the most wonderful host we've ever had. Are stay there was during hurricane Ian and she was incredible our safety was her first concern. I could go on and on about how great she was. I would recommend any of her rentals to anyone.

The whole process from start to finish was easy. The house is a cute house with everything you need! Location was great and close to the Gulf beaches! The pool was so nice to have and it was nice to have a refreshing dip everyday to cool off from the Florida heat! The only issue we ran into was the pool filter being loud due to it needing a repair. That being said, Maggie was quick to respond to the issue and that is so important! She is very sweet and I would recommended this property to everyone!

This property was really great. The pool area was like a private oasis. The home decor was lovely, and the home was well-stocked and clean. We happened to be staying during pretty terrible weather, but we didn't mind much because the home was so lovely. We'd definitely recommend.

This was our very first time using VRBO, and our experience was more than great with Maggie as the property manager. She was kind and prompt with answering questions. The house was exactly as expected. I was surprised and so thankful with the amount of beach supplies Maggie had on the property. That was something I did not think about or even prepare for. She had plenty of beach toys, chairs, and blankets. We already are making plans to go back and will definitely stay at a property of Maggie’s.

This property had everything we needed for our family of five and fur baby. My husband joked saying we were about 15 minutes from everything…which was true. We enjoyed the pool after spending our days at the beach. We cooked every night. We barely unpacked because Maggie had most of the everyday essentials available for us. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay at your wonderful house we hope to come back soon!

2nd time was as great as the first time.
We absolutely loved our week at this house. Very clean. Close to everything we wanted to do. Private pool was clean and we used it daily. Maggie was easy to contact and very friendly. She had some pool toys for our kids and some snacks and water available when we arrived. Plan on coming back next summer.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The kids loved the pool and it was great proximity to all the local beaches. The owner was very responsive. The property was clean and priced just right!

3 weeks here
We stayed here for 3 weeks, and we had an amazing time. It is in a very central location to almost everything.
The pool was amazing and warm. They had nice beach chairs and pool toys available for use. There were little toys and board games/cards for kids to enjoy.
There were plenty dishes including very nice dishes and more kid friendly dishes.
Everything that we needed was here.
We brought our dogs with us, and there was a cute little dog bed and treats for them. They were right at home.
When we message because we had a question, we received a quick response. The host was very kind to us.
We would gladly stay here again.
