I would highly recommend renting this property

The place was very clean and work perfect for our trip. They were very helpful and quick to respond and get us what we needed. They also have us recommendations on places to go thing to do. Their house was in an awesome location, could walk to the beach and very close to great restaurants! Will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing all around! Great spot to surf relax head to the town square. Danny is awesome! The house is awesome too..just rent it you will be glad you did!

Finally, after three tries (thank you Wuhan), my son's wedding was to take place. 'Tres Amigos' was centrally located to everything! Their recommendations for restaurants and bars was perfect. We ate at a different establishment every day and were never disappointed. Make sure you take time to go to the lighthouse. The view there is spectacular...especially at sundown.

There was 4 of us! It was a great place and the hosts were very nice and helpful. We would only suggest a bigger bed for the master. 4 guys were pushing it for comfort lol

Great location but lack of amenities is a shortcoming. No sheets, had to buy my own comforter and sheets. Sink drains drained slowly. Kitchen counter tiles were cracked and broken, chair legs were loose, only 1 tv in house.

Danny is a great host! Excellent property! Nice, clean and perfect location. Definitely we will be back!

Great place to stay near great beaches and restaurants in Rincon. Apt looks just like in the pictures, stocked with all the amenities you would need. Owner was easy to get in touch with, we enjoyed our stay.

We were in Rincon for a wedding. This spacious property gave us easy access gorgeous beaches and local breakfast/Lunch spots. The pullout sofa bed is actually very comfortable as well.

Our trip to Puerto Rico was fantastic and this property made it even better. This property is amazing!!! The house is right on the mountain in front of farmland with cows and horses. Cows are right next to the property grazing in the field, which was such a plus for one of our guests. The house is perfectly clean and well kept. All new appliances and updated rooms with clean linens provided in both bedrooms and bathrooms. The central air conditioning was so perfect after a long day of exploring the beautiful town of Rincon. The only thing we were disappointed in is that although the beach is accessible by a short walk, it is not a bathing/ swimming part of the beach. It is still gorgeous, perfect for our pictures. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property.

This home has two stories. We stayed in the 1st floor. We were the only ones in the home since the upper floor was not rented this week. The house was clean and had all the amenities to be comfortable. The house had a/c, fans, towels, cooler, washer and dryer, beautiful appliances and dishes. One suggestion- The house should have extra bags for the trash Can. The beach is one street away. We had to cross an empty lot to get there. Puerto Rico has volcanic rock at the beach so it will be helpful to bring water shoes because it is very difficult to walk without shoes. There are several places to visit around the house. We went snorkeling at Paddle board close to the house. They were amazing!!! Overall, we had a great experience at this rental home! We enjoyed it and we will recommended to people who wants to have a private location in a nice environment.

We were in Rincon for a destination wedding. We could have not asked for a nicer place to stay (very close to the venue) but also among the countryside with nature, beach, farms all around us! Close to all of Rincon’s quaint town and gorgeous beaches (Maria’s, Steps, Marina), we were also able to hop over so easily to fantastic restaurants, breakfast gems, fresh taco dinners, cocktails, raw fish eateries, bars for a cocktail any time of day, and a fresh juice or smoothly minutes away!! The owners of this home are very tentative and caring fully available for any needs, questions, and suggestion while you stay! The place is extremely clean with everything you need and very peaceful! Make sure to get over to see the surfers and collect beautiful shells (a big highlight for me) while you stay! I enjoyed the view of the farm across the street, the mango and coconut trees all around the property, and the relaxing porch to have a cup of coffee or glass of wine. I would go back to this place over and over!! Thank you Dan and Jen for your hospitality!!!

The owner is incredibly nice and attentive. The house is brand new and in the best location. One of the best places in Rincon to stay.

The location is awesome, just a short walk to beach and waves at Dogman's/Maria's. Units are very clean and have everything you need (Wifi, AC, fully equipped kitchens, beach towels, etc.). Daniel is the most responsive host I have ever delt with and made sure we had a great time. I highly recommend staying here. I will stay here again on my future visits to Rincon.

this property was super clean and brand new with modern finishes. location wise just walk to the backyard to one of the best surf spots in puntas., as well walking distance to several restaurants/bars . yet it was just enough off the path so the property was super quiet:) 5min car ride to town for supermarket/provisions/shopping etc. we strongly suggest booking a stay here at the dos amigos guest houses. by the way we where traveling with our crazy 4yr boy :) the owners are salt of the earth and where over the top accomadating with any of our needs or questions/advice about Rincon.. our family has been coming here for 20yrs and this guest house is the diamond in the rough just book it.... Cheers:)

We had a wonderful stay at Tres Amigos. The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and it is in the perfect location - stones throw from the beach, and walking distance to many spots including restaurants and bars. It was just what we needed and we couldn’t have asked for more! Danny is a great host and one of the most responsive and attentive Airbnb hosts I’ve ever encountered. Highly recommend!

The air conditioning worked amazingly in all the rooms which was very nice - slept extremely well at night after long days of surfing. And with kids the new washer and dryer was great to have. The location is great! Super easy access to the beach (owner provided a great "how to" video for beach access and key holes for surfing dogmans surf break). Very close to restaurants. We walked to Jack's Shack and other fun bars near but also we hopped in car for the Rincon town center 5min away with great restaurants and live salsa music. We also walked along to beach to great snorkeling spot at Steps Beach. Dining room table was big enough to host good sized dinner for 6-8 which again is nice when traveling with kids. Amzing time and amazing place - we plan to return for sure.

Tres Amigos property is awesome. The house is brand new with high end everything as seen in the pictures. Beach front access from all 3 of the homes. (I definitely want to rent all 3 homes on the property next time!) The location is the absolute best in Rincon. It is dead smack in the middle of many bars/restaurants/surf spots. Literally walking distance to everything you could possibly want/need. Owner (Danny) was very responsive and very accommodating as well. He definitely made the whole rental process extremely easy.

We had an amazing stay at Tres Amigos newest condo. The space is immaculate and has everything we needed for our stay including a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, beach chairs, beach towels, a grill, and very comfy beds. It is hands down the best location in Rincon. We could easily access the beach from the property and we were close to many of the beach bars that are up the street. Also, the owners are very quick to respond if you need anything at all. I would love to come back with a larger group to rent out all three houses on the property. It's truly a gem and would highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay in Rincon. Danny was very communicative about details and made us feel welcome. A quick walk to the surf and convenient to everything in Rincon. Clean, spacious, and new. All new furnishings, linens, nice kitchen, and a big TV. I look forward to returning!
