We travel to different locations every year. This was a great location to visit Asheville and the Biltmore Estate and downtown Waynesville.
Condo was perfect space for all 5 of us. Great views, clean, had every thing we needed.

The property fit my high maintenance family perfectly! The master king ded was one of the best my wife and I have ever exerpienced, even in our own home! The unit was spacious and clean, had an incredible screened in porch with a nice view of mountains, putting green and the pool. The property owner (Roy) is super responsive via text if any questions come up. Maggie Valley is a great place for families and the Maggie Valley Club has a large pool, golf course and a trout stream that runs for miles from one end of the resort and town, to the other! Heaven!

Perfect location between Smokey Mtns and Asheville. Spent a day trail riding at the Cataloochee Ranch nearby. Unit is located on beautiful golf course open to public to play. We spent another day at the Biltmore, it’s gardens and winery…then stopped down at the River Arts district for unique finds and music. Ended our days at the resorts Pin High restaurant and bar which served excellent food and drinks. Condo was clean and comfortable with high end furnishings and amazing Views. Definitely plan on coming for another visit!

Perfect Spot
This is a great spot in the Maggie Valley country club - just up from the pool and the fitness center. The property is spacious and clean and had all we needed for a perfect stay.

Maggie Valley Getaway Condo
Space and rooms were perfect for our group of 5 friends that went to High School together and now are senior citizens. Had everything we needed, was very clean, just as the photos show. We had a wonderful time and what a beautiful location and area.

Great little escape
Loved the property, views, proximity to the ski area and restaurants. Waynesville is a short car ride away too and has a super cute downtown with plenty of shopping, food, and breweries.
The condo was perfect for our family of 5 abs has plenty of space. Only bummer was the fireplace wasn’t functioning and despite the owner’s assurance that maintenance had been called, unfortunately no one ever showed up to fix it.
Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our trip and will definitely return!

Great location for skiing
Loved our stay and love Maggie Valley. House was super clean and well stocked. We came for Thanksgiving and to hit the slopes at Cataloochee!! Perfect location!

Very clean property and convenient location
We enjoyed condo, it was very clean unit and was nicely decorated. It has plenty of towels, wash cloths, and linens etc. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking except a fry fan for breakfast. I would definitely rent this unit again when coming to the area.

Wonderful & Relaxing
Our family enjoyed our stay at this wonderful and beautiful condo. Everything was as described and was incredibly clean. The host was so kind and always quick to respond. The location was perfect to access so much in the area and very easy to find. We loved it and look forward to returning again soon.

Lovely Condo Getaway in Maggie Valley
The condo was perfect for our Maggie Valley getaway. It was clean, comfortable, fully stocked and made our stay seamless. Large enough for a family and just right for our two couples. The Maggie Valley Country Club community is a beautiful setting. We walked the hilly roads daily with scenic views of the golf course, mountains, and wooded areas. Lunch at Pin High was convenient. Overall it was a great home base for our trip. Thank you Roy for providing a wonderful accommodation.

Snowboarding family getaway
This property is amazing. We had 5 people and it was spacious yet very cozy. We enjoyed cooking together in the kitchen, spending time in front of the fire, and slept like babies in the most comfortable beds. The amenities and scenery were outstanding plus we loved how close we were to the slopes and also to town. Roy was very responsive to our questions and I would definitely look forward to renting his place again for future vacations. Thank you, Roy!

Thanksgiving with family
This was perfect to accommodate my family needs it was clean ,spacious and beds and living was very comfortable. The kitchen space with bar and dining room were perfect for hosting thanksgiving dinner with my mother,father and brother-in-law joining us . They have a small cabin there in Maggie Valley and the location was perfect for us to be close enough to visit .The guys enjoyed a day of golf and absolutely loved the golf course . My 3 grands age 2,6 and 10 were able to play outside and loved rolling down the slope . The views were beautiful day and night . Thank you Roy for a truly wonderful stay !

Lovely condo, great floor plan
Great views, lovely condo. It was a surprise to have a flight of steps leading down to a first floor condo, with all the parking on the second level, but if you don't mind steps,this was a great stay.

Great Condo
We enjoyed the condo. Great views of the mountains and the practice green. Excellent floor plan. Although this is a first floor condo, the only parking is on the second floor level, so there is a flight of steps down to the condo.

Loved it
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Condo was spacious, clean and beautiful. We spent a good deal of our time just relaxing and enjoying the condo and setting. Country club and golf course were excellent. Owner was very nice. Our first time in NC and will definitely be back again.

Perfect Family Vacation
We have stayed at the Maggie Valley Country Club for many years and always keep coming back - the location is ideal, the property is neatly manicured, the views breathtaking and very quiet and relaxing.
This unit did not disappoint! Roy (the owner) was an excellent communicator. The property was well furnished. We loved being on the ground floor so we could open the screen door and let our kids run outside and catch lightning bugs in the evening.
It should be noted there are NO elevators in this building therefore if you have any physical limitations, keep this in mind, as you have to climb down a flight of stairs to access this unit.
We loved this vacation and unit so much we ended up extended our stay by an extra day. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful place
We were more than pleased with Roy's condo. The description and pictures are perfectly accurate--except pictures can never capture the views well enough. We were really impressed with the views. My kids loved the fireflies and deer that come out at dusk. The area is great. It's not overcrowded like Gatlinburg, but there's still plenty to do close by. Overall, a great place.

Great Condo, Great location
We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was very homey. We especially appreciated having items already stocked in the house (sugar, coffee creamer, dish soap, etc.). It was in a very convenient location to the ski resort. Definitely recommend this condo.

Nice quiet getaway
We enjoyed our family getaway here. It was clean, quiet, scenic and spacious. Our only complaint was that the pool was unexplainably locked on our last day, with no accessible staff anywhere on the campus or by phone. I contacted the owner but received no reply. Having small children, we chose to pay more to stay in this location, specifically for nice pool access. Losing a whole day to enjoy it was a major disappointment. I felt that at almost $2000 for our 5 night stay, we should have received acknowledgement of this issue or at least an apology. We left disappointed and with 3 sad little ones. It was a very nice condo, but the customer service was lacking in attention to communicated concerns.

Outstanding condo, very modern, with excellent view of the mountains.
My husband and I, along with my sister and her daughter, stayed there for several days (Oct 4-12, 2017) and loved it. The condo did not disappoint and the advertising was accurate; very modern, clean, and excellent view of the mountains. Enjoyed the Fitness Center and would highly recommend The Swag Country Inn for lunch on Wednesday atop Gooseberry Knob and The Chef's Table for dinner. Loved the beauty, quiet, and peace of the Maggie Valley Club and Resort. The owner was very courteous to deal with. Hope to return soon!

Great location!
Really enjoyed this condo. Great location, great amenities and nice, slow pace. We were close to the park for hiking and rock climbing. Enjoyed the pool during our down time. Maggie Valley is quiet as opposed to the chaos of Gatlinburg, much better for our family vacation.

Great condo
We had a girls get away and wanted to be near Asheville, but stay in the mountains. Maggie Valley is the perfect location. Sourrounded by the mountains, on the golf course with a wonderful swimming pool just down the hill. The condo is beautiful - well decorated and very clean. Be aware you have to walk down a flight of stairs to get in. There is a screened in porch with a walk out to the yard. The Asheville Outlet Mall is excellent, and the Biltmore Estate is a must see. The River Arts District was a disappointment, but downtown Asheville has many galleries and studios (pick up a map at Woolworth Walk downtown). Biltmore Village has some artists cooperatives and good shopping. Bogarts in Waynesville was a good dinner and so was J Arthur's in Maggie Valley. The condo owner, Roy, was very responsive to all of our questions and clearly takes pride in his property. The kitchen has all of the equipment and utensils you would expect. Other than salt & pepper, didn't have any spices, cooking oils, etc, so bring what you need. This was an excellent rental and I recommend it without reservation.

We spent out New Years Eve at this location and love every moment of it! I wholeheartedly recommend this condominium for a relax vacation!
