This is our 3rd summer in a row renting this beautiful home. Thank you Vanessa & Mike for letting us rent your fantastic lakefront home. my family really enjoyed the great views, dock to swim off of and the buoy to tie our jet ski to. The whole home stereo system was hit. Great views from all rooms. We also appreciate having a place to park our trailer. Thanks for the wine, chocolate and coffee awaiting us. Can't say enough great things. Our family always talks about the great lake house vacations we have had and look forward to many more. Thank you Vanessa and Mike.

This happily situated home is idyllic for a family stay. The views are spectacular, every room of this beautiful home has a view of the lake. The house is thoroughly equipped and comfortable. We felt as if we were staying in a friend's home and not in a rental home.

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary by renting this beautiful lakefront home for my family. This was our second time renting and we live Mike and Vanessa’s place. There was plenty of room for the six of us. Great views and played in the lake everyday. The place was clean and every worked well in the home. Really enjoyed the dock, bbq and while home stereo system. We look forward to renting here again and for more great family memories.

Christmas in Chelan
The home is the best on the block, with sweeping views of the lake and snowed hills, wonderfully decorated for Christmas giving it a home away from home feel. Owners were promptly available and the detail in directions and amenities made things easy.

Great stay in Manson
Nice clean well equipped home. While home stereo was a hit with the family. The deck was great. The house had everything we needed. Hopefully we will be able to rent this property again. Mike and Vanessa were easy to communicate with and thanks for the bottle of wine. I would definitely recommend staying here. Fantastic views and lakefront you can’t beat it.

Spectacular!
Amazing home in beautiful location on Lake Chelan. Couldn't ask for better! You walk into the home with an immediate spectacular view of the lake and surrounding hills through all the glass windows. The two decks (upper and lower) are perfectly placed. The lake was reasonably quiet at this spot. The kitchen was generously stocked with all the cooking utensils, pots and pans you could need. There was wonderful space in the master suite for unpacking. The owners were very helpful when we had questions. Loved our week here!

We loved our experience here. The view from the home is truly remarkable. The home itself is wonderful and has all the comforts of home. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out but also great spaces for everyone to come together for dinner, game nights or movies. All and all, just great!

Perfect Place to Experience Chelan
This property was even better than advertised. It had amazing views of the lake from every room! It was clean and spacious. The walk-in pantry and laundry room off the kitchen were such nice bonuses as they allowed us plenty of places to keep our stuff out of the living spaces. Common areas on both levels of the house provided space to spread out. Access to the lake was great. The house had everything needed to enjoy our stay! We’d love to come back!

We loved this place we had a group of 8 for the week. We loved the location and the layout of the home. It offered so much! We pretty much stayed there the whole time and didn’t seem to get bored of it at all! Thanks for having us!

Great house for family get together
The house is perfectly suited for a family get together. We had 8 adults and it was spacious for all of us. Excellently outfitted, close to Manson but very quiet location on the lake. Absolutely no issues during our stay. Would be a top choice for us to stay there again.

Great spot on the North Shore
This is a great spot located on the north shore of the lake in Manson. It’s a nice quiet spot with a great view of the lake. Having the in home system was a plus as well.

The Most Amazing Lake House!! 🌟🌟🌟
What an amazing property! They home is breathtakingly beautiful! Their is a view from every room. All the amenities you will need for your stay and then some! We have been coming to Chelan since 1997 and this is by far our favorite rental! The super cool Nuvo Audio System allowed us to listen to music from anywhere in th house as well as the outside! Plenty of places to bask in the sun on one of the decks or so n the dock. Also included is a paddle boat & boards which the kids enjoyed. Thank You Mike & Vanessa for a lovely end of the summer!!

Fabulous Family Vacation
We returned to Lake Chelan after a 6 year hiatus and could not have been happier with the Heuer home. Conveniently located just past Manson but very private. Plenty of room for 8 adults, we were also able to entertain our son's in-laws during the day. Ample parking for everyone including a garage. Two wonderful decks plus the dock gave us lots of places to lounge, talk, laugh, swim, fish, paddleboard, kayak, and jetski!. Golf, shopping, wineries nearby. Awesome sound system that kept us all entertained!
We look forward to our return trip (and we won't wait 6 years this time!!!)

Great place to stay
This is a great place to stay. It’s a very quiet and peaceful area but still close to downtown Manson. The private trailer parking was great and the boat lift makes it super easy access in and out. It’s a very clean house with all the amenities you need. 3 bedrooms downstairs with a family room and a bathroom. Plus a big wrap around deck. Upstairs is the master bed and bath, kitchen, living and dining room. Plus pantry, laundry room and another bathroom. Also has a nice deck upstairs with amazing views. If you have young kids who have not quite mastered stairs yet just be prepared to watch them because there is a fairly steep set of concrete stairs from the deck down to the water. Our son is only 2 years and 3 months and did just fine on them but still a little nerve racking with no way to close the top of the stairs off. Outside of that I give the house an A+. We walked to the top of the hill almost every morning to birds chirping and amazing views. We also only saw about 5 cars on our walks in 8 days. It’s very quite and beautiful out here and we will definitely stay again!

The best VRBO home in the Chelan area
My family had a great experience staying at the Heure’s home in Manson. Clean, comfortable, quite home that is beautifully decorated. My mom can be hard to please, she didn’t have complaints and is already talking about booking again. Mike was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I’d definitely recommend booking this beautiful home with stunning lakefront views.

Lovely vacation home, well-equipped, and lots of room!
This house is just lovely. It felt like we were staying at a friends house. There are lots of toys for the lake, and plenty of room for larger groups or families to hang out, eat, and play together. The beds were very comfortable and everything worked just as it was supposed to. And the best part was that they take pets (with an additional cleaning fee of course)! It's hard to find this combination of high-quality home and pets allowed so it was a true bonus. The only thing missing at this house was a little bit of yard for kids/dogs to play outside but this is a common challenge with houses right on the lake and you'll hardly notice it because they have such great spaces inside and out with plenty of deck/patio space. I definitely recommend this place!

Lovely home~we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
I think this was our 6th year at this property and we have never been disappointed. The home is spacious and well-appointed. We, along with our grown children and grands, make memories of a lifetime every year we come! One of our favorite activities is simply laying on the dock after dark watching for shooting stars =) Mike and Vanessa have always been spot-on with their concern for the well-being of their clients, as well as the care of their home. Exceptional Vacation Home
We just returned from spending a week at Helios Hills. Everything was as promised, and more. Location was great and very private at the end of the road. Great dock, boat lift, buoy and plenty of water toys. The house was clean and very well equipped with all the extras for cooking and being able to enjoy it to the fullest. Very easy owners to work with as well as they answered all our questions quickly and fully. Wouldn't change a thing and we would highly recommend this property!

Everything you could ask for
The Heuer’s home was absolutely perfect!The location was on the quieter side of the lake which was great.Very short drive to Manson for dinners and groceries.House comes very well stocked with toiletries and kitchen items.My teenage son said the bed he slept in was more comfortable then his own at home!We rented a boat and having the dock for getting people in and out was very helpful.We look forward to booking this house again over staying in a condo in Chelan.
