Accogliente cottage immerso in un terreno di mezzo acro di proprietà sul lungomare a Swan Pond. Un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi tutto ciò che Cape ha da offrire. Il nuovo dock offre l'accesso diretto all'acqua. Due camere da letto (una matrimoniale, una matrimoniale) dispongono di mobili nuovi e possono ospitare comodamente due adulti in ciascuna biancheria da letto di lusso. Un terzo è la sistemazione della camera da letto per ospitare comodamente almeno due bambini in due letti singoli. La nuovissima cucina offre elettrodomestici in acciaio, ripiani in granito e splendide viste sull'acqua mentre ti godi il caffè del mattino. Quindi dirigiti verso una delle spiagge locali a pochi minuti di distanza. Quando torni da una giornata calda in spiaggia, rinfrescati e ripulisci nella doccia esterna. Rilassati sull'amaca o sulle altalene mentre sorseggi un cocktail sulla terrazza con vista sull'acqua. Goditi la nuova vasca idromassaggio per 6 persone. Cuocere la cena alla griglia. Fai smores dal pozzo del fuoco all'aperto o dal camino a legna. Oltre a 3 camere da letto distinte, c'è un divano-letto in uno dei salotti. Il Wanderers 'Rest si trova vicino a piste ciclabili, noleggio barche, cinema, ristoranti, bar e alla Cape Cod Baseball League.

We stayed as a family with 3 generations together. The pictures do not do this place justice. The open floor plan made the house feel so welcoming to the group. The rooms were all comfortable and the location is amazing. The serenity of quiet when you sit outside watching the birds on the pond makes you feel like you are much further away from route 28 than you really are. The pond was a great place to kayak each day and the hot tub was great to end the day with. Scott was excellent as property manager. We would definitely stay here again.

We’ve been to this lovely home a few times and really enjoy the peaceful view, kayaks and dock, bird activity, proximity to the rail trail and hot tub with a view. There is plenty of daylight inside and love the new comfortable couch for TV viewing. Scott was very quick to respond to questions and available if needed. Thanks for a great stay!

Annual girls weekend usually happens at a hotel. This year, we booked a house and couldn't be happier. Plenty of space for everyone to sprawl out or gather together. The views are amazing. Outside we enjoyed the hot tub and firepit. Kitchen has everything you need to eat all your meals there if you want.

We had an amazing 4 night stay at Wanderer’s Rest. Paddle boarding and Kayaking off of the private Jetty was special and the hot tub and fire pit were a big hit too. Accommodation was first class and everything you could need was there. Thank you so much for having us!

We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to stay on the Cape. The central location made it easy to get to all of the hot spots that we were excited to check out. The home itself is lovely and exactly as described. The view is spectacular with brilliant sunsets over the water. The hot tub, fire table and comfy sectional were awesome gathering areas and the comfy beds made us feel very much at home. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

The house was very clean and well appointed. The only negatives were there was no canoe, as was advertised, the water was extremely shallow off of the dock, which prevented fishing, and the internet had to be frequently rebooted. We are an older couple and getting in and out of a canoe is a lot easier than getting in and out of kayaks. But the view was very nice, the house was private, and the location was convenient to various areas of the Cape. Too bad it rained most of the week.

House was well updated, clean and very well equipped. The view of the pond was beautiful and the many birds and a rabbit family kept us entertained. The manager was very helpful and responded very quickly. The entertainment system was awesome with a large number of streaming options. It was convenient to shopping, golf courses, beaches and restaurants yet the property was quiet and serene.

This place was amazing - location is great. I wish we had more time to take advantage of the amenities that came with the place such as paddle boarding and kayaking. Beautiful views and the hot tub was the perfect touch after spending our days exploring Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

The house was beautiful. The dock and view of the pond was my favorite place to be. It was tranquil and perfect for a summer vacation. The location was quiet and very accessible to all the fun activities in Cape Cod. Scott was a lovely host and very responsive. I would absolutely stay again!

Went to Cape Cod for a get-away fishing trip with my three adult boys. The location of the house was ideal, and after a day out on the bay, it was great to hang out on the pier or in the hot tub. The fishing was great and the house was fantastic. We could not have had a better trip.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. Craig was great to work with and communication was quick & responsive. Overall neighborhood was quite with only local resident traffic. House was clean, well maintained, kitchen very well equipped, and beds comfortable. Great views of Swan Pond from the outside deck, and outside gas fireplace was a nice touch. If you plan to use the kayaks, be aware that it is a relatively steep carry down the stairs to the dock at water level. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this property.

Know that the master b/r suite bathroom is not insulated. As an HVAC contractor I deal with these situations constantly. The bathroom was freezing to the point of being unusable during our stay. Other than this negative, we enjoyed our stay. Would like to return during the summer season.

Fabulous property right on tidal pond. Accommodations were excellent. Clean and well supplied. Hot tub was heavenly. With family on the Cape we see once a year, hosting a family dinner was easily accomplished in the spacious kitchen and dining areas. Large yard with playground for the kiddos as well.

Went for a 4 day bike weekend. House was perfect for three couples and right on the Cape Cod Rail Trail. House was as advertised, a perfect setting. Really enjoyed kayaking on the pond, we even kayaked to Clancys for dinner. Enjoyed cooking dinner and breakfast in the kitchen, the hot tub provided great relief after long days of biking. Can’t wait to come back.

Our family of five (children ages 11, 9 and 6) loved our week at this peaceful spot! House is well appointed with a large, comfortable yard (including a great play structure for the kids) directly on Swan Pond. The amenities included several kayaks, a canoe and paddle boards which we took out on the pond several times over the week. Scott was a tremendous help over the course of the week. We would love to stay at Wanderer’s Rest again! Highly recommend for families or groups.

Girls weekend
Perfect location! A hidden gem located on a dead end offering peace and quiet. Everything was within a 10 minute or less drive.
The house is very spacious and comfortable overlooking the Swan River. It’s nicely decorated and offers many activities for all ages. The deck was great with the sectional and gas fire pit. And ofcourse the hot tub was fabulous!
The communication with the owner and his family was excellent!

A beautiful home on the lake, great scenery, perfectly locate. A wonderful place to relax and unwind. The property manager was more than hospitable. I would definitely recommend a stay here.
