We had a sporting event in Las Vegas. Rented this house with another family friend. It was great! The boys had things to do when they weren't playing sports. It was close to the Red Rock Casino which was nice! Thank you!

Great place. Only complaint would be wheelchair accessibility. One of our friends that stayed with us requires a power chair to get around. The house is listed as wheelchair accessible and we called to make sure. There is no ramp to get in and out of the house or the back door area. There are no hand rails for the 1st floor bathroom and the shower is small. It was very difficult for our friend who is partially paralyzed. We had to pick up his power chair in the front of it for him to get into the house. All that said, it is a very clean, beautiful house to stay in and is very centrally located.

Easy access, house was as described in every detail; instructions were clear and not too restrictive. Location is not in Rhodes Ranch, but that wasn’t an issue. The only issue was the ice maker and lack of paper towels. Somehow, we muddled through.
Would highly recommend. Great for friends and/or large family gatherings.

This was the perfect house and it was better and nicer than the pictures. We stayed for 3 nights. It was clean and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet and it’s close to plenty of food and far enough away from downtown Vegas (the strip) but not too far. It was also close to the airport which was nice. Had a great stay!

Fundamentally a nice house but it seems it is not being maintained. We had the following issues and no response from the host so far.
- hot tub power went out, and we weren't able to use it
- ice machine in the fridge is jammed
- blender is leaking from the base
- propane tank for the grill is empty
- ants all over the floor - seems to be emanating from the ground floor bathroom

Stayed for a long weekend while visiting family in Summerlin. The house is very spacious and has everything we needed. Lovely backyard with a pool and hot tub that we used several times during our stay. Beds are very comfortable, maybe the best in a VRBO in a long time. Kitchen was well appointed. All in all, a great property. Will be back.

This property was perfect for a family trip. With a bedroom and bathroom/ shower on the first floor for those challenged with stairs to a huge kitchen living area. This was a great place for family to stay and gather together. It was a little cold to use the pool but the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen had all you would need to prepare food there. Overall it was a great place to stay. Saving the info for trips in the future!

The house is very clean with 5 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Lots of bath, hand and pool towels. Bathroom stocked with hair & soap products. Kitchen had plenty of plates, silverware & glasses along with a large refrigerator . Quiet neighborhood. Large backyard. There are TVs in every room. Larger TV in living room. Good wifi and Internet. The VRBO contact, Maria, is very prompt when returning messages. Would definitely stay here again.

The cleaning people were apparently in a hurry. The jacuzzi had black dirt in it, one of the bathtubs hadn't been cleaned, the grill was filthy and we ran out of gas just as we were cooking steaks for 10 people.

This home, located in the SW part of the area, provided a clean and comfortable stay for our group! Very easy access to much suburban shopping and restaurants. Very easy access to the Strip! Very easy access to Red Rock Canyon. The immediate area is a quiet neighborhood, very clean, we felt very safe! The pool, spa, and billiard table kept our group entertained. We very much recommend this home rental.

21st Birthday celebration
Our stay was extremely enjoyable. The house was very clean and well maintained. We would love to stay there again. The only feedback or suggestions I have are the following: 1)The fan in one of the bedrooms was not operational when we arrived. I would suggest property manager do a walk thru to test everything before the guests arrive. 2)The pool was not scheduled to be cleaned until Thursday, however, we arrived on Tuesday so we would not have been able to use it till then if we had not cleaned it.

This was the most clean and well put together rental home that I have ever been in . Maria went above and beyond in every aspect and my family had an incredible stay. This was an amazing vacation rental. Maria was amazing with questions and the check in process and once we got there it was exactly what we were expecting. Simply Wonderful!
We are from Alaska and traveled with 11 athletes for a cheer competition. The could house could not have been more perfect. It was clean, tidy and tastefully decorated. You could tell that Maria put a lot of thought into all the amenities, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Perfect for Large Groups
My womens sb team stayed here during a tournament. It had plenty of room for 12 people to sleep and hang out without being on top of each other. The beds were comfortable and there were even 2 roll away beds which allowed for less bed sharing. There were plenty of towels for bathing and the pool. There were full size shampoos, conditioners and body wash in each bathroom. Maria was great to work with. Very quick with responses and info and even let us check in early which was a huge help. The house is super close to a Walmart, Applebees and other shopping centers which was nice. The neighborhood is very quiet. Lots of parking available, there are no houses across the street.

We absolutely loves this place we had 5 adults and 5 kids and we fit perfect! Tons of room great kitchen, awesome pool and wonderful bedrooms! Super clean! Great quiet area close to everything and Marie the owner was around if we needed anything this place is an absolute winner!
