amazing stay. Jessica at the front desk was amazing and started our stay cation with expert check in process. the room was amazing.. we were able to enjoy the walk in shower and tub.

first time there. we are locals and wanted to check it out. would definitely go back. clean is the first thing that comes to my mind, easy access to all areas of restaurants, elevators, casino. loved the layout.

If you want a nice place to stay in Las Vegas and you don’t need to be on the Strip, this is definitely the hotel for you.
Super clean , lots of food options , large rooms , great amenities.

Beautiful, bright, clean hotel. Games were great. Rooms were amazing and so new and clean and comfortable. Their sushi place wasn't great. But the pizza place was great. Will definitely be back.

Absolutely my favorite hotel in Las Vegas. I have stayed in many of the high end hotels and this one is by far my favorite. From the most comfortable hotel beds, amazing food, and amazing staff to the incredible salt water pool, it was absolutely incredible. I will only be staying here from now on.

Check experience is TERRIBLE.
Statues there 2 separate times within a week. Both times I had to wait past 4pm to check IN. I arrived at 1pm
Even when they staff looks at the system and tells me the room appears to be ready - but they need to confirm with house keeping’s main person - still took more than 1hr to give them room ..
They have NO respect for your time
- for a vegas casino this is unacceptable.

Wonderful stay at the Durango Casino & Resort, from check-in to check-out it was a fantastic place to be.
We were offered, and accepted, an upgrade to a suite at check-in for $100 per night and it was fantastic.
All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and the hotel was spotless. The food choices were varied from the food court or sit in restaurants and the gambling offerings seemed good.
Add in the free self parking and off strip location (good in our opinion) and we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.

This property is absolutely gorgeous and the aesthetic and design is top notch! Had so many great restaurants but also quick 15 min Uber to the strip. The pool area is smaller but intimate and not a party pool. Drinks and food at this hotel are really good and we definitely loved the vesta coffee shops onsite! We don’t stay on the strip when we visit Vegas as we enjoy the laid back smaller resorts with less crowds, and this will be our new hotel to stay at in the future.

I have never been treated with such dignity at any hotel. I have a disability and everyone was very respectful and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable. The only names I remember are Kevin, bellhop and Phoebe at the oyster bar. I will stay here every time I return.

Room cleaning service is poor IMO
The lady came and pull my bed sheets up, crumbs from breakfast were still there when we got back, no wiping counters, no sweeping floors for 4 consecutive days.
They literally just pull your sheets up and change your towels. A 5 year old can clean better than that.

This hotel is beautiful! The room is lovely and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the sound proofing of the room is terrible. I could hear everything going on in the hallway and the doors always slamming from other rooms. Struggled to sleep with all the noise that I have not experienced coming from the hallways in other hotels.
The staff was great and super helpful. The bellmen we exceptionally nice and helpful!

King bedroom was clean and spacious. The ambience in the pool area was great, it was not at all crowded. One thing I could wish for would be spa services. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay.

We will be back! So nice and clean...no " in-your-face" garishness of the Strip. Great dining options of all budgets and tastes. Nice pool. All staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating. Very pleased.
