Fantastica 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, decorata professionalmente, completamente recintata per la vostra privacy, villa situata nella sezione Whitney Villas del villaggio di Dunedin (Dun-Eden). Vicino alla nuova Brownwood Square e una breve corsa in golf cart al Lago Sumter. Un isolato dal pool della community.
Ho cercato di pensare a tutto il necessario per rendere la tua visita il più piacevole possibile. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario per far sentire questa casa come a casa tua. Da bakeware e piccoli elettrodomestici a piatti, bicchieri da vino e argenteria, è tutto qui.
Il soggiorno ha un comodo divano, due eleganti poltrone e una TV LED da 50 pollici con un pacchetto di cavi preferito.

Clean and neat inside and out. Plenty of room for 2 or 4 adults. The beds were comfortable, and all rooms were well appointed.
The neighborhood was very quiet, and the neighbors were very friendly. It is in a central location with good access to activities, restaurants, golf, shopping, etc.
We are looking forward to returning in 2025, and beyond.

We came to play golf and we’re not disappointed! We have friends that live here and certainly enjoyed meeting up with them for golf and played a lot of cards. The House was perfect…clean and was well equipped! The golf cart was included and we used it daily! Our weather was alittle cool but we enjoyed our time anyway. The neighborhood was very nice! I would recommend highly!

Our villa was spotless with many amenities. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed for cooking. We had an abundance of paper products for personal use. We also had the use of a computer and printer, which we appreciated. The caretaker couple responded immediately to our requests. My husband and I have stayed in many properties during our MN winters, and this was by far the best. We’re we to rate it, we’d give it a 10+.

Perfect Vacation
Great location, very clean and very well stocked with paper goods, kitchen utensils, towels, etc. The golf cart and bikes were great! We loved eating breakfast on the screened in porch and just hanging out and enjoying the sunshine. This was one of the most relaxing vacations we have had in years! We refer to our trip to The Villages often. Thanks for everything!

There are golf courses everywhere. Super value for the money. This would be a great rental if you were flying in. Everything you need is included. The neighbors were friendly too. A wonderfully clea, comfortable villa with everything you need for a stay in the Villages. Nicely central location VERY close to a neighborhood pool. The owner is responsive and helpful and keeps this home well stocked. The linens and towels are very nice and the king bed comfy. With the window blinds open the house gets some morning light and feels very welcoming.

Beautiful rental
Carol really does make this a home from home. She has thought of nearly everything needed. Very quite area we loved the peace and quiet! Visited the squares at night for the entertainment they were fabulous also. It was so comfortable to live in for the fortnight we didn't really want to leave. We have never rented a home that was so well stocked with everything. Thank you for allowing us Scottish to rent your home we loved it.

Fantastic Rental Home !!!!!
Thanks Carol for making your home so comfortable and welcoming. We found our "new" home for March, 2019 to be spotless, tastefully decorated and having everything a renter could possibly want. We would love to go back next March but it was already rented. The location to the pool and Brownwood. The golf cart was a big plus. I can't recommend this property and renter enough. Hopefully we'll find another place similar to this one.

Mid stay cleaning was missed. Bathroom and kitchen sinks were not as clean as they should have been when we arrived. Also had non-mechanical golf cart issues. Overall though, great location and we had a very nice stay. The property provides everything you need to make a comfortable stay.

The house is very clean and nicely decorated. It was perfect for our needs and we were impressed with the details put into the amenities. The house was located conveniently to Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing, allowing us to participate in many of the nightly live music events in the squares. It was a very enjoyable trip.

Best equipped vacation rental ever!
We've experienced dozens of vacation rentals over the past 25 years - we've never found one as well provided as this one. Everything you can imagine has been made available by the owner. And the home is spacious for a 2BR, very comfortable, and very nicely furnished. The photos in the listing don't really do it justice. We found the location to be very convenient for access to the various areas of the Villages for dining, entertainment, etc. Overall great experience!
