Breathtaking Views of Mogollon Rim from Large Mountain Home
Una vista mozzafiato sul bordo di Mogollon da tutti i ponti e le finestre di questa casa di montagna di 2900 piedi quadrati, progettata per il comfort, il divertimento in famiglia o l'intrattenimento degli ospiti: tutto ti sorprenderà e delizierà! Con 800 piedi quadrati di ponti, 4 camere da letto, un sacco di spazio vitale e un garage per due auto: il tuo soggiorno sarà una vacanza speciale. Situato a 200 piedi sopra la valle del fiume East Green nella appartata comunità Whispering Pines, sei ancora a 12 miglia dal centro di Payson o Pine. così ti godi la pace e la contentezza, ma sai che i servizi non sono troppo lontani.
La grande sala è meravigliosa per aprirsi davanti al fantastico camino in pietra (raccolto a mano). Le viste dalle finestre dal pavimento al soffitto quasi ti ipnotizzano. A / C se necessario.
La spaziosità si estende alla suite padronale, soppalco aperto, in cima alla casa con il proprio bagno, spogliatoio e balcone / ponte ai due livelli superiori. È più della suite principale in quanto abbiamo aggiunto un letto a castello.

La cucina / sala da pranzo è completa di microonde, lavastoviglie, smaltimento, pentole, stoviglie, utensili, frullatore, miscelatore, caffettiera, tostapane, ecc. Fornito anche con farina, condimenti di zucchero, sale, pepe, spezie, olio.- Grande tavolo con foglie nell'armadio della hall. Buono per la festa della famiglia o delle vacanze. Il patio adiacente ha tavolo, sedie e barbecue per pranzi in stile pic-nic.
Ci sono stufe elettriche sotto ogni vanità del bagno nel soggiorno delle camere da letto e nella sala giochi. Tuttavia, il metodo di riscaldamento preferito è quello di sedersi davanti al camino o alla stufa a legna con una tazza di cioccolata calda.

We really enjoyed our family trip. The scenery was gorgeous, my kids and grandkids took wonderful pictures of various animals. We loved all the balconies and there are so many chairs available for everyone. We stayed this month, July, and the only bedroom that needed extra fans was the one next to the entrance door. A ceiling fan would help tremendously. The owner was wonderful in all communication with us and the directions were accurate and the entrance was easy. My kids loved the fishing area and we will return in the future.

We had a great time with family. The layout of the house made it seem larger than it was. Had a cool basement/game room. It actually had 3 full bathrooms. We will definitely be back.

Great location. Secluded and quiet. Clean and everything needed was made available. Just two things to note. Little to no cell phone signal, but there is a landline phone for emergencies and necessary phone calls. We didn't need the phone at all during our stay. The other is that there are a lot of stairs. We didn't have issues, but if had older guests stay, then it might be little more difficult for them.
Overall, great place. Great communication with the owner. Would definitely come back again.

As grandparents we wanted to create some memories for our children/spouses and grandchildren this Christmas season. Your home provided the right atmosphere and outdoor scenery to make that happen. There was plenty of spaces to have individual one-on-one conversations, group gatherings in front of the fireplace, at the large kitchen table, or on either of the two outdoor decks. The kids had so much fun walking around the property exploring and even got to see a family of javelinas who visited twice during our stay! We had ping pong games going all the time trying to determine the ultimate champion. All in all, a great time was had by all and we could not be more pleased to have chosen this property to spend some quality time with our loved ones. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This house was very accommodating for a big group and had anything you needed. The views are absolutely amazing and we spent a lot of time hanging out on the porch.

We loved staying here. There were some plumbing issues on the 1st and 3rd floor so we mainly only used the 2nd floor shower. Not ADA compliant and many small stairways so be careful if you are bringing elderly with walking issues.

We had such a wonderful time at Conrad’s home! There was plenty of space for everyone, it was clean and cozy. The view from the decks are just breath taking. The Sunrise lighting up the Mogollon Rim was stunning. We had everything we needed to cook meals, play games and stay up bonding and laughing. This was our first time staying here and I feel like we scored big time with this home. Conrad was prompt in his communications and made sure everything went smoothly for us. Thank you!!!

Great, quirky cabin, perfect location, amazing views. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Basement is a great place for kids to hang out while the adults are upstairs. Highly recommend!

We had a small hiccup upon arrival which was promptly and adequately resolved with the owner. We have stayed in the area previously but this place is by far our new favorite! We will definitely be back for sure! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

My family loved this getaway to this cabin to see snow! The property had what we needed, pots pans, coffee maker, extra blankets, towels, grill, firewood, even sleds for the kids. The owner was awesome, communicating was easy when there was service. We will be back next year!

As grandparents our gift to our kids and grandkids was a trip to AZ snow country. The house was plenty big enough and we played lot of game inside and played in the snow outside. We had a wonderful time. The only suggestion to the owners is to have the cleaning service dust the hanging light fixtures.

beautiful cabin. you get a nice view of the forest. It has a lot to do in the cabin and there are board games, a ping pong table, piano, and much more for kids and adults. The Christmas tree was a nice touch we really enjoyed thanksgiving here

Beautiful views of the Mogollon Rim from inside and decks. Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of space to gather or be alone. Owner was very good at communicating the directions to the house and instructions once we arrived. The game room was a bonus!

We were a group of 8 people wanting to escape the heat in the Phoenix area to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday. We loved this getaway! We were greeted by a momma elk and her baby as we all pulled into the driveway who stayed around while we unloaded from our cars. The views from this property are fantastic. It has a great big kitchen which was wonderful lots of sitting areas both inside and out, and the place sleeps something like 14 people so we had plenty of room to spread out over the course of the weekend to watch sunrises, sunsets, enjoy the fire pit, watch some TV, play some ping pong downstairs, etc. We'd all definitely recommend this mountain retreat!

This property was situated high up in the forest with view for miles. We were visited several times each day by the local Elk, passing right below our balcony. Take only your clothes, gear and food because this host provides EVERYTHING else! We highly recommend this cabin and look forward to our next visit. This cabin is so big, the 6 of us hardly ever saw each other :-)

The location is beautiful with great views. Enjoyed the dark sky at night and seeing elk walk through the property. The house itself had more stairs than we realized and needs some work. Hand rails were loose, one came off when our granddaughter was doing down a set of stairs. The water in the tubs did not work properly. The house was clean and well stocked. Information on the house were clear and helpful.
