Spacious Penthouse with Ocean View, two Patios and Office with Ocean View.
Questo spazioso attico con 3 camere da letto, 3 bagni completi (due con box doccia in vetro) si trova a solo 1/2 isolato dalla famosa spiaggia di Copacabana e può ospitare comodamente una festa di un massimo di sei adulti. L'attico ha una vista sull'oceano e sulla montagna da entrambi i patii. Sedili e binari in marmo su tutti i patii, per garantire la massima visibilità e brezza. Entrambi i cortili sono esclusivi dell'attico e accessibili solo dall'interno dell'appartamento. Uno è aperto al sole e uno ha un tetto traslucido. Dotato di una grande cucina aperta sulla zona giorno, un ampio soggiorno e una combinazione di sala da pranzo. Tutti i soffitti sono alti 12 piedi, l'arte è originale di artisti brasiliani, mobili in pelle e tutte le piante naturali. La ristrutturazione è stata completata a settembre 2012. Per la vostra comodità, ci sono condizionatori d'aria e ventilatori a soffitto in ciascuna delle camere da letto e delle zone giorno. I servizi includono TV LED 47 ', WIFI, cavo, frigorifero side-by-side con fabbricatore di ghiaccio sulla porta, forno a microonde, forno a livello degli occhi, piano cottura a gas, tostapane, frullatore, connessione internet wireless, luci a LED sopra ogni letto per la lettura e linea telefonica diretta diretta negli Stati Uniti e in Canada. A causa della sua vicinanza alle aree di Ipanema e Arpoador, la domenica gli ospiti possono raggiungere a piedi la fiera Hippie o visitare i negozi, i ristoranti e le spiagge di Ipanema e Arpoador. Intorno all'appartamento ci sono numerosi ristoranti, cinema, night club e la famosa spiaggia di Copacabana.

Ci sono bellissime piante e il gestore della proprietà Lamartine verrà a giorni alterni per annaffiare le piante. Tutti adorano i patii e si godono le piante ..... specialmente l'ibisco.

Lots of room in this apartment! Three bedrooms, three baths, two patios, large common area. Several US electrical outlets - we didn't need our converters at all. Owner provides a few days worth of coffee, soap, and other needs. Grocery store is right around the corner. Walking distance to beach, shops, metro. Never felt unsafe. People are very friendly and happy to help. We had a wonderful time!

Property was better than I anticipated! Great location, very clean, close to everything we needed. Also, Lamartine was a WONDERFUL host to us, very attentive and very easy to get ahold of and Extremely helpful from beginning to the very end of our stay. Definitely would stay here again and recommend this property to everyone. Thanks again Lamartine for everything!

I honestly don’t know where to start! I guess I will the host Yates. His communication skills were phenomenal. He was provided me information about Rio before I stepped foot on a plane. Also, Lamartine was excellent, he showed us the apartment and all the amenities. He also was responsible for getting us to our location. He is awesome.
Now to the location! It’s one block away from the beach!!! It’s also located near plenty of food options and bars. This is an excellent place to stay and appreciate Yates and his team for allowing my friends and I to stay.

Check in was super easy. The apartment is very beautiful with local art. The building is near the beach, restaurants, and shops. I highly recommend and will stay here again.

Couldn't have asked for better hosts. Yates and Lamartine were very communicative, helpful, and super nice.
The location was also excellent. We were able to easily walk to the supermarket, beach, and numerous restaurants. I think we tried to eat at every restaurant on that square block. The kids ate McDonald's and we had everything else. The food was so good.
The building was also great and we felt very secure in the area. The security guards were present 24/7 and were very friendly and helpful as we came and went.
The only con is that we had a hard time getting hot water in 2 of the 3 bathrooms and the floors didn't look dirty visually (very light in color) but the bottoms of my kids' feet said otherwise. We never complained it about so there could have been an easy fix for all of that but we didn't bother to ask about it because it was not a deal breaker for us.
We had a great time and would stay again! Thank you.

The apartment itself is unique and well worth returning to if we traveled to Brasil again. It provided every amenity of a fully equipped apartment. We appreciated that personal towels and washcloths were provided. The view the the porch was very nice. It was spacious with such a great display of Brazilian art. I enjoyed quiet time on the covered porch with the beautiful array of plant life that added an atmosphere of peace. It is private even though it seems to be located in midst of local activity. We were able to get a great view of the New Years fire works from the back porch with no obstruction. The furnishings are very modern with a rich feel and the beds made for a comfortable sleep.
**I feel the apartment is well situated in the heart of experiencing Brasil at its best. The walk to the beach was an amazing venture. The sidewalk merchants, the outdoor pubs, the selling on the beach are all part of my forever memories. There are plenty of landmarks to navigate back and forth to the secure and gated apartment when we went out. The apartment is located to have easy access to the outdoor restaurants and the convenience of the food market and shopping. This makes it real easy for first time visitors. We were careful not to venture to far. The Brazilian people are warm and helpful when we stumbled through interpreting English and Portuguese. Highly recommended

The apartment is a little better than described. There is a washer and a dryer and clothes lines - the latter is rare in Rio de Janeiro. The furniture and furnishings, above all the two main beds are wonderful. The views of the ocean and beach are great. Although there are restaurants and bars on the street level, the apartment is too high up to hear all that noise below. The kitchen has everything you want. The greenery from the many plants is a delightful. The owner was very conscientious in attending to any calls or emails. The bus stops are a block away.

Great location in Copacabana. 2 blocks from the beach, about a 15 min walk to Ipanema. The doorman to the building was very nice and check-in/out was a piece of cake. The large patio was perfect for lounging at the end of the day, and the apartment itself was very spacious.Only downside was that the 3rd bathroom was under construction when we arrived, and with 6 women staying there, we opted for this place specifically for the 3rd bathroom.Be sure to use the fans in the apartment as it was very humid outside and could make the place seem muggy!
