We loved this oceanfront property. Well furnished and supplied. The only drawback that was not mentioned is that there is no Verizon service in the house - had to go to beach t make a call. Otherwise, great!

Well-appointed condo right on beach. Comfortable and recent furnishings. You can tell that the condo is well cared for, and it’s steps to the beach. My only complaint is that the entry cleaning wasn’t all that great. Dirty floors and counters due to lack of attention to the cleaning team. That being said, I would absolutely rent this unit again.

Loved this home! Access to and view of the beach was tremendous. Beautifully decorated, too. Beds were comfy and there was a great amount of bath towels (some places skimp on the towels!). Internet service in the house is pretty poor, but overall, an excellent home.

This townhome was perfect for us. We loved the beachfront view. The home was well stocked. Nice beds and bathrooms. Wireless was weak upstairs.

Extremely close to the beach and peaceful views from the porches. Property owners have shared a view of themselves in their villa and it is special !

Would absolutely stay here again. Fresh paint on the walls, very nicely furnished and a beautiful, fully stocked kitchen. Everything was immaculate. Love the front beach view! Was warm enough to walk on the beach, even in February. Easy, fun-filled vacation! Manager/owner was wonderful.

We loved our stay here. The location is great. I gave it 4 stars only because the bed in the master is very uncomfortable. There was an indent on my side of the bed...I couldn't lay my baby on it without it forcing her to roll down to the middle of the indent. We also saw a few cockroaches...but I kinda think that's expected in that climate.

Our annual get away

This was the second year in a row that we stayed in this condo and my three daughters an I all agreed that this was the best vacation we've had in several years. Being on the front beach was perfect to enjoy the view of the ocean in the morning while having coffee and to access the beach for our walks. The condo was well equipped with everything needed for easy living and all the appliances worked well. We really had a wonderful time!

We stayed at this villa with our 4 kids in 2016 and are returning for 2017. It is beautiful, immaculate and the location and views are amazing. The beach is literally right out the back door and extends for miles. The furniture and decorating are

We have stayed at this condo for years because it is perfect for our group. The decor is beautiful and relaxing and the condo has everything you could possibly need. Each morning everyone meets on the screened in porch to enjoy the beautiful view of ocean and beach. There is a short walk to the beach and you can keep chairs and coolers underneath the deck where you can rinse off. The marketplace is maybe a 5 minute walk where you can get breakfast or come back later for dinner. Over many, many years, we have stayed at other condo's and house on Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes and we keep on coming back to this one because it is our favorite.

I reserved this condo months ago for our family's annual trip to Wild Dunes on the Isle of Palms. I chose this condo based on the description and photos because there are not many recent reviews. We arrived to the condo to find it dirty. I contacted the rental agency and they sent the cleaning company back out that evening while we were at dinner. When we arrived all that we could tell that was slightly different was the floors were maybe swept a bit. So, I then had to call the rental agency again the next morning to let them know nothing had changed and the condo was still not clean. The manager of the rental agency came to the condo so we could show him the issues. He clearly saw them and contacted the head of housekeeping who contacted me. She was very kind and apologetic. An entire team then arrived and were there a lot of the day. I can say when they were done things were better but still not what they should be. The mold was off the tile and grout in all the showers and they got the bedding cleaned because it was not clean when we arrived. So, we settled for this because it was obvious after two days of trying that things would not get better than this. Which is a shame for the price we paid for the week and the fact that if the condo were kept up it would be beautiful. Overall, the unit was a huge disappointment, so much so that we had it reserved for fall break and cancelled that. The unit was remodeled at some point but is not kept up the way it should be. I will give all examples. We also have pictures if needed. As soon as you walk up the stairs to the condo, the door is filthy inside and out. The floors inside did not seem like they have ever been scrubbed. If you wiped something up the paper towel was filthy after. There was dust everywhere, on walls, on floors, behind doors, inside closets. The showers were filthy with mold on all of the tile and grout in the bathrooms. The cabinets were dirty in the kitchen. The water filter in the refrigerator needs to be changed. The furniture in the living room was all dirty. The furniture on the screened in deck was dirty. On the stairs going to the second floor the stairs are all worn where they are painted. The entire unit needs to be repainted. There are marks and dents all over the walls. The bedding on both upstairs beds was dirty. All the floors were dirty, there was visible dust on the walls. Overall, this unit should not be described as new because it has not been kept up at all.

This condo is even lovelier than the photos. We had a fabulous experience, loved the screened in porch overlooking the ocean and loved the upstairs downstairs townhouse (feel). It is spacious, beautifully decorated in all my favorite colors and our family Christmas photo included us all together at 34 Beach Club. I looked at over 50 condos/town homes and homes and found this to be the most appealing. The management company was immediately responsive to an internet issue we had. The only complaint I had was with the shower curtains and bath rugs, with the overall attention to detail and high end amenities, I recommend ensuring that the less expensive details listed above be taken care of quickly and replaced when worn or stained. We are staying at this condo for my son's wedding in May 2016 and CAN'T WAIT .- THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING AN UNFORGETTABLE VACATION, LOOK FORWARD TO MAKING MANY NEW MEMORIES IN MAY 2016!

If we could stay here all summer, we would. My family loves this condo. It is beautifully appointed and decorated. The layout is outstanding as well as the proximity to the beach. We stay here with my parents and children and everyone considers this the highlight of the year. The rental company is phenomenal. If there is an issue, they resolve it quickly. They even delivered a fedex package to me!

We have rented This property three times in the past two years . The property has deteriorated significantly in this short period of time. Upon arrival this past holiday season, we found a small stained rag in the kitchen drawer that was supposed to be a dishtowel. There were six hangers in the three bedroom closets to accommodate all of the guests. The bedspread on one bed was so dirty it had to be taken off and brought to the cleaners. Other bedspread had spots and or stains. The light over the tub in the downstairs bathroom was hanging from the ceiling. Many of the bath towels and wash clothes were very worn or had stains. There seemed to be fewer wineglasses and utensils in the kitchen compared to the last time we rented this unit. Outside by the base of the stairs on beach side, there were three rusty cans of paint on the grass. The hose was wrapped around the cans of paint. A ladder was left on the lawn by the stairs. In summary, we were very disappointed with the maintenance and cleanliness of the unit and will rent a different unit for our next vacation on The Isle of Palms.

We just returned from a week at Wild Dunes. This unit was the perfect place for four adults and two children across three generations to spend a fun and relaxing week. The rental was even more lovely in person than it is in the pictures. There was plenty of room for each of us to get our own space, and the unit was very quiet. Everything was high-end (think Marriott+). The welcome packet and amenities were a very nice touch. There are gorgeous ocean views from the common areas and from the master BR. The screened in porch is spacious and the perfect place to relax with a book. Easy beach and pool access. Very well appointed kitchen. Excellent location, both within the resort itself and within Beach Club Villas. This is the southernmost condo/townhouse unit in Wild Dunes (large single family homes to the south) so the beach wasn't crowded at all. Short (1/2 mile) walk on the path to bike rentals and tennis courts. We had one minor maintenance issue that was addressed very quickly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We just returned from a great vacation at this lovely home in the Wild Dunes community. This townhome is decorated beautifully from top to bottom. All the furnishings are top notch including very comfortable furniture and beds to make you feel like you are truely in someone's home (rather than vacation rental). There is a very short walkway that leads to the beach which made it easy to get our two young children to the beach each morning. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay!

We have just returned from the best vacation rental ever! From the minute we booked our property in the summer until the moment we left, we could not have been more pleased. We arrived in Charleston a day early with no place to stay until this property became available on Sunday. After searching on the internet and calling 28 places with no luck on finding a room, we called the owner of this property for help. Within 30 minutes, he had a phone number of a place we could stay. We were very impressed that he went out of his way to help us. Upon arriving at this property on Sunday we were stunned at how well decorated and clean the place was. We had never stayed at a place this nice and well maintained. We got decorating tips for our own homes! With 2 young children we were thrilled at how close the beach was to our porch. Our parents loved the screened in porch. Despite the rain every day, we had a great trip. My husband even said for us to make sure we remembered this property for next year! We would highly recommend this property and the owner to anyone and will definitely return.

We had three adult couples in this villa and it was perfect for our week of vacation. Each couple had their own bathroom. This unit is steps away from the beach (and the pool) on beautiful Isle of Palms. The villa was all newly remodeled and decorated - at a standard well beyond our expectations for a rental unit. We played golf every day at 6 different golf courses all within 30 minutes drive. The ease in the overall booking and reservation process as well as arrival and departure was exceptional.
